Third time lucky!  I've had Brad out to our home 3 times for minor repairs.  He responds quickly to my calls for help - and has been very helpful and efficient at sorting the problems each time.  I can only give him full marks - for professionalism, a fair price, and a very decent person and excellent plumber.  Thanks again Brad.  No more leaks at our home.

Both of our water heaters (connected in parallel) started leaking and the pilot light would not stay on. I reached out to Proven Plumbing for a quote.

The first thing that stuck me about this company is their professional and polite attitude - this is one of the best I have ever experienced. I spoke to Peter and he immediately sent their team members to my house to inspect the current water heater and then they sent me a quote to replace both water heaters. It was very easy to talk to anyone at the company - special kudos to Peter and Louis. What I loved was that they took the time to calmly explain to me what was wrong and what they would be doing. They also answered any questions I had about my quote.

On the day of install, they sent Mr. Richard and Mr. Brian. Both of them were super professional and answered the numerous questions I had :-) It was a true pleasure talking to them. They did an amazing job of installing the new water heaters, expansion tanks and all the insulation (important due to the unpredictable weather in Austin/Round Rock. )

This is a trustworthy company, reliable and knowable with a professional crew. I highly recommend them.

I'm in real estate and needed a plumber to look at a drain line for me on a property I had under contract. I called several other plumbers and they couldn't get out for several days and one guy had such an attitude on the phone I wouldn't have used him anyway. I called Rooter-Man and the lady on the phone was very professional and pleasant. She told me Kyle would be my service guy and would be at the property between 3:00 and 5:00 with a phone call to me about 45 minutes before he headed that way. He called and I met him there about 45 minutes later. He was very through, quick and professional. This is the kind of service that you don't find very often. They will definitely be my go to plumber in the future

I hired Capital City Plumbing after checking out their wonderful Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. They came out within an hour last night to change out a toilet valve and two sink valves, after my decision to do it myself ended up in an leak because the valves were too old and rigid and split. Nick was efficient and so polite. They also came back today to install a new toilet. They have online notifications letting you know your plumber is on the way and when he will arrive.

I am so very pleased with the quality, timeliness and reasonable rates of these guys. I found my new plumbing company!

Y'all A&T is a life saver! We had a hard nasty job that needed to be done and i struggled to find anyone to even come out and give me quote for it. One company came out and the price they quoted me was completely insane. I called Pierre and he sent someone out the next day and gave me a fair quote that we could afford, and once we approved the estimate they got right to work. This was a tough job that required tunneling under our house, chipping concrete, and busting out nasty old cast iron sewer pipes that were no longer draining. The job took awhile but that's completely understandable,it was tough work and we aren't exactly located close to his office. Kevin and his crew were professional and hardworking. They did everything they could to make sure that we understood the process and that everything was being handled. Now our toilets flush and showers drain! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I called Abel after noticing water damage on my kitchen ceiling. It turns out my master bath shower valve was leaking, causing water to run down to the lower lever ceiling.

Abel was quick to take a look, and explained everything to me in great detail. His prices were also extremely reasonable and he had the issue solved in a few hours.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. From start to finish, Thunderbird Plumbing is the best! Plumbing pros! We discovered a hot water line leak that was steadily leaking water through the floor, into the house.  Ted was responsive and came to check out the issue and give us an estimate the same day I called.  He helped us with a short term fix until he could come back and do the full repair.  Jeff and Ted returned a week later to complete the job (cap at the leak and reroute the line).  They were on time, friendly and worked well together to diagnose the issue and fix it.  They were fast and less expensive than another quote I received.  We were grateful they were recommended to us! Mark is a plumbing wizard! We will be forever grateful for his immediate response and accurate, fast work. Our pipes burst in two places following snovid in mid-Feb and Mark visited us twice to repair - once even driving in the terrible snow to help his community. He is polite, informative, cool under pressure, fast, incredibly skilled and fair.

Olvin did the floor and shower wall tile for two of our bathrooms. We got several quotes and we chose to go with Olvin for multiple reasons: his quote was very reasonable and properly itemized, he provided suggestions on our design, he offered rational ways to change things while keeping the budget limit intact. But the 5-star review is for his work afterwards. We had read reviews of him being detail oriented, and those were spot on. He had different people work with him on various days, but he was the constant every single day and even working alone for 9 straight hours on one of the days just because he was running late and wanted to keep the target completion date. Apart from this, the other big point for us was that he was exceptionally polite and respectful. At the end of it, his work has been very well done.
I would highly highly recommend Olvin to anyone looking for remodeling.

Had a great experience with Drew and Carlos - they came out the same day at no charge to check on my dishwasher and gave me some excellent referrals

We had been struggling with a problem with our washing machine plumbing for quite a while. At least one other plumbing company seemed to have no clue as to how to repair it. The problem was that the output pipe had broken off at the bottom and even though it was repaired, the water flow outbound caused the washer to stop or else the laundry room was flooded. Austin plumbing determined that the outbound water flow needed to be connected to some pipes under our utility sink and a vent installed. That sounded very expensive, but ended up being very reasonable in cost. I would definitely recommend.

Geronimo and Sons were very responsive, had availability at times that were convenient, diagnosed the issue remotely, communicated throughout the process and delivered a successful result! Will definitely use them again next time we have any issues.
