Garbage company.  Incredibly unprofessional on the phone and disrespectful.  I guess you are what you clean.

These guys are fantastic!  We lost water pressure after having to turn off our water to do a repair. They came out same day, replaced the shutoff valve and pressure regulator for a very reasonable price and left the work area safe and clean. The invoice was received with in an hour, exactly what was quoted, and they take Apple Pay.

Highly recommend!

Very grateful to the Blue Dragon Plumbing team for helping us get our shower fixed on a Sunday.  All of their suppliers were closed, but Gilbert spent ample time with us on the phone walking us through what parts we needed to get at the hardware store so that his team could do a same-day repair.  Their team was fast and they did not charge us extra because it was a weekend. We will definitely be using them again!

He fought a difficult  (putting lightly) battle against a 40 some odd foot run of limestone nearly two feet thick. His phone was killed, my neighbors complained (the rock saw is loud), he at all times faced the certain dangers of a golf ball strike, and he just kept plugging away. We are finally off of septic, all thanks to SUPER Rooter Man.

I called EZ Flow Pluming to help my clients with a second opinion on a plumbing issue with their house they were purchasing.  I spoke with Bill the owner and requested they come out on short notice and on a Saturday afternoon at that and Bill was happy to accommodate.  Brian was the representative who came out to the property to inspect the issue.  Brian was professional, polite and able to resolve the issue quickly and make the necessary repairs on the spot.  My clients were instantly put at ease and we were able to move forward with confidence the issue had been resolved and my clients purchased their new home.  In addition to this, Bill called it to my attention immediately once they had received payment twice for services rendered.  Great honest folks!  I am so thankful for Brian, Bill and EZ Flow Plumbing.  I recommend them hands down any day! ~ Kari Lichman

Showed up when they were supposed to, they were polite, clean, and professional.

I spent the bulk of a Sunday afternoon replacing everything I could reach under the sink, to no avail. After more than a decade in the same house, the clog was just too far into the wall for me to reach. I admitted defeat and called in a professional.

Not the cheapest in town, but they had immediate availability. When the kitchen sink is clogged, the wife isn't happy. And when the wife isn't happy, immediate availability matters!

I discovered a leak in my main water intake for my house one evening. Abel responded promptly with a reasonable quote and was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours.  The work was professionally done and Abel and crew were very pleasant to deal with.

Super communication! I sent a request in yesterday, I got a reply almost immediately and he was out the next morning with a very fair price and a job well done. Can't ask for more than that!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Jim is amazing. I've used him on numerous occasions and he has always been fair, courteous and quickly gets the job done. We originally used another plumber to install our tub, but he did a terrible job, so we contacted Jim who was able to fix the previous plumber's work. Then we got a flood in our kitchen and Jim was able to come quickly to turn off the water and then returned later to fix the complicated leak issue. We only trust him for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

I give them two stars for being responsive. But their pricing is simply not competitive. Also their services did not meet my needs as I was asking for things related to a remodel as well as a quote for normal service. And it seems strange that they would install a tankless water heater but refused to Accommodate replacing my toilet and moving the waste drain line. I also needed to replace the sink with the New supply lines and a faucet, But they wouldn't even give me a quote.  I also asked them to give me a quote to replace my Shower faucet mechanism as it has been corroded Do the mineral deposits.  Again, no quote was provided.

Lastly, they showed me a quote for the tankless water heater and then they said they sent the email but I've never received it.  I asked if they would price match and they couldn't confirm they would or wouldn't. I asked if I could choose my own tankless water heater as theirs seemed to be a bit pricey ($7K), and that was a negative. They also mentioned I'd have to get an electrician to install power prior to the job, as that wasn't part of their work.

I consider this company to simply be predatory.

Called Monday repairs/replacements completed Tuesday. (I was not a prefered customer.) Fast friendly service. This was for toilet, supply line and cutoff valve replacement. They cleaned the work area and hauled off the old. While here, other areas were inspected, recommendations and quotes to follow.
Pros from the get go.

Jeff is not only an experienced plumber but he's also trustworthy and reliable. He's been able to solve several issues that other plumbers couldn't figure out and I've been more than happy with the quality of work each time.

Mark is a plumbing wizard! We will be forever grateful for his immediate response and accurate, fast work. Our pipes burst in two places following snovid in mid-Feb and Mark visited us twice to repair - once even driving in the terrible snow to help his community. He is polite, informative, cool under pressure, fast, incredibly skilled and fair.

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
