This company just made me feel very important and special. They basically saved the day. I had a super sweet, kind and caring plumber turn up so quickly and assured me that everything was going to be ok. He was reasonably priced and they checked back with me to, to make sure everything was good. I know they don't have as many reviews yet as other companies, but give them a try! We were referred to Excel Plumbing by a neighbor who has used them for both residential and business needs.

We needed to have a garbage disposal installed as well as a couple of other minor items; Cindy, the customer service person was extremely friendly and helpful to set up the appointment and Kevin, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional.

Kevin was very detailed oriented and ensured the job was done well and did a great job with cleaning up after he was done.

Excel was reasonably priced and the plumbers don't work on commission, so there's no pressure to purchase additional and/or unnecessary services.

We plan on using Excel for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future.

An interesting experience.  I was having an issue where the A/C was working, keeping the temp set correctly in the house, but the fan was noisy and running when the a/c wasn't on.  I had this company come out and at first the repair man was confused.  He was wondering if the noise I was hearing was my next door neighbor's A/C but I told him I know the difference. Then he was hearing the noise himself, when the A/C wasn't on, and he was in the hall when the fan kicked on and we were right below it.  In fact nothing was on at this time, except the fan was running and he could hear it.  It was an extremely raggedy noisy fan.  He was really puzzled at the fan running when the unit wasn't on.  He had taken off the thermostat in the hall and verified nothing was active.  It took a few trips to the roof when he finally came down with a small controller in hand and said sometimes a corrosiveness stick happens and he replaced that part.  
The reason for the IFFY 3 out of 5 stars is because he fixed the problem, but he made a point of telling me some long story about an older woman who complained about hot and cold drafts in her home and he assured her (and me) there was nothing wrong.  In fact, he was putting it down to her imagination or woman's problems, and there was no reason for him to be telling me this story except he was trying to say if the fan was operating when the unit wasn't on again, that would be a woman's problem (or my imagination).  But, he's telling me all this prior to leaving, having replaced the part he thought was the issue, and also after he was listening to the fan earlier while it was running when the a/c wasn't on!  (He was up and down from the roof a few times trying to figure this fan business out.)  It was like he was telling me it was all my imagination when he was an ear witness to it.  Anyway, that left a bad impression.  
However, I can tell you now that a new season of A/C has commenced the A/C is working fine and the fan no longer is noisy or active when it has no reason to be.  So was the technician afraid he hadn't fixed the problem?  I don't know.  But an allusion to a woman's issue was a bit much when he was well aware the problem existed.

messy. (didnt clean up after themselves) used cheap parts (feel like there going to break....) overpriced. didnt even bother culking the the trims they put on the showers so both have lit fallen off....
absolutely horrible. will never ever use again...

forgot to mention they also left for 3 hours or so- to go get parts

We called 9am on Sat 6/3/2023 for service on a leaky sink at our property. I was told the service will be done between 11am-3pm. After so many phone calls a tech showed up to the property at 8pm and gave a ridiculous and outrageous high price of $500 for a simple job.
I did tell him and his dispatcher Mr. Abdi that you did do this on purpose to came late at night which damage was already done and the unit below which I was trying to prevent from happening. To force me into believing and accepting your high price was just unacceptable! I own few other properties in Las Vegas and I am very upset that I was treated this way!
I managed to get a different plumbing company that can  complete the work for $150. It is ridiculous to be over pricing your services and have terrible customer service on top of it all!!
I will be moving forward with the other company! Not only their pricing is reasonable, they also have wonderful customer service.
I don't recommend anyone to work with Rooter Ranger Plumbing and I will also report this to BBB!

If I could give a negative star I would! Received a letter from the water department about continuous flow. A neighbor had used True in the past. This neighborhood is going through a cycle of the pipes in the front needing to be replaced, so we thought that was the issue. True arrived in an unmarked van, inspected the property for 20 minutes and said it was the line in the front. They estimated $6,000 to fix it. Luckily I had arranged for a second opinion with Pure Plumbing ($29 service charge) who arrived while True was still there. After True left, Pure said there was nothing wrong with the front piping and thought it was a landscaping line. He recommended a landscaper. Landscaper looked at it and said it was the pool. He didn't charge anything. Landscaper called a pool company and they replaced the auto fill for $60. Water bill back down and problem fixed! So happy we didn't pay $6,000 for a $60 fix!!!

I had a leak coming from the second floor of my house. I was searching on yelp for a plumbing company that can be out right away.  I  called this company first they sent out their technician Arthur. Arthur was awesome! He came right on time to the schedule and fixed the issue right away. On top of that the pricing was amazing!
They helped me save hundreds.
I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Fast, trustworthy, and affordable!

I had Delbert come out from GFC plumbing on Wednesday. He did a sink and disposal install, fast and clean. Made sure everything was working correctly and didn't have any leaks. Great job- thanks

I contacted Spyder Plumbing and was set up with a next day appointment. They sent out Robert to investigate a water leak I was unable to locate. He was able to isolate the problem and give me several options to have the leak fixed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and didn't try to push me into making any decisions. Would definitely use Spyder Plumbing again.

We had a slab leak that we caught very early. Contacted several leak detection services (a story for another day) and determined that the best solution (albeit the most expensive one) was to re-pipe the entire house (2 1/2 bathrooms plus kitchen fixtures). Contacted RePipe Express and met with Jeff. Jeff said that he would probably NOT need to trench the tiled kitchen floor (the sink is in an island) because they would use a sleeving technique. This turned out to be the case.
The job started on Monday 6/29 and was finished by mid-day Wednesday, July 1. I would especially like to commend the crew as they were particularly sensitive and respectful of our requirements. I am physically challenged and use a motorized wheelchair. The holes they made in the walls to accommodate the new attic pipes were patched and painted perfectly.
Great job! Would definitely recommend this company.
