Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Austin TX
I didn't actually use Rooter-Man's services after all, but wanted to compliment Curtis. We needed a plumber to come out immediately to fix some plumbing issues. I had calls in to a lot of different plumbers, and somehow, I got my wires crossed with who was actually coming to the house and when. As soon as the repairing plumber left, Curtis pulled up in his van ready to do the work. I explained the situation and apologized for his inconvenience. Normally, they charge a $79 dispatch fee, but Curtis understood and was very kind to waive the fee for me! Thanks, Curtis! I won't forget this.

Excellent, quick service! Quoted me a price and that was the final price. Will use again for future needs.

The snowpocalypse damaged two faucets. We waited patiently (after all, faulty faucets are mild stuff compared to our poor neighbors' burst pipes!) for months for Pierre to send someone out.
We were charged $225 for ten minutes of work. I find this very expensive.

I highly recommend Abel! I wanted to add a laundry closet to my older home, Abel came out quickly and gave me several different options and explained the pros and cons. His quote was very reasonable. He was done within a few hours, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He did a great job, he will be my go-to from now on.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.
From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

Price to install a $40-70 water heater expansion tank, $451. Price to install a $30-50 water heater drip pan, $406. Neither involves much more work than turning a bolt. Maybe this is par for the course in Austin, but either way it's a screw job. I'd strongly advise driving by Home Depot and furnishing these items yourself. The installation work itself was fine.

I'm going to program Thunderbird Plumbing into my phone, maybe even speed dial!
Jeff has been out to our new home twice. Both times I've been THRILLED at his thoughtful service and honest work. We needed a gas line to our dryer and he made time to install it the same day as the estimate so we could have our washer & dryer ready to go when we moved in.
When we had a plumbing emergency he was able to check out everything quickly and reassure me that we didn't need any additional work (the city had done some work previously).
I would recommend Jeff & Thunderbird Plumbing to anyone that needs gas or plumbing work. He is careful, truthful and a genuinely nice guy.

Sure enough, Mark was amazing. Punctual, Flexible, Professional. It's no wonder he's usually very busy. If your project can wait, wait for Pure Plumbing Service

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

I've been meaning to update this but life events intervened. Still would be zero stars if that was an option.
So as suspected, the problem was the lower heating element in the hot water tank. The new plumber diagnosed it in 10 minutes, and had it fixed within the half hour. He had NEVER heard that a plumber wouldn't check the heating elements in a tank in fact he said that's what they all are supposed to do - not electricians.
So I did eventually get the hot water heater tank fixed. And Austin Plumbing still kept the $150 service call charge for doing nothing, and espite (a) giving faulty information, (b) causing me to to incur a needless service charge from an electrician, and (c) apparently not knowing how to service the heating elements on a hot water heater.
Do not recommend at all!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I've have been using this company for my HVAC repairs for a few years now. Randy is amazing. He is a hard working man, knows what he is doing and never tries to sell me something that I don't need. They are military owned and operated. I highly recommend them!

Adam, Cody, and Roger were just fantastic to work with on our remodel project. Professional, responsive, well-dressed, and kind, they were willing to work around all the projects we had going on and help us finish on time. We are happy to be able to support local guys running a local business, and we'll continue to use them in the future. Look no further...we HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart! Thanks guys, for being a part of our lake house remodel!!

Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us!
Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on.
Quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable repair. Couldn't ask for better service.

These guys have bailed me out literally and figuratively. They even came out on XMAS Eve when we had a horrible leak and again today (different leak). Jack and his son are terrific and very reasonable and incredibly responsible. Use these guys without hesitation.

The plumbing contractor for my house used improper connections that started to corrode the line for my tankless water heater. The team from Daniel's Plumbing was able to come out by the next business day to get me a quote, which was a very fair price.. especially given the outstanding service. Once I decided to move forward with the work they were back out a day later and took care of the job in a matter of hours. It is a huge relief as a homeowner to be able to get somebody out quickly (other plumbers couldn't come out for at least a week, usually several weeks) and the peace of mind is priceless knowing the work is under warranty. Thanks to Daniel's Plumbing for being awesome!!
