Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Austin TX

I called Brad last weekend. I picked him because he called me back on a Sunday.  I needed my project done quickly and his ranking on Yelp.  I had him installed two lavatory sinks and complete installation of a kitchen sink.  He did a good job on kitchen sink.  Parts I had a leak at the angle valve on a sink after connecting supply lines that I found the next day. . He didn't replace them. I didn't ask him too.  Fair enough.  I called Brad to come back out.  He did.  Retightened the fitting but then said if the angle valve leaks he will have to come back out for additional charge.   I deal with lots of vendors.  I mean if you are under a sink why not change out the part? I'll pay it. I own 3 properties.  But overall decent plumbing job.  I never personally met him.  All telephone transaction. Total bill over 500$.  In cool with that.

I needed a new natural gas line connection for a generator, and requested quotes from the best of Yelp.  I ended up working with Peter and Jacob at Proven Plumbing, and I'm very glad I did - they were great.  Fast quote, fair price, no pressure.  Scheduled the work quick and got it done earlier than expected. After seeing the job they did my neighbor ended up hiring them  as well.  Proven Plumbing will be our first call for any future work we need.  Highly recommended.

Needed a new pressure regulator. Gilbert was very friendly/professional and the job was done in no time. Highly recommend if you need any jobs done.

Rooter-Man came to our house to diagnose a handful of plumbing issues we've been having. We ended up having one problem fixed (a leaky outdoor water spout) and got estimates for several larger projects that we'll need to save up for. Byron was our technician and he was great! He efficiently fixed our water spout and also educated us on our home's plumbing so we could make more informed decisions. We plan to use Rooter-Man going forward for the larger fixes once we have budgeted for them.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

My heater has been acting up periodically for over the last 12 months. Every time I called someone out to fix it, they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Stan's was able to identify the issue and resolve it to repair my 1992 unit for a fraction of the cost to replace the unit. Thank you to the technician and office staff that helped me.

We had a leak in our home owner water shutoff valve, and Manny was extremely thorough, checking the water pressure to see if our pressure moderator was functioning correctly, checking whether our water heater had an overflow tank, he even discovered we needed a new back-flow valve on the outdoor spigot and replaced that (for a reasonable fee of course). His workmanship on the spigot and the water shutoff valve was superb! I'll definitely be calling up Plumb Doctors again in the future.

First time using Thunderbird Plumbing on a small job (replacing an protruding water shut-off valve with a recessed one. I realize some places don't care much for small jobs, but Thunderbird treated it with as much professional care as a larger job. Raymond was on time and the cost and duration was what he quoted over the phone. Very reasonable price. Super nice guy as well. I will be calling on them again for future plumbing needs.

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

I needed an air static test run at a HUD house where the water could not be turned on. Ben responded quickly and reasonably. Every other plumber that I contacted insisted on going out first for an evaluation, which was impossible for our timing. The house was under contract and we had a small window to get in and run the test. O&M was very helpful and did exactly what we needed in a timely manner!

My number 1 frustration with plumbers is when they hide their pricing until you've paid a service call fee. Austin Plumbing, however, was up front about their hourly rate and doesn't try to scam you like Roto Rooter and other big name plumbers. The job was finished within 2 hours of calling and within 20 minutes of arriving at my house. I paid for 1 hour of labor + parts and sales tax, nothing more.

The plumbers were courteous, fast and professional.

Austin Plumbing will be my go-to for future plumbing work.

Found them on Yelp for a new toilet installation. Fast and good quality service with reasonable price. Definitely will use them in the future again!

We just had Diego here today to install a wall mount doggy door for us. I started asking around for estimates last week and Diego was the most responsive, could come do the job the soonest and had the fairest price. Diego worked meticulously to make sure the job was done right. He even touched up the paint around the dog door when he was done just to make sure it was perfect. I have been looking for a good handyman for a long time and am so happy we found Diego.
