I used a&t for my remodeling at early 2019, including add gas pipe to stove and install new shower pan, and kitchen plumbing etc. It's never easy,  we trouble shoot the possible gas leak for a month, tears ! The reason I still want to give this business a 5 stars is it's owner Perrier, who really took care of his customer, even some of his employees are hard to work with. Overall I have confidence with this company and will hire again.

What a great plumber AND a genuinely nice guy to boot. I was recovering from the flu only drinking soup when my kitchen drain clogged, effectively shutting it down as well as the ability to clean it. I contacted 3 plumbers first thing the next morning and Abel was the one who could get to me the soonest. In fact he arrived around 8:30 am and was done in about a half hour! This meant I could get on with cooking and cleaning a lot sooner than I expected. He also fixed and tightened a toilet that wasn't flushing properly for no additional charge. Excellent customer service and I will definitely call him for future plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

Alexander Matej with Plumb Doctors is the best! He is super knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He installed a new toilet and two new faucets and replaced our old, broken shower handles.  He was upfront about the cost and cleaned up everything afterwards. Ted phoned within 24 hours of my message and was so polite and soft spoken, I wondered if he was really in a trade.  He arrived promptly, was super courteous and I never felt uncomfortable (not for nothing, I focus on this as a woman at home alone.  This is huge)  

We had recently moved into an older home and had several annoying issues. Toilets that weren't shutting off after flushing, a shower that didn't have good pressure.  It turned out that the toilet handle was loose and getting stuck on the flapper, keeping the shut off from working.  Additionally, instead of suggesting that I pull out all sorts of fixtures, one shower head replacement fixed a pressure issue.  

When it came time to present the bill, it was for a $95 base trip fee (much lower than the norm) because it was just all so easy.  In short, he could have made all sorts of coin by telling me my problems were bigger, but he didn't.  Class act, and definitely my plumbers, going forward,

Mark came by a couple times to fix various issues with an old house I was getting ready for sale. He was always flexible and prompt to head over. He's as capable as he is friendly, and now my goto plumbing guy from now own based on my exp.  I'll recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

He's also very reasonable with his estimates and cost. A++

CJ provided exceptional service! He quickly identified and repaired our leak and explained why it had occurred. He then fixed our garbage disposal and installed a new faucet when we asked him if he had time to tack those services on (we had only scheduled for the leak).

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Had to replace our 19 year old Trane.  Many companies out there and a lot to choose from with products and companies.  We went with Honest based on prior reviews and they had Trane.  Justin and Pete were the installers and these guys are true professionals.  They were professional, courteous, and experts at what they do.  5 hours and they had the old ac unit and furnace out and installed new unit and furnace.  Justin took the time to walk us through the new thermostat functionality.  Great company with professionals all around.

I have used them for 3 different issues, and every time they are on time, professional and reasonably priced.  Their repairs are great, not a temporary fix but a proper repair.  

Something to keep in mind, if you have a plumbing issue you are likely going to need a timely fix.  Look up pricing and parts cost and have a reasonable idea of what costs you may be looking at before a plumber comes over, so you are not upset with a quote.

Highly recommended, will be using them for my next project!

Outstanding service!! We had an irrigation leak in our front yard that was leaking half a gallon of water per minute and the shutoff valve was stuck. We called several companies and they all said it would take a week or more for them to come help us. We called Plumber Near Me around 9am and they had someone out here by 3:30pm. Fixed it in 2 hours. So thankful they were able to help us so quickly!!

Great experience!  I contacted them through Yelp, got scheduled and the plumber showed up timely and took care of the issue.  Very friendly and professional!  Will definitely use them again when I need plumbing services in the future.

A big thank you to PlumbSmart. We've had water problems since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. They diagnosed the problem, our water softener not connected correctly, and help us make decisions to fix it. Long story short: they diagnosed, fixed, and got us water pressure, clean water in one day. We now have a new softener, old one had disintegrated due to wrongful installation, and a whole house filter. Our health and safety greatly improved! Thanks to Cody.

Roger's plumbing is terrific!!! After having two extensive conversations with Roger, he was able to send guys out first thing Monday morning!! Skip and Bryce detected an issue that has been plaguing us...Completely missed by another plumber. The situation was solved in a day.... Septic and plumbing issues are not fun, however, this crew is excellent. Highly recommended.

I have been using Crows plumbing service for over a decade now, and they have always been spectacular. Jack and Tory's team are a bunch of professionals, who always take the best care of their customers. They are the only plumber service i'd want to work with in Austin.

Recently hired Daniel's Plumbing to fix two toilets and replace a kichen sink; sink now leaks between sink and backboard. Whole job was $3750 and was mistakenly charged to one credit account despite the company having prior and accurate info to split large charge between two different cards. Hired a different company today for two different toilets and one bathroom sink; whole job was less than $212. BEWARE DANIEL'S PLUMBING. THEY ARE JUST IN IT TO GROSSLY OVERCHARGE.
