Excellent service!  Eddie came out same day we called and the job was wrapped up in a timely manner. Everyone that came out for our job was kind and answered all of our questions. They really care about the quality of their work and it's clear they have a good work environment. Great hard working plumbers with a lot of knowledge. We plan to keep utilizing this business for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Kody quickly answered my request for a quote, and set up a quick call to go over the details of my requests (installing a water filtration system, w/ new piping). He really seemed to have a solid game plan for what the best solution was and walked me through it, which other plumbing services did not do. On the job, Kody and his partner were friendly, professional, and clear with what they planned to do. The end product looked great, clean, and worked just how I wanted it to, would highly recommend these guys!

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

I'm so glad that I found concept water after researching and calling many plumbers and water filter installers who tried to sell me commercial grade filter, something I do not need for my home. I consider Kent is knowledgeable and honest person to deal with, hard to find someone like this nowadays unfortunately. I would recommend him to anyone who ask me about my water filter system. We immediately feel the different first day after installing and regret to not have it done earlier. The water tastes good, our hair and skin gets smoother, the price is fair with after sales maintenance service. Thank you Kent for the great job done and prompt response to my call.

I chose Fina Water systems because of the reviews and I am happy to add mine now! Carlos was able to give me a quote over the phone via FaceTime and his workers were reliable and efficient. Carlos not only installed a water purification system, but also was able to connect me with Karla and her awesome team to replace my old galvanized pipes. The next day we realized our washer was not connected to the water so Karla and her partner came first thing in the morning and were able to fix it within a few minutes. Happy customer!

They were accommodating to my schedule. I had a kitchen sink that was backing up. Chris tried to snake it out, but warned me that he may need to jet it out.  We ended up jetting out the kitchen line. Once Chris jetted out the line , we had a working sink.. Glad I found these guys. By the way my walls were not ripped out!

I was interested in changing out the shower kit in my bathroom and contacted this company.  Garrett called and walked me through it, explained the costs up front and even though I decided the job was more involved than I had planned and decided not to do it, he gave me some good advice and explained what I could do was a moderate DIYer and what I probably should watch out for.  Very honest guy and even offered to to provide additional advice if I had a question.  He could have bilked me for seemingly simple services, but it seems obvious that this is not what he's all about.  If I need services in the future, I will contact someone like him.

I've been using the Water Guy for several years to do filter changes to my RO system.  He is honest and always shows up on time!  I would let him come to my home even if I wasn't home, I trust him that much!  Call him for all your plumbing needs!!

I was very pleased with the quick response I received from Raynes after Cullligan blew off my appointment.  Tom came out to evaluate my water, Mike called me to set up my appt., and John S. did the install in a professional manner. Excellent positioning, clean plumbing, and gave me a clear overview of what I needed to know. I was impressed with how thorough the whole process was.  It turned out to be a good thing that Culligan didn't come thru as I am very happy with Raynes.

Great expert service.  Nate was able to discover a pinhole slab leak that had flooded my kitchen area.  He exhausted all other possibilities before he cut open the drywall in back of the dishwasher; where he showed me the water burbling out of a sheath that surrounds the pipe exiting from the slab.

Repipe 1 repiped my entire house about 3 years ago, they did an excellent job. When I saw a spot on my ceiling, I called for them to check it out, in case it was covered by their warranty.  Alberto came on time and quickly answered my questions, he identified the leak as coming from the overflow drain in my tub shower above. The company explained that this might be the cause when I called, they sent Alberto out quickly and got the problem identified. I would have them back to do work in my home anytime. Thank You!

I was so impressed with this company! I called to have my toilet tank fixed, expecting I would have to wait a few days for an appointment. Instead, they were able to send someone out the same day I called. They gave me a window of 12pm-3pm, and showed up at 1:15pm! Very unheard of for companies to show up so early in the window provided. Jamie was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Not even 10 minutes later, my toilet was filling on it's own again. Best experience ever! Definitely recommend this company for any plumbing service needs.

Tony and Sam are both such professionals and amazing at what they do!  We needed a plumber for our remodel this spring and after checking with several plumbers, we picked Freedom First.  They were on time and professional throughout the job. Everything was done correct and clean.  Just today we had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental property and Tony was the first one for me to call.  He took care of the job on the same day, everything was done correctly and the tenant was happy.

Our hot water tank was old and about to break. We called Jay and he was able to come out same day get us a quote for a tankless water heater. Since we're in a condo we were able to get a a small water softener in the same space and not loose any space. Jays team is the most considerate and careful workers who've ever worked at our house.

Saturday, January 2 and it's my last day of visiting my mother up here in San Jose. I find that her washing machine's drainage line is plugged and every time she does laundry, it soaks the whole corner of her garage floor. I call Drain King with dim hopes and visions of my return trip back to SoCal being delayed. I leave a message and they call back shortly after and let me know they will be here within an hour. An hour later and not only have they arrived, but they are done and the line is clear! Really nice guys. Totally friendly and professional and they did it for about half the cost of other people (rip-off artists) who have come out over the years. Thanks to Drain King, I still get to leave town before the rain comes and I have the satisfaction of knowing my mother's washing machine is no longer flooding the garage. Highest recommendation.
