Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in Austin TX

I can't thank Rooter-Man enough for their service. Today was the last day of my lease, and I'm moving to a new house, but I needed a repair done before the end of the lease to 'make good' with my landlords - my boyfriend had accidentally broken the handle on the water valve that goes to the toilet, and we didn't realize it needed to be fixed until *last night.* Desperate, we reached out to several 24-hour plumbers in NW Austin. Few answered the phone, and those who did didn't have much in the way of availability (which is completely understandable - we knew it was a last-minute request, and a long shot, especially for something non-emergent). Luckily, Lisa answered the phone at 8:30PM and told us that she had someone available to see us at 11AM today. Kyle arrived on-time and worked very expediently. He replaced the water valve in under 30 minutes, including the time it took to shut off the water to the house and turn it back on. He was courteous, to boot, and we can't appreciate him enough for helping us out when we were in a lurch. We've got a new plumber for life!

This is a local family owned business not a big corporation. They provide great service for less than you'll pay for so many others. They're knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough. They aren't just a great company to hire - they're a great company to work for. They treat their employees like family. Call them! You won't be sorry.

Smelled a gas leak under the stove this morning.  Texas Gas came out, told us it was a small problem and red tagged it.  I called around, no one I usually use was available or particularly helpful, though one did give me A&T's #.  They were responsive, came quickly (in a couple of hours), fixed the small leak, and didn't gauge me on price like everybody else does.  My husband who was there during the service said Chris was very courteous.  Recommend.

I'm not sure where to start but I'll keep it brief and to the point. There is no better contractor that I've worked with in 14 years in Austin. We had a water heater go out right before Thanksgiving and our family was in desperate need of a replacement. 10 minutes after finding Abel on Yelp and reaching out through the app, he agreed to purchase a new tankless wanted heater and be at my house by 9am the next morning. It sounded too good to be true, but sure enough Abel arrived the next morning and installed the heater perfectly. The process, efficiency, and handiwork are second to none. Thank you Abel!

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

Positively fantastic crews, work and all at a reasonable price. Tenant reported gas smell, Texas Gas came out to confirm last night then turned off the gas. By 8:30am this morning I had already scheduled with Mark to identify the leak and do the repair. He was there at 3pm. On a day when Austin was under a flood watch he crawled into a tiny crawl space under an old home, found the leak, repaired it and by 5:30pm was finished! Thanks very much, Plumb Doctors.

I have known Aaron for about five years now and feel fortunate to have met him. After being taken advantage of repeatedly by plumbers in the past ( telling me to rip out the last person's work and re-do it etc) , I have never had this experience with Aaron. He is a solid, trustworthy and dependable person who doesn't dismiss smaller jobs for big ones or shirk the unpleasant side of the business. I think he is the patron saint of plumbing! Four halos to him. As an aside, I also really like supporting smaller, local business owners with families. He's a really great guy and a family man on top of it all- that counts with me too. Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system. Could have easily just told me that I had to pay him for a visit to the house but instead was patient and walked me through a checklist that got us to the solution.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with our sales rep Rick Riker, gave us all the options w/no BS.. Rick had best product quote out of 3 other quotes we got from other AC companies.. He actually sat down and explained what was what and how it would help us in layman terms we could understand... The other companies just said, we will send a quote... no explanation of anything or follow up.. When it was time for install, Logan and Dale got here early and got the AC in up and running within time frame they said they would.. Very professionally done will absolutely recommend Honest to any and everyone..

Plumber Near me replaced our water heater cheaper than any other quotes we received! They were extremely professional, wore booties to protect our flooring and did amazing job. The response time was 20 mins and were able to service our home same day. I highly recommend Plumber Near Me and will use them in the future for all our plumbing needs. These people have gone above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the only plumbers we will call from now on!

Jerrod came highly recommended and I know why.  He demonstrates and possesses exceptional customer service skills.  He keeps appointments and is on time.  He truly is a master plumber and extremely professional!  He installed a hot water heater for us and recommended one that will warn us of a future problem (it has an alarm).  He came the same day that we were experiencing water gushing from our laundry room vent and down the wall. Of course we had to turn off the water to the house.  However, because of his responsiveness, we were not inconvenienced too long. Jarrod picked up, installed and provided us with a warranty on the unit.  

Most recently Jerrod came by and provided us assistance and guidance on a major leak we were experiencing.  We did not know who to call or where to turn.  Well Jerrod was there again on time with his knowledge and professionalism.  He is a great person to have on your home or business team of professionals!

After some horrible plumbing nightmares, I decided to go to yelp and hired local plumbing service.
Most plumbers I hired from Craigslist and Thumbtack always tried to dig and look for more and more problems. Local plumbing service was honest and upfront about prices from the beginning. They showed no inclination to increase the scope of work or look for problems. They're trustworthy so you can send them directly to your property even if you are not present. They deal well with tenants and avoid sharing too many details; keep it professional. Their office can be a little finicky in term so scheduling and billing but overall they do a simple, quick job and are priced at market value.

I had a bad experience with Daniel's Plumbing.  They were a no show for an appointment.  They have a very and ridiculously long period of five hours during which they may show up for an appointment.  Most firms use a period of two hours.  Don't rely upon them to show up.
