Best Water Heater Installation in Austin TX

Brad is honest and his price is great.  I had a large plumbing company come out first and they told me I had to replace my water heater and flush all the lines.  Brad came out and did a thorough inspection and said the problem was with the sink facet.  He replaced it and everything worked great.  I will be using him again.

Had a stubborn kitchen drain clogged.  They were out very fast and did an excellent job getting us back up and running.  Their communication was great and Ruben was very professional and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up.  Companies need more guys like Ruben.

One call, same day service (even though it wasn't a demand on my part).  Called when he was on his way, showed up when he said he would, did the work that needed to be done.  Quick, efficient, quality work, great price.  I can't ask for more!

While he was fixing our sink drain he got a call from another customer asking about installing a new disposal.  Not only did he give them an estimate including the disposal, he told them that if they bought the disposal themselves they'd save a LOT of money vs. his buying it - saving them some cash and him some time.  Honesty pays off in spades...

Asked him to estimate two more needs - we'll be scheduling that work shortly.  What's more, I'll be keeping his info for any future issues and using him at our rental property.  Quality professionals are a gem to find!

Curtis was awesome! He came out right away on a Saturday morning when our toilets all clogged and sewage was coming out of our bathtub drains. He fixed everything efficiently and was such a nice guy.

I have used them for couple of other repairs: replacing shower valves and installing faucets. They are great plumbers and very reliable.

We had a leak of unknown source in our bathroom sending water out in multiple directions under the tile and eventually into carpeted areas.   Theo and Paul came out to take a look and arrived exactly on time as per the appointment, checked out the area, and then discussed options for stopping and repairing what turned out to be a slab leak.

The job took two days to stop the leak, and then to restore normal water service to the affected area, but they worked very well, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves as well as could be done given the difficult nature of the job.  

I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing for any work that needs to be completed, they are easy to work with, punctual, friendly, highly competent,  and take the normal COVID precautions if that is of great concern.  It's nice to know that should we have another issue, I know exactly who I will be calling for help.

This Wednesday evening, my bathtub was draining super slowly, and when I tried to plunge it, I discovered that both of my toilets were backing up as well.  First thing Thursday morning, I called A&T, and they were able to fit me in on the schedule for the same day.  Dalton and helper arrived with their drain cleaning machine and camera, opened the cleanout near the street, and got right to work.  After working persistently, they were able to get the clog in the main line removed, and then they ran the camera down the main line and showed me the state of things  -- thankfully, although there were a couple of bellies, there were no breaks, cracks, or roots.  While they didn't have the right tools on the truck to clean out the clog in the bathtub trap, I was able to get that fixed separately.

Recommended -- quick service, super nice guys, and great prices!

I did not expect, when I called at 10:00 AM to complain about my busted water heater, that they would have a water heater installed and running by 2:00 PM.  They were fast, professional, clean.  They took away the old water heater, fixed up the space for the new one, got the gas connections up to code, and fixed up the venting system so that everything is safety compliant.  And given how fast they were, I decided to complain about a dripping faucet, and they got right to it and made sure to get it fixed.  They were cheap, also, and mellow and friendly.  And they wear footies over their shoes to minimize dirt in the house.  I definitely would work with them again!

Great communication.  Great information.  Great education.  He was simply a pleasure to work with.  He gave me options, told me his recommendation and did GREAT WORK.  I now have my go to plumber!

He responds via the Yelp system too.  You can send him pictures and you can have an exchange of information so there will be no surprises.  What he quoted me was what he charged.

He wont take every job...some jobs are just too small and should be left up to the homeowner to just replace the small stuff.  However, for the stuff that matters, needs permits, corrections or major installations, Braulio is your man.

Seriously...I now have Braulio and Standard Plumbing as a contact on my phone because there is no need to call anyone else!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

There's businesses that change this is one of the businesses that changed for the worst do not call these people for any reason. When I called in I was waiting for I was waiting for a technician at 11 PM never showed up I called several times finally they had somebody come out the following morning after almost having a heart attack from all of the heat that we've been having high heat in Texas, I felt this was very wrong of them to lie to me and say they were on the way which they were not' don't bother to call after hours they're not going to help you, they dont care. As I was the fool waiting around for these people to show they showed no remorse that my part was under warranty and they still charged me $300 to install a battery that took no time how long it took this guy to put it in there 10 minutes no joke he left without checking to see if it was gonna cool down he ran off too make matters worse he quoted me how must to fix the problem which was 95.00 I ok'ed the repair when finished he said its 295.00 and it's under warranty, guess what it didn't do anything it would still do in the same thing that's what I say poor service, poor quality, horrible customer service...... not knowing what they're doing run don't have anything to do with these people I will never call them backup again.i rather find a good air conditioning company that is honest good guys instead of guys that lie dishonesty. I make take this to better business bureau!

After another company did a quick job to fix a leak from a pipe fitting underground near our water supply, we began to experience severe water pressure fluctuations. I called Plumb Doctors because of their good ratings. Master Plumber Josh was very nice, knowledgeable and was able to accurately diagnose our probable difficulty. He returned the next day and did a great job replacing our water pressure regulator and checking out and fixing other smaller problems he found. I would gladly use Plumb Doctors again for any future plumbing problems.

Thunderbird replaced my old, non-working tank water heater with a new Nav tankless unit. Jeff responded to my late-night inquiry before work hours the next morning. With a couple of pictures and clarifying points, Jeff promptly quoted me a price that was in-line or better than 4 others. No time was wasted on unnecessary visits or trying to upsell parts or systems that weren't needed. Jeff arrived at the time promised and completed the job in an efficient and non-intrusive manner. I appreciated the efficiency and thoroughness off the whole project and can't recommend Thunderbird enough for your tankless water heater conversion.

I would give Mark more than 5 stars, if I could.  
He is knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy.  
We remodeled our whole house including 4.5 bathrooms and the kitchen.  We have a very nice house and needed someone that could do quality work and install high-end fixtures.  We would also leave the door unlocked so mark could work even we were not home.   We feel very lucky to have found Mark and wish all of workers had been as good as him!

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

I noticed I had water leaking from my yard into the street this morning. I called Ben at O & M Plumbing and he sent Andrew and Jonas to my house within a couple hours to give a free estimate. The roots of my tree had caused a pipe to break and they fixed it the same day. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.

We had Geronimo and Sons replace all the stop valves in our house. They did a great job at a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had water damage in our house and after the restoration group dried it all up, we had carpet, baseboard and flooring repair needed. After getting a few quotes, Diego stood up above the rest in not only great communication, turn around time but also with a very reasonable cost.
