Best Gas Water Heater Installat… in Austin TX

Brad has always been the most honest, dependable and technically proficient master plumber for all the work in my house for the past 10-12 years. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. He recently replaced a water heater (gas) for me on very short notice (called him on a Sunday and he was able to schedule me for the following Mon morning) and after he completed the work, he explained to me how to maintain it properly. He practices very safe social distancing measures and ensures you're comfortable with what he needs to do. He offered me options to save money and went over each of the replacements and adjustments he needed to make to ensure the finished work was up to or exceeded code. His company will always be my first, primary contact for any plumbing work on my property.

Fast service and great work.  Emailed a request for an estimate to change out a faucet in the bathroom.  They called within the hour with the estimate.  Then they called again in about 30 minutes saying they could have a plumber here in 30 minutes.

He arrived in time and was very engaging and went right to work.  He even had to make a tool to get to a hard to reach connection behind the sink.  He had the old faucet off and the new one installed with new supply lines he supplied in about an hour.

He cleaned up the area and took away the old faucet and packaging.  I could not have been happier with their service.  And here's the best part: the job came in under his estimate.

I called Gilbert to fix the low water pressure in my home. he was very responsive and he shows up in less than 24 hours. He was planning to change the pressure control valve. He called the water company and do all necessary checks to be sure that what he will do is really needed.
He found out that one of our neighbors manually shutdown our control valve. He consider this as a site survey and did not take any money

Highly recommended- we had a leak detection and Curtis came in to check what the issue might be. He was so knowledgeable and patient. We asked him quite a few questions drive it was our first time-  not once did we see him get impatient or in a rush to complete the job. We highly recommend rooter and Curtis.

I highly recommend EZ flow plumbing!  I had a leak in my water heater and Bill came within 2 hours of receiving my call.  The problem was fixed in no time and his service was worth every penny.

This Wednesday evening, my bathtub was draining super slowly, and when I tried to plunge it, I discovered that both of my toilets were backing up as well.  First thing Thursday morning, I called A&T, and they were able to fit me in on the schedule for the same day.  Dalton and helper arrived with their drain cleaning machine and camera, opened the cleanout near the street, and got right to work.  After working persistently, they were able to get the clog in the main line removed, and then they ran the camera down the main line and showed me the state of things  -- thankfully, although there were a couple of bellies, there were no breaks, cracks, or roots.  While they didn't have the right tools on the truck to clean out the clog in the bathtub trap, I was able to get that fixed separately.

I'm not sure where to start but I'll keep it brief and to the point. There is no better contractor that I've worked with in 14 years in Austin. We had a water heater go out right before Thanksgiving and our family was in desperate need of a replacement. 10 minutes after finding Abel on Yelp and reaching out through the app, he agreed to purchase a new tankless wanted heater and be at my house by 9am the next morning. It sounded too good to be true, but sure enough Abel arrived the next morning and installed the heater perfectly. The process, efficiency, and handiwork are second to none. Thank you Abel!

I sent a message via yelp first and was given the flat fee upfront for the service which I appreciated. Braulio then got in touch and came over within the hour. He took at look at my old disposal, told me the expected cost of the same unit and went out and grabbed it. He came back, finished the job and left me with my disposal good as new, now I no longer need a bucket under my sink. I will definitely call back if I have issues with anything else in the future.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater.  One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad.  Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater.  I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars.  Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing.  He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.  At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.  You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

This is about Tanya and Miguel. A/C stops working late Friday afternoon.  Called Stan's as they installed the new system and duct work a couple of years ago.  Tanya politely answers my call during which I explain my having out of town guests, memorial service and on and on!about my problem.  She listened and was much more than just considerate, thoughtful and empathetic.  She was effective.  She was able to schedule Miguel who arrived in about 1 hour.  To be clear, I had neglected to renew my service contract and thankfully the condensation overflow switch had cut the system off.  Tanya and Miguel are two reasons Stan's is successful.  Hey Chris, please tell your Mom that you hire great people!  Oh, and I renewed my service contract because of Tanya and Miguel.

We needed a replacement for our leaking water heater. Joe came by the same day and installed one, gathering parts from two or three locations to get the job done on a Saturday. Friendly, informative and helpful at all times. Just what we needed.

I can't recommend Jeff and Thunderbird plumbing enough. I had a water heater installed and Jeff's estimate came in under two other bids I had. He was prompt and efficient, and was really nice and communicative throughout.

After the installation, I mentioned some small problems I had in my new home, and he offered to walk through, took a look, and gave me a few tips. I had a leak in the bathroom faucet that I had no idea how to fix and he grabbed a similar faucet valve from his truck and showed me how to fix it.

I can't imagine a better plumber.

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
