Brad was extremely courteous and professional. He arrived on time, performed the work on schedule and was very knowledgeable, allowing me to upgrade a part of my plumbing system to a long term solution rather than a short term fix. I was impressed with his work and will be calling him back the next time I need work done. Definitely recommended.

Had couple issues recently that Proven plumbing helped me with... toilet fill valve replacement and a garbage disposal that was humming. Both times, they were prompt to schedule an appointment and answered my questions in a friendly manner while fixing the issues. Would definitely recommend and contact them again.

Curtis was the plumber that worked at my house. He was on time; called 30 minutes ahead of time as well. He worked efficiently, checked his work twice and made sure the job was done.He also cleaned up after himself. Charges were reasonable, especially in light of the fact I only called the day before for service. I highly recommend Curtis and the Rooter Man services.

These guys were amazing. I had an urgent situation with my kitchen sink that I knew was probably simple, but I didn't have the time or the know-how to fix. While not a truly emergency situation, it was an emergency to me, and they came out after hours, were extremely professional, and it was shockingly reasonably priced. They even stayed a few extra minutes to diagnose another issue that wasn't part of the original call for no extra charge.

Prompt service every time we've called this business. We've had a faucet replaced, roto-root, and a pretty substantial repair done to a pipe in our slab. Every time they've done timely and quality work.

Huge props to Gerry and Daniel! I am a woefully lacking homeowner and had no idea how to even explain my issue other than the sprinkler system wasn't working. Gerry took the time to dig a hole and sort through the issue. Not only that but when I told him I had to leave by 11 he came through and finished with 5mins to spare.

I was in need of relocating my water heater from the house interior to the garage. No small thing considering ending and moving water connections. I called Braulio from a recommendation from a remodeler that uses his services all the time. Braulio came by the house that afternoon, assessed the job and had my estimate by that night.
Braulio's estimate was clear and fully encompassing of things I was needing but hadn't a clue about before (updating to new standards and codes).
His estimate was overwhelming reasonable.  I had thought about for a day, sent him a text and got an instant text back.
Braulio got to my house 1st thing Monday morning and was completed by early afternoon. He answered several questions of water heater maintenance and helpful things.
His work was so meticulous. down to caulking the new outside pressure relief and drain pan lines. Capped off old water line very cleanly and nicely.
I can't say enough good things about his solid work. I'm very thankful I called him. GREAT fully licensed, up to date plumber.

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

Great service and very reasonable rates! Brian knows his stuff. He was fast and efficient and solved the problem. My AC is cooling very well. I told them before they came that I had a water leak. Technician came without any water leak investigation equipment.
He blindly dug in my front yard and was unable to find the leak. Charged me $400 for that, knocked off $100 when he couldn't find it. Then Said his boss had sonar equipment but would charge another $895 to bring it. I obviously declined bc thats absurd to charge almost $1200-$1300 just to find a water leak on my property.

I ended paying just $150 for another company (who had more experience) to find where my water pipe leak was and didnt want to charge a crazy $1300 just to find the leak in the first place (without actually even fixing anything yet).

I cannot recommend Thunderbird Plumbing, and specifically Jeff enough!! I have a Home Warranty and they sent a plumber out a few months ago who stated there potentially was an issue with the timer so I almost hired an electrician, per his recommendation. Fast forward a few months, and after seeing amazing reviews about Jeff, we reached out and asked him to come over and diagnose our hot water heater. He did a wonderful job explaining the details of my 40 gallon hot water heater and helping me understand what should be expected of this unit. Though we did not do any work at this present time, I literally asked Jeff for for business cards so I could give them to friends. We will only be using Jeff as our plumber and truly cannot recommend him enough!

So I don't know about this customer service other reviewers speak of.  I called this company for bath fixture installation on Tuesday, nobody answered so I left a detailed message in the voice mail with the job description and my contact information. I heard nothing back so Wednesday evening i went to the company website and completed the contact request form, again with a detailed message and my contact information, still no response.  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt more than i should and decided to try one more time using the yelp request quote which touts 2 hour response time at 100%, still no reply.  So after 3 tries in 3 days I am finally giving up.  I understand it may have been a small job and not worth their time, i get the weather was bad and they may have been busy but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to just make a quick call or respond to an email or quote request to say hey we are swamped and can't get to you.

Olvin and Ramon were very professional, on time, courteous and clean. They repaired a two foot hole in our shower wall- now you cannot tell it was even there.
They gave us a good price and completed the work on the weekend after I called them in a Tuesday!

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

Called them to come out for a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was leaking all over the floor.  They came out within a day to fix it, were on time, and did a great job.  My mom even had them install the wrong tub fixtures and they were very gracious about it when I asked them to replace them with different ones.  Very professional, prices were reasonable, and prompt service.  I would hire them again for sure.

I got a quote from Austin Plumbing, but found another plumber who charged a lower amount per hour, so did not hire them.
