I was looking for a local plumber, which I have never had to use before, and decided to look up one on yelp. I was losing water pressure in the master bathroom and it was a Friday. I called a few places and no one could come out till Monday with a 130 dollar service charge, which would go towards repairs. I called and left message, within an hour I received a call back and four hours later a plumber was at my house. He looked at a couple of things, was here about 30 mins and found that my water softener had broke. That was causing my loss in pressure. He wrote me an estimate on how much to replace it, with a 10% discount added to any work I wanted done. So when he gave me the invoice with the estimate I asked him what I owed him for the visit today and he replied zero. Nothing at all he didn't have to fix anything. Can u say honest plumber!  Would use again and have told everyone that if they're in need of a plumber I have the only number you need to use.

O'Rourke Plumbing is the best in Las Vegas. They have a very talented plumber, Anthony, who has been doing my commercial and residential work for years. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working.  My water heater burst at my home on Good Friday, I called Anthony at 6 AM and had a new heater at my house at 7:30 AM. That kind of service is hard to beat. I would highly recommend him, he's a great guy to know and to deal with.

I put in a request for a bib in my backyard fixed and they were able to come out the same day and with reasonable pricing. They were pleasant to deal with and were professional. They even gave us a thank you card. I would definitely use this company again.

I will highly recommend this company.  If anyone goes by the saying: Don't judge a book by it's cover, then this Owner, Alex R. is and will be a very good example.  Alex installed my tankless water heater and he gave me a cheaper estimate compared to other plumbing companies.  Alex will help anyone in need and so if anyone who really wants a reliable plumbing company, I would hire Resolution Plumbing.

Horribly unprofessional and not prepared.

I am giving a 1 star rating in order to post this, as there is no negative rating.

I needed a water heater replaced, and the guy came with one. The guy has a pick up truck, no hand truck, or helper to actually install the unit.

The guy tells me (a female - saying that I look strong) he needs me to lift the unit to the platform about 18 inches off the ground so he can arrange the pan. I then politely ask why he doesn't have a helper if that's what he needs to install the unit.

The guy proceeds to have a tantrum and storm off because I would not and cannot lift a 150+ pound unit.

I do not ask a customers/clients to basically do my job when I go to work.

This is absurd behavior, save yourself the grief and hire a reputable plumber.

I have had work done in my home with this company. The work that was done in December was quality work. Fast forward to now... I called them because we needed assistance with our kitchen sink, and wanted to also have work done in our bathrooms. I received a text message shortly after I called. They were supposed to come on a Friday,  between 12 and 2. At 1:00 I texted the individual and was told that they were working on a flooded something and would not be coming. He asked to come the next day, but we live in a highrise condo and since it wasn't an emergency, no contractors are permitted to be there. He never responded.  I called the company again twice and heard from no one. I don't understand why. In fact the last customer service agent told me that someone would called by the end of the day. Never heard from anyone. I called Prime Plumbing service.  They came out, gave a quote, and were here today to complete the job. The worked was well done, they were on time, I spoke Jorge myself. Thank you so much, Prime Plumbing.

Tony was great! He had good communication and was helpful with finding a mold remediation company.

Called Don on a Monday for broke water heater agreed on price/work he arrived Tuesday morning 7:30am got straight to work cleaned up and did a great job. Don was two out of 7 plumbers I left a call back message for that returned call. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I are over the moon excited about our new kitchen remodel. I have wanted to update our twenty year old kitchen for about five years but....even though I knew what I wanted...I still wasn't sure how to go about the process.I went on line and found three reputable companies to interview and after a meeting with Eran Tsur of HOME DESIGN  CONSTRUCTION I knew I found my man.Eran is a contractor and designer. His passion and enthusiasm for what he does sold me on  his services immediately. I felt from day one that he would give us what we wanted and he truly delivered.

Eran is totally focused and puts a lot of attention into every little detail. He is not happy until you are happy. Eran took us to pick out our countertops. He took us to help find our incredible backsplash and our cabinet handles. He stopped by numerous times to be sure his people were doing the best job possible. He got the whole project done in less than two months and we have the kitchen of our dreams.It was worth every dime we put into this makeover.

I will definitely be calling Eran for any thing we decide to do to our home in the future. I will also recommend him to my friends and family. He always tries to get you the best quality for the least amount of money. He truly cares about his  clients. In this modern world of businesses you cannot reach on the phone he was always available to us even though he had other larger projects going on.

Richard is awesome. They came out and pressure tested all plumbing. Very professional and nice, answering all of my questions. Highly recommended! Well worth the money!

I called to get an estimate, and was just blown away. When I phoned in for an estimate, I was asked when I wanted a unit installed.I explained that the Water Heater was already goon, and drained. They had someone at my home within three hours with a new ater heater. They installed it, and also asked me if he shoul put Pooties on to cover his shoes. My Garage Floor is filthy. I laughed and told him no. He disconnected the old one, removed it, and had the new one in really quick. I watched him as he put it in, and he did everything right. He also explained some things to me regarding care and maintenence of the new unit. He was quick to take theo old one with him... Thank God! Villy was my installer, and He was absoltely amazing. When he left, he looked as clean as when he arrived. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving, and made sure to ask f that was all I needed. He said I could call the company and add anything while he was still there. Everything was great. I managed to get a Top of the line unit with a Power Vent, Installation, Same Day.... cheaper than anywhere else with a greaat Warranty. I would definitely use Delta Mechanical again. I am c=going to shedule some more work from them very soon. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. I would also like to give a Shout Out to Villy. He was the installer. So Professional, cutomer service oriented, clean and neat, represented his company well, and I only wish I could have found employees of this calibur when I had my business. Villy was AWSOME!!! Thank you to him as well! I will see you all very soon!!!!

I never met anybody so rude in my life this business should be reported to the better business burial! Guy hung up on me in middle conversation it wasn't even a dispute just ask for quote karma is a b !!
