The best experience I have had with a plumber. I have had 3 different companies out in the last 2 years for clogs. These guys were the cheapest and were friendly. They did a great job.

All businesses, regardless of their area of expertise, should aspire to match the impeccable professionalism, staff expertise, and reasonable rates provided by this company. I came home from a trip and found out two of our sinks were backed up. I sent EZ Flow a message at 6pm on Labor Day and amazingly, received a message from Bill 5 mins later saying they could be here first thing in the morning.

Bill and Nick showed up at 9am the next morning and fixed the problem within the hour.  Nick was incredibly professional and able to diagnose both sink issues without any problem.  

This was my first plumber experience in Austin and I can definitely say, EZ Flow will be my go to moving forward.

Outstanding company and crew - fantastic owners running the company with integrity, honesty and reasonable pricing - hard combination to find these days, but you don't need to look any further.  Give them a chance, I know you will be glad you did.

Super fast response and Braulio was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable plumbers I have had the pleasure of watching. I had a broken water main in my front yard. Standard Plumbing was cheaper than the three the other plumbers I got quotes from. Call them without hesitation for any thing plumbing related!  Can't recommend them more.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

We used Plumb Doctors recently and had a great experience with Andrew Alexander. He did a great job replacing our faucet in spite of suffering through a recently broken hand!. He was on time and finished the job very quickly for being injured.
Andrew has an old school work ethic that you don't see much anymore.

THANK YOU to Stan's plumbing service and mr. Steve Garcia. We have Been dealing withThe problem in our line of an improper flushing toilet for 3 years. This was a new house the original plumbing was done by Victory plumbing and we knew there was something improper but they couldn't find it or wouldn't fix it all they wanted to do was wait till the warranty was up. We finally have had enough and we called another plumbing service.

We called Stan's and we're  very impressed with your courteous service and customer relations. They sent out a workmen named Steve Garcia and this young man knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable, He cleaned up any mess that was made and things are properly done and we are extremely thankful and pleased with the service this company has provided. I would highly recommend Stan's plumbing service to anyone who is having a problem. I don't know if victory plumbing is still in business but if they are do not use them do not ever use Victory Pluber they didn't cut the pipe properly when building this house left a piece of broken pipe in the line which turned out to be the problem and the cause of all her distress poor over three years. This young man said he had repairedThis problem from victory plumbing service several times.  NEVER USE VICTORY PLUMBING!

Worth five stars at least for Ted's explanation over the phone of what the problem was and why his bid was 80% lower than another company's --  they would only fix what needed fixing, not dig up half our carport and redo the entire sewer pipe to the street. They did a great job, or at least I assume they did, as it was all done while I was at work one afternoon, and they had the concrete relaid and everything cleared up before I got back. So I never actually met the guys or saw them work.

Great service from Mark.  I've hired him a few times for various plumbing jobs.  He does good quality work and has been quite generous with his time.  He has a good manner and is good at explaining the issues, and he has really gone the extra mile for us.  I highly recommend Pure Plumbing.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I called O&M to come out to my office due to a smell that was just awful. Ben came out to find that my clean out cap in the men's restroom was just loose. He took it off, replaced the seal, and let me know it was nothing major. Thank you Ben for being speedy and honest!

I had a leak in a section of old galvanized pipe under my house. Geronimo was able to come the next afternoon. I took a look at his reviews on Yelp! and decided to look no further for someone who could come any sooner--he sounded like the kind of person I wanted to do business with! And he didn't disappoint. He was running close to the end of the (1 hour!) arrival window he had set for himself, so he called me to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I think he got to my place within the time window any way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he proposed, gave a very reasonable quote on-the-spot, and took care of it professionally. I look forward to hiring him for some additional plumbing I need to have done.

I can't say enough good things about Diego. He helped me out with a custom butcher block countertop in our guest room, and the level of communication, craftsmanship, and detail shown in his work was truly impressive.

I'd been trying to get this project completed for almost a year - I had several other handymen that just never responded to me or completely ghosted me after initial conversations. Not only did Diego get back to me immediately, but he asked all the right questions that I didn't even consider that showed his years of experience, so that I knew I was in good hands. He was so patient with explaining his entire process, answered all of my (many) questions, and kept me involved every step of the way.

The project turned out even better than I expected, and I'm so pleased with how it looks. On top of everything, Diego is a really chill, friendly guy who is great at what he does, and exceptionally fair and honest.

I've since worked with Diego on a couple of smaller projects, and he's super generous with his time and goes out of his way to help me troubleshoot other little issues around my house that I could probably manage on my own. For anything larger that requires a more skilled hand, I'm going to Diego first from now on.

Tried to replace my toilet and found the flange broken. Everest responded first to my yelp request and offered free onsite inspection and estimate.  They arrived on time, quote was very fair, and immediately completed a high quality job (welded a new brass flange and re-installed the toilet).  Cleaned everything up, too.  I'll be using Everest again for all our plumbing needs.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Our old ac stopped cooling so we searched around and found Honest Airconditioning which had good reviews and was also near us.  We called around 5:30 in the afternoon and they had someone here within 30 minutes.  He told us the unit needed a contacter and he replaced it.  We asked about new units and he took us through what they could offer and told us if we bought a new unit they would deduct the service call that day from the cost of a new unit.  We ordered a new unit and in about a week they were here to install it. There was only one small glitch after the install but there was someone here to resolve it almost immediately. We are happy with our new unit and would definitely recommend Honest AC.
