Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Austin TX
Collen did A+ work for me a few months ago and I called Rooter-Man Austin again and was delighted that Collen was available! He was right on time, communicated with me clearly, gave me 2 options and explained the brand's warranty for the product I chose. I trust his recommendations and that means a lot!
Having a super reliable plumbing company is essential to any homeowner and I feel fortunate to have discovered Rooter-Man Austin. NO more worries about finding a plumber!

Shawn is awesome! It took 4 plumbers to find the actual problem-which was Shawn! I live in a rental and have the worst management company in Texas (RPM-Reliable Property Management). We've had plumbing problems since we moved in last December. They kept sending plumbers out that would just patch it, but Shawn was determined & actually found ALL the problems there really were. Thanks so much!

The kid that was sent out had no idea what he was doing. I hired A&T to clean out my tankless water heater. The guy came out and immediately broke both faucets. I use both of these regularly to water my garden and the hot water side I use to wash my hands when the other side is in use. The service person tried to say that they were old and stiff. I am a small person and use them everyday. They turned perfectly with ease. I had to argue with him to get him to repair the damage he caused. I argued with him at length and he finally called his boss who authorized the repair. When he was about to leave, I looked at the repair and he didn't replace the brass faucet connectors with the same threaded brass material. He used cheap plastic irrigation connectors that wouldn't have lasted long at all. I then had to argue with him about replacing what I had. It was a nightmare. Thanks for the boss on the phone it was eventually repaired correctly. The photo is the first repair made when they broke my faucets. It has now been replaced with the original brass faucets.

I managed to break the water line in my house just inside the wall, Abel called me back immediately to discuss the job and gave me a fair estimate over the phone. He showed up on time with Alex, and they were able to do the job and even went above and beyond repairing my wall and making sure it looked like new even though I didn't really expect it to. You can't go wrong calling Abel, he's fair, quick, and super nice. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs at all of my rental homes going forward.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.
From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

We used Plumb Doctors recently and had a great experience with Andrew Alexander. He did a great job replacing our faucet in spite of suffering through a recently broken hand!. He was on time and finished the job very quickly for being injured.
Andrew has an old school work ethic that you don't see much anymore.
I highly recommend Plumb Doctors (Andrew Alexander) for you next plumbing job.

HIGHLY recommend Pure Plumbing Service! Ive been trying to fix a clog for about 2 weeks now on my own. I finally broke down and decided I needed professional help. Mark knew exactly what was going on and as it was an easy fix, he walked me through it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I wont go to anyone else for plumbing services in the future. Thank you Mark!

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

I have to correct my negative post. They responded again and quickly found the problem (which was difficult and insidious), and were true to their warranty.
They will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Brett with Honest Air Conditioning is a fantastic technician and an all around nice guy. He's thorough, clear in his explanations, friendly and polite. The company in general is easy to work with also. I called this morning to set up an appointment because one of our Mitsubishi Slim units was acting up. Michelle was able to set me up with a same day appointment in the late afternoon, and then Brett called around noon to say he'd had some schedule changes and could swing by earlier if it worked for us. He figured out the problem, which took a bit of sleuthing, and arranged to get the part ordered so we can get it fixed asap. I've found it a little hard to find companies who work on mini splits, so I'm really grateful that yelp reviews led us to Honest AC earlier this year.

Raymond was super quick to respond to the request and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day! He was very transparent about the issue, gave me multiple options, and was not salesy at all! He even took care of my shower flow issue at no cost. I think I found my go to plumbing service.

If you have money growing on trees (and lot's of them). Guess there's nothing wrong with Plumber Near Me, too rich for my poor A$$, got a quote from them of almost $16,000 for replacing two hot water heaters. Both with easy access (nothing crazy here - like I live under the ocean at a depth of two miles or something like that).
Yea -darn, I'm in the wrong business I guess - should have been a plumber.

First time using GTX Plumbing. They came out today to check a pressure issue as well as to replace the flapper on a toilet. Immediately after the techs (Trent, and we didn't catch the other gentleman's name, but both were very courteous and professional) completed the job, we left the premises, and when we returned we realized the toilet was running. I called GTX, and explained that it was running and that the flapper installed wasn't the correct fit. I sent a photo and video, and it turns out this toilet is a bit atypical and uses a specific type of flap. They sent someone back before the end of the business day (Cameron, very nice and professional), and the issue was resolved. We also received a follow-up call from the owner. All in all, every team member of GTX we dealt with was great. We will definitely call them for future issues, and I'd highly recommend them.

PlumbSmart was quick to come to my house to evaluate my slow drain issue. They were exorbitant and high pressure. I told them I could not afford to pay $26,500 for the repair. Another plumber says their quote was 3 times what it should be. Unable to be able to use them since I am not able to pay that much.

My shower had been clogged/slow draining forever. I finally made the decision to call and received same day service. Skip was amazing. He was very polite and personable. Not only did he fix our drain, he also gave me a great gift idea for my boyfriend who happened to be grilling when Skip arrived. Thank you Skip!!

Came to get the number for Aloha and realized I hadn't written a review yet.
Charles has done plumbing work twice at my business and has done a great job both times. Prices were fair, everything was fully explained and there were no surprises.
Excellent customer service and a super nice guy to boot.

We live in a 2001 home in Cedar Park and woke up the other day to a wet floor on the main level. Outside, the edge of the foundation was wet all the way along the side of the house. We called a few plumbing companies that we were sure are locally owned and operated and Local Plumbing Service was the first to call us back, very quickly. Tim came out the same day and evaluated the situation, diagnosing as an in-slab plumbing leak (noooo!!!!). He scheduled us the following day to come and isolate the leak and give us options and prices for repairing the problem. We ended up re-routing that whole branch of the in-slab plumbing through the first floor ceiling, eliminating the in-slab branch entirely. Tim and Mike did a great job with the re-route and created the fewest possible access cut-outs requiring repair and were careful to protect our furnishings from dust and damage. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kept us well-informed of the process, and cleaned up after; all the things you want when you're dealing with a significant home repair issue. Their price was not the lowest we got, but was competitive and in-line with the local market for scope of the job. Their electronic scheduling, estimating, and payment software gave us a clear, itemized invoice and an easy payment interface. Thanks Tim, Mike, and LPS!

TLDR: bad customer service once they get your money, a stick of firewood is keeping my house from flooding from my NEW AC unit after paying 12k, try to get you with surprise in the moment uncharges then the tech offers to do side work at a lower cost & didn't complete the job
Called them because my AC condescension line flooded my hallway to the point that I had to get a water remediation company out to dry out my carpets. Daniel's came out quickly and band aided the drainage issue that was caused by the line coming out at an upward angle which prevented proper drainage, recharged the unit and scheduled me for a new unit instillation as well as putting in a French drain to fix the condensation line issue.
Appointment was scheduled for a Thursday, that day rolls around I get the confrontation text saying they will be there today...1:30pm and no additional communication for my all day job so I call them to make sure they are still coming. Turns out they rescheduled my appointment for the next day without letting me know because they didn't have the equipment. They said they would call me by 4:30pm once they know if they will actually have the equipment for the install the next day. 4:50 rolls around and I call them trying to find out if they are showing up tomorrow or not, find out that yes they will be coming in the morning.
Friday they start installing the unit and they tech who is there to do the free duct cleaning as part of the instillation package tells me my ducts are full of mold and they should stop the installation completely, my AC is fully disassemble at this point. He tells me the vents for my 3 bedroom house should be 20k but that he will only charge me 10k since I'm already paying a 12k bill today for the new unit. I tell him no I can't afford that, please clean the ducts and complete the install. I ask him for a copy of the estimate multiple times throughout the day but the email never comes through. As they are leaving at the end of the day the duct tech then gives me his cell number and says to call him and maybe we can work something out under the table.
Saturday morning, I wake up to a puddle in my hallway again with an AC unit that's less than 24 hours old. When I check outside the French drain was never installed and the drainage line is yet again in the wrong position, the techs on Friday didn't even keep the band aide fix from the week before. I call Daniel's as a Preferred Customer since that was part of the package I purchased, and they send someone out in the late afternoon. Tech band aides drainage line again, this time using a piece of my firewood, and agrees that is the cause of the flooding. I ask if his supervisor can call me and if they can cover the cost of getting the water removed he says he will pass along the message. As soon as he leaves I immediately call and leave a message for someone on the management team to call me back explaining the incomplete job and damage because of it. I'm told everyone is off for the weekend but I will get a call back in Monday. I have to call the water remediation company back out which is $950 and this time they have to remove a baseboard as well as pull the carpet back up and we get another 2 days of living in a wind tunnel.
Monday- called them twice, was reassured I would get a call back short
Tuesday - called them in the morning and I was told my number was being left on the managers desk as well as the return call was in his schedule....never called me back.
