I cannot say enough good things about Richard and Proven Plumbing. We had them install a new toilet, the toilet leaked, Richard found a crack in the toilet, and installed a new one.  The customer service has been excellent, Richard is a great employee and we are very grateful for his diligence.

I recently moved back into my house after renting it to tenants for the past 5 years and discovered several plumbing issues that needed attention (clogged pipes, toilet not filling up, new disposal needed installation, etc). Each and every time I've called, Curtis comes to the rescue! He is great. Always calls to let you know when he is on his way, super knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I definitely recommend Rooter-Man and Curtis and will definitely call on him again for any other plumbing issues that will likely arise in my 78 year old house.

Talk about service after the sale. I had both my water heaters replaced a few years ago and needed to have the vent pipe repaired on one of them after getting a new roof. Emilio showed up first thing this morning and fixed me up in no time - free of charge! This is why I keep coming back to EZ Flow with all my plumbing needs.

This is a late review but I just wanted to reiterate what everyone here is saying. Pierre and his guys really are the most conscientious and dedicated plumbers, there's just no reason to use anyone else. If they cannot get to you as fast as you need them (what happened when we had an emergency at our place on a weekend once), they will give you the number of people they trust who can. They have fixed a few issues at our Austin homes and have always been prompt and expert. Pierre was also able to help answer some questions I had about an issue I was having with a plumber in Houston! He is generous, and truly dedicated to being the best plumber out there. We are clients for life.

I just moved into my house and realized that while there is natural gas in my kitchen, my laundry room was only equipped with electric connections. Big problem since I own a gas dryer.  Enter Braulio to the rescue. He called me back soon after I left a message and we scheduled an appointment. He installed a new gas line from the main gas line down to the laundry room. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and got the project done for the price he had estimated before he started. He did a very clean and professional job and cleaned up after himself. He also connected and tested the appliances before finishing up. I'll definitely call Braulio again when I need a plumber!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

Nothing like a mainline stoppage at 10pm on a Friday night. I reached our first thing Saturday morning and they were able to send a tech out. He was able to get our line open, but there was a break in the line at the city connection. He told us how to reach the city and didn't try to scam us for the repair. Not cheap but worth it in the end. Thanks!

Very disappointed!!  They said the air handler was bad and then suggested we buy a new unit. But had my nephew come in from out of town that works on air conditioners and said there was nothing wrong with it.

From start to finish, Thunderbird Plumbing is the best! Plumbing pros! We discovered a hot water line leak that was steadily leaking water through the floor, into the house.  Ted was responsive and came to check out the issue and give us an estimate the same day I called.  He helped us with a short term fix until he could come back and do the full repair.  Jeff and Ted returned a week later to complete the job (cap at the leak and reroute the line).  They were on time, friendly and worked well together to diagnose the issue and fix it.  They were fast and less expensive than another quote I received.  We were grateful they were recommended to us! Absolute best service call ever!

Just moved into a new home and the water heater light died.   Mark came out immediately to address the pilot light on my water heater;  after helping clear a path through the crowded garage and and unhinging the door to access it!  Fixed the issue with ease,  explained the new heater to me, and made recommendations.  

Then he fixed my Boyfriends ALMOST perfect food disposal instillation(not even the reason I called)!  Totally reasonable price, professional and friendly.  

Time from call to resolution less than 90min.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

Called them to come out for a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was leaking all over the floor.  They came out within a day to fix it, were on time, and did a great job.  My mom even had them install the wrong tub fixtures and they were very gracious about it when I asked them to replace them with different ones.  Very professional, prices were reasonable, and prompt service.  I would hire them again for sure.

After receiving hourly price I asked to call me but no one contacted me since . I understand that all plumber are very busy these days however it is not an excuse .

Had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend with two toilets backing up & overflow into shower. Quick Response, excellent service, & reasonable price I'd recommend this company & use again!

Phenomenal on every level, from punctuality and professionalism to workmanship.  Diego is a real rare and refreshing find amid the swamp rats out there calling themselves handymen and even bad contractors. HIGHLY recommend him.  Also he's more than fair on his rates.

He replaced my aging water heater. The install was quick and he kept me updated along the way. He cleaned up the space really well before finishing the job. Very professional. I'll be using them for my future plumbing projects.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

When our AC decided to die at 5pm on Saturday, Floyd was quick to respond and troubleshoot our problem. Floyd quickly solved the problem and walked us through a cost analysis of what our long term solutions were. We highly recommend calling Floyd's team when you have a problem!
