I had used another 5 star plumber who was too busy now to take care of me, so he referred me to Brad. So happy he did. Brad is professional, fair and I trust him. Trifecta!!

These are the best plumbers in town without a doubt. Fair, honest, and capable. I never get up sold.

Super fast response to my Yelp request for a quote.  We had 3 items to be fixed:  very slow stream from the shower, kitchen faucet leaking and leaky toilet.  

When he called me he gave me great advice about the leaky kitchen faucet...it was about 7 years old and he told us it would probably be cheaper to replace the faucet than have them diagnose the problem and go buy the parts...great suggestion.

In the 20 years we've been in Austin, we have yet to find a consistent plumber.  We're Blue Dragon customers from now on...

David, the owner of Rooter-Man, has been to my house 3 times in the past few months. We live in a WWII era house with very old plumbing so we've slowly been fixing the leaks as they arise. I called him for the first time after hours and he was able to come out first thing the next morning to pump our septic tank. He cautioned that it would likely need a more involved cleaning/derooting within the entire septic field if problems persisted, and he was right. He came out a week later, again in a very timely manner, and spent hours getting everything in tip top shape. He also made sure to come out as soon as possible after this to fix a toilet issue that could interfere with the septic cleaning, and in the same visit he replaced my sink faucet/fixed a kitchen sink leak at a discounted rate - even with a badly injured hand. The receptionists at Rooter-Man are incredibly friendly and helpful, and David has proven to be a competent and professional tradesman time and again. I will certainly be using Rooter-Man again in the future.

Nick came out and did a very good job.  I had them replace an outside facet that has been in use for fifteen years.   Price was fair and  service was good.

Trust me when I say look no further for a plumber... From the dispatch person to the technician, Emilio, they were attentive, fair, knowledgeable, and understanding the customer experience! Outstanding company and crew - fantastic owners running the company with integrity, honesty and reasonable pricing - hard combination to find these days, but you don't need to look any further.  Give them a chance, I know you will be glad you did.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber to install our new  sink and plumbing. I contacted Abel and explained what needed to be done. He was able to schedule an appt around our work schedule with no issues. When he arrived he noticed the drain n to my new sink was on there opposite side of where the plumbing was. Abel did what needed to be done to make a new outlet for the plumbing hook up with no problem at all. It took about an hr to get everything done. Abel is very polite, courteous, and professional The cost was even more reasonable that other plumbing companies that I called. I would definitely recommend him

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater.  One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad.  Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater.  I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars.  Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing.  He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.  At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.  You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I spent more than $10,000 on a new air conditioning system with Stan's this month. Within two weeks, it went out. They sent a technician, who arrived around 8 p.m. He supposedly fixed it, and it worked for 30 minutes, then it died again. I called. They did not respond. They advertise 24-hour service. Instead, they have an answering service who just forwards complaints. So..... no fixes for me. Another steaming night in the home. A bum air conditioning system, and a bum company that falsely advertises. Oh yeah, they promise refunds if you are dissatisfied. Yeah, right. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The folks at Stan's were apologetic and sent out a technician. He basically said that the new install of my air-conditioning system was faulty, with a non-functioning thermostat, a bad condenser and problematic wiring. After four hours, another guy came out and supposedly replaced the bad stuff. We'll see. I am angry. I still haven't reached a point where the air conditioning can turn off because it has been so hot in my home. Not once has this company guaranteed their work, nor have they lived up to their promises. I would strongly advise not to use this company. In case you haven't noticed, they didn't respond to my earlier review. They know how they have acted. And it is shameful.

Needed a new hose bib installed as it snapped off. They completed the job in less than an hour after arriving the same morning I called.

From start to finish, Thunderbird Plumbing is the best! Plumbing pros! We discovered a hot water line leak that was steadily leaking water through the floor, into the house.  Ted was responsive and came to check out the issue and give us an estimate the same day I called.  He helped us with a short term fix until he could come back and do the full repair.  Jeff and Ted returned a week later to complete the job (cap at the leak and reroute the line).  They were on time, friendly and worked well together to diagnose the issue and fix it.  They were fast and less expensive than another quote I received.  We were grateful they were recommended to us! HIGHLY recommend Pure Plumbing Service! Ive been trying to fix a clog for about 2 weeks now on my own. I finally broke down and decided I needed professional help. Contacted Olvin through yelp to get a quote. Same day he was out to see the site to give a quote. Had the quote the next day.

He did the job while being responsive and mindful of being in someone else's home. I very much recommend. His work is top notch.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

Called Nick last Wednesday morning.  I left him a message regarding a PVR valve that needed to be replaced.  He contacted me later on in the afternoon the same day.  He provided me with a quote and we set a date for him to come out.  On the day that Nick was to arrive he called to let me know he was en route.  Nick arrived and quickly went to work, he is very detail oriented and does an excellent job.  He is incredibly thorough, after completing the work he tested the house and adjusted the pressure for us.  To install the PRV valve a small area in the yard had to be dug up, when he finished the job he took great care in making sure that the area looked like it did before he started digging.  When the job was complete Nick handed me the invoice that was exactly as quoted over the phone.  I would highly recommend Union Jack Plumbing.

Ben is a good guy, knowledgeable and honest, always tell the truth. He has worked on my house once and did a great work. They take their job serious. Do what they said and honor their works. Not try to find out excuse like other plumbers or sneak out. When you talk with him you feel the honesty. I will definitely hire him again for other works.
