My experience with them was great. Great communication from initial call. Someone came out same day for a free estimate, and we booked them to fix our water pressure problem. From initial call to completed service it took 3 days, I loved this. The work was quick and efficient. Also they back their work with a 1 yr warranty.

Definitely will call them for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Well looks like my last review was right, after the last job Gilbert did. He gave me a bid for replacing my water heaters and pressure regulator value. I got that bid the same day, even thou he said to shop around for prices I did not. I knew that day I wanted to use Gilbert again.

Gilbert and Blake came out and did a fantastic job! I will say this has been my BEST yelp decision yet. I have used Blue Dragon going on three times now and will continue to use them.

I submitted a quote request to unclog my main drain after my laundry backed up into my garage. Michael responded quickly with a quote and available times to come that day. Once I set the appointment they sent me a text confirming my time 12-3pm. Michael called me at 11:45am to tell me he was 15min out. He was friendly, explained everything to me and took his time to make sure the drain was unclogged. He then ran water through it with me watching to show it wasn't backed up. He is a true professional and even put covers on his shoes when coming into the house. The final price was extremely reasonable and less than the range he had estimated. I would absolutely call Capital City and Michael for any future needs. It's refreshing when a company lives up to their Yelp reviews.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. I could not be happier with the service I received from A&T! I requested a quote via Yelp to have my faulty water heater checked out, and within 30 minutes I had an appointment set up for the following morning. However I received a call from John not 2 hours later who told me they were in the area and could actually come out within the next 20 minutes!

After a quick visit they had diagnosed the problems and given me an estimate. By 9:30 the next morning, my water had a new TMP valve and a shiny new gas valve and was up and running! They even stayed to ensure that everything was running perfectly before leaving.

The best part? The entire job came in $60 below the quoted price, and the turnaround time was under 18 hours from the initial request for quote, to a completed job! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

I called Abel on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call within an hour and moved some things around to come down the next day during my lunch hour. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me before making decisions. He worked quickly, everything looks great, and he takes online payments! He will definitely be my go-to plumber :)

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

Needed a new hose bib installed as it snapped off. They completed the job in less than an hour after arriving the same morning I called.

Stan's provides after hours and weekend service at a very reasonable price.

We have had two WEEKEND recent experiences with Stan's.  In July the capacitor failed in our 18 month old condensing unit (NOT installed by Stan's).  We had another company come out (that was supposed to call before coming out, but just showed up instead) who wanted almost $500 to replace it that day.  We had to replace the same part in our old system and I know that $500 is a ridiculous amount especially since the part is under warranty.  We sent that tech on his way even though we had to pay the $84 service charge.

A Stan's tech came out a couple of hours later, replaced the capacitor and charged $197.50.  Still came out ahead even though we had to pay the other service charge.

Last night (Saturday) we noticed that once again our now 19 month old unit was not working.  Called Stan's around 9 pm at night, got a return call within 10 minutes from Iban who said he could come out in the morning.  I asked for a call before he headed our way.  He called Sunday at 8:45 am and was there within the next 30 minutes.  Replaced a fuse for $97.  Before 10 am on a SUNDAY.  Gotta love a company who responds quickly, even after hours and on weekends, with fair pricing.  Texas is just way too hot to go all weekend without A/C.

Ted recently came out to meet us regarding some tankless water heater concerns that I had. He had performed extra research by calling a Rinnai tech before the visit and provided us with great information. Fortunately, we determined that nothing needed to be done at the time, but I will not hesitate to contact and refer Thunderbird for future plumbing needs!

We had a problem with the sewer lift pump and called Mark Reilly.  He promptly responded to look at the situation, formulated a plan of action and carried it out within one working day.  He was professional, well equipped and extremely knowledgeable about the problem and solution.  The price he originally quoted was within a few dollars of the final bill.  If you have plumbing problem he is a master plumber and can take care of you with courtesy and professionally.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I did not use Austin Plumbing as I had an emergency and had to go with the first I found available but they were responsive and I would definitely contact them again in the future. My 2 tubs had unusually low water pressure where they were basically unusable. I had another plumber (from another very reputable/licensed company with great reviews on Yelp) come out months ago to try to fix the issue. The plumber cleaned the cartridges which didn't fix the issue and told me our next step would be to tear out the walls to look at plumbing structural issues. ‍

I wanted a second opinion so started calling around.
Ray came out quickly (I made my appointment only 3 days ago). quickly discerned that he just needed to change the cartridge on one tub and clean out the spout on the 2nd tub.

And now, a few hours later, we have 2 usable tubs! A total game changer!!!  So happy. Thank you so much!!!

They got me an appointment when I was available with a break in my schedule.
Jeff gave me several tips on how to keep my pipes and appliances working smoothly with some simple maintenance. He even adjusted my water heater and showed me how to flush the hot water tank.
