Best Toilet Repair in Austin TX

We have used Brad B Plumbing several times and are consistently satisfied. He is quick to respond to calls and quick to schedule appointments. He always does an excellent job. Definitely recommend using this company for toilet troubles!

Gilbert has come to the rescue a couple of times in the past year and at a very reasonable price, especially for same day service.  We've recommended his services to friends and neighbors alike and they've all been pleased.

Curtis & crew were able to come out next day, investigate and install a new toilet flange (same day) onto a sewer inlet that was 6 inches below my concrete sub floor. Tough job as he was able to remove cement around the buried sewer inlet, without destroying my tile, install a offset PVC flange, quick-dry cement it back, and install a new toilet and carry away the old. I wasn't even home, wife was, they shared pictures and she said they were very professional. Would recommend.

I called in regards to an issue on behalf of my mother. Emilio came out to assess the situation. Although he had two other jobs already scheduled, he assured me that he would be back that afternoon to fix the problem. He kept his word and resolved the issue.

I appreciate the response from the business owner, but this has been consistent prior to the current situation. You can't blame coronavirus for this, as the issue predated it.

If you are okay with a plumber that may or may not show up and repeatedly cancels last minute, they do a fine job and their prices are competitive. I've used them a number of times over the last 6 months, and the only consistency is that they will either call and cancel 1 hour before they're scheduled to show up, or they will just not show up at all.

Great job - responsive to Yelp messages and they helped me out with a clogged sink! Set up the entire visit through Yelp. The next time I need a plumber, I am calling Abel. Just one of those things you like to know you have covered if you need it.

Working with Standard Plumbing to get my water heater replaced was a breeze.

Braulio quoted me in a few hours over the Request A Quote tool on Yelp. He was one of 3 people that actually gave me a price range through the tool and not just a we can't know until we see it. His price was not only the cheapest, but he also had the first availability. (which is super important when it comes to hot showers)

After he arrived at 8:30AM the next morning, he quoted me a firm price for the install and a ballpark for the hot water heater which was dependant on Home Depot's prices. We shook hands and he was off to work.

He worked alone, but it only took a couple hours to completely install the water heater. It was way less painful than I thought it would be.. I'd recommend Braulio to anyone! But, hurry, because his business is new and I'm sure he'll be in high demand soon enough. I'm stoked I took a chance on this company with so few reviews.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

I call because the thermostat  of my A/C system was not working,
The technician confirmed that it has to be replaced, and showing to me his portable computer, say you have to choose the thermostat that you want.... looking his computer there was avaiialble only one type at cost $334.00, and after my complain the technician offer to remove the call of $83 dollars. I didn't accept to pay $ 334.00 for a thermostat.
I called three times the office to speak with the manager, and I left a message to his voice mail, but after three days nobody  has contact me.

Called Monday repairs/replacements completed Tuesday. (I was not a prefered customer.) Fast friendly service. This was for toilet, supply line and cutoff valve replacement. They cleaned the work area and hauled off the old. While here, other areas were inspected, recommendations and quotes to follow.
Pros from the get go.

Thunderbird is an authorized Bradford White service provider and they fixed my Bradford White water heater which was still under warranty. Jeff offered me with the option of picking up the parts in Round Rock to save me money and time.  I was able to email and text back and forth with Jeff rather than wait by the phone. The price for the repair was hundreds less than a highly rated competitor that I had used previously and was done in 48 hours.

Great service from Mark.  I've hired him a few times for various plumbing jobs.  He does good quality work and has been quite generous with his time.  He has a good manner and is good at explaining the issues, and he has really gone the extra mile for us.  I highly recommend Pure Plumbing.

Contacted Olvin through yelp to get a quote. Same day he was out to see the site to give a quote. Had the quote the next day.

He did the job while being responsive and mindful of being in someone else's home. I very much recommend. His work is top notch.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

Nick is very detailed and gives great advice.  He thinks about the best long-term solution for the customer.

He installed high-quality pressure regulation and shuttoff valves within 4 hours of my call, and for a lower price than Henderson and Wilson.  Pressure regulation valves typically fail every 7-10 years, so he installed the kind that could be easily maintenanced 7-10 years from now without digging a giant hole in the yard.  What other plumbers think long term like that?

Hands down the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Ben and his crew are honest, on time and do great work.  Their scheduling is convenient, customer service is responsive and professional and they are conscientious about their work.  Ben will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

I got a quote from Austin Plumbing, but found another plumber who charged a lower amount per hour, so did not hire them.
