Best Sink Repair in Austin TX

A breath of fresh air after the disaster described in my previous plumbing review (look it up). Brad took my call immediately, and had good availability. He courteous, prompt, fast, and fairly priced. I'm happy to write longer reviews when the spirit moves, but I'm just relieved this long plumbing ordeal is over. Thanks Brad!

Tried booking on yelp and providing info requested on 11/14.  Chased them for confirmation.  They gave me runaround this morning and excuses why I was not confirmed.  Peter then told me Yelp is not good to book services and gave me lecture on how they are not obligated to provide service.  Clearly, Peter doesn't understand principles of capitalism or customer service.  Business must be good for them to treat potential customers poorly.

Update

Louis called me within the hour, apologized for miscommunication, and was on-site personally to handle the matter.  Upgrading to 5 stars for exceptional service from owner who resolved matter immediately.

Call these guys.  Professional and responsive.  Not only were they transparent about the fees upfront but Matt came in and immediately identified the issue and quickly resolved.

Curtis came out on the day I called with a faulty water heater. He replaced it with speed and care. The price was fantastic, especially for same day service! Great work! Thank you guys.

Our air conditioning drain pan was filling up every 2 days. This would shut off the air conditioning and leak through the ceiling into our dining room. Multiple visits by another company failed to fix this. A visit from City Wide Plumbing fixed the problem. 3 days later our drain pan is dry and ac works great.

Bill was upfront and honest about things that meant he may not be the best company for the job. This made me know I could trust him and I definitely wanted to use them. Very pleased with the work.

I have a home warranty in effect but as is sometimes the case, the repairman they sent out gave me the run around; I called with some questions just to get some expert advice and Brady referred me to Don, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the info I needed without the sales pitch.

Abel and his assistant were direct, honest, and hard working.  Abel came through to fix a part that other plumbers in my neighborhood have bypassed or replaced.  The price was more than fair, and his customer service was great.  The assistant on the phone listened well and set expectations accurately.  Such a fresh relief to find people who conduct business ethically and directly.

My hot water heater died and Braulio came out the same day I contacted him to look at it. He then came back the next day and replaced the whole unit. He was very professional, quick and took the time to explain the issues and options with me. I would definitely use him again.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Jim at Republic has handled several plumbing repairs and installations around my house.  I always felt as though I was their most important client, every time he came to my house.  Prices were reasonable, work was super.  

He even fixed things that were not strictly necessary to the repair in question, but that the plumber before had done incorrectly.  He asked me first and explained the consequences of leaving it as it was.  I felt like he was doing things the way hewould want them done at his own house.  All this and still at a very fair price.

Don't waste your time or money with these guys. They're so clueless they can't even make and keep an appointment. They will flat-out waste your time. I called last week and talked with the service manager, James, to discuss the problems with my HVAC system and what might be needed to repair it. At the conclusion of that phone call, he directed me to call back in to the office to set an appointment. And so I did ... called their office back and talked with Jessica, gave her all my contact info, mentioned my phone call with James, and requested service. She set an appt. for Monday and said a service tech would be at my home between 12 noon and 2pm, and they would call before arriving. So I sweated through the weekend, awaiting the serviced call. I then re-arranged my schedule for Monday to accommodate the service call, and waited at the house for the service tech. and then .... 12 noon comes and goes, no call. 1pm comes and goes no call. About 1:30, I decided to check in on the status and ... lo and behold no one in their office had ever heard of me, and I was informed I was not in their system, so I asked to speak with James, the service manager. He did not take my call, so I left a voice mail message asking him to help me get things straightened out regarding the service call. He never bothered to return the call. What does it say if your service manager doesn't even care about providing good service? I will never, ever call on Stan's again. They will disrespect you by wasting your time. You've been forewarned.

Called Monday repairs/replacements completed Tuesday. (I was not a prefered customer.) Fast friendly service. This was for toilet, supply line and cutoff valve replacement. They cleaned the work area and hauled off the old. While here, other areas were inspected, recommendations and quotes to follow.

We really appreciate this plumbing group, once again we needed them and they came out and resolved an issue in a timely manner  and gave us a good faucet tip as well-thank you Raymond and Ted!

Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system. Could have easily just told me that I had to pay him for a visit to the house but instead was patient and walked me through a checklist that got us to the solution.

Olvin did an amazing job helping us remodel our 2 bathrooms. The two (Olvin & Hiram) were professional, had great attention to detail, and super responsive to our questions! I can not recommend Fuentes Tile enough, my wife and I have had multiple contractors do sub par work, so we were hesitant to just go with anybody. Olvin made us feel very good about his quality of work, comfortable with the working hours, and continued to keep the remodel clean throughout the progress of the job. We are very happy with the finished product, 100% recommended with 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend Spot-on Plumbing! Their service was incredibly fast and professional, and I was blown away by the quality of their work. I was so impressed that I plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the amazing service!

Nick was so helpful! I sincerely appreciate his thorough check on my kitchen faucet. He quickly and efficiently solved the problem, fixed it and double checked it too.!!!!! I highly recommend him.
