Called these guys out for a second opinion because another plumbing company said I needed a main sewer repair. They were able to locate and confirm the problem area and came in at half the cost of the other company. They got right to work and had the main sewer fixed and ready to use within hours the same day

Installed a water softener a few months back and started noticing a slight knocking noise. Had a plumber come take a look and they suggested getting someone that specialized in water softeners to take a look first. Called Kent and explained the situation. He came out to take a look and basically it was the sound from my check valve doing it's job and said there was no charge.

Finding honest people to handle electrical and water issues is near impossible these days. Kent was friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and I couldn't have had a better experience.

When the time comes to switch my water softener system Kent will be the first and likely only person I call.

I have an update on my Fina RO system comments I posted before. The technicians came to diagnose and fix the leak issue at no cost ( paid a small amount of gratuity for their efforts).. Carlos and team have gone extra miles to help with the issue. Thank you Luis, Carlos and the team.

This company is a joke ! First hand they over promise and under deliver . Secondly the women who answers the phone has no idea what she is doing and I'm sure it's safe to say that her work performance is a reflection of her pay grade . Companies like this are scam artists and will tell you it's one thing when in fact it is another all to make a dollar . Which is sad because maybe if they just did quality work and hired qualified people and paid them right they wouldn't be having this issue!!

I am thrilled to have found Garett!! I met him when we decided to install a tankless water heater and he fixed a botched job. He is honest, reliable, professional, effective, and super friendly!! We have used him since to install a whole house filtration system, drinking water system, and install a water line in our garage! Plus a few other repairs around the house! We are so happy to have met Garett and will continue to turn to him with any plumbing/water needs! We feel very confident in his work and his prices and we value that above all!! It's reassuring to know the job will be done right!

Very happy with my choice of inspection company. I was a little overwhelmed by the number of home inspection companies available in my area. After checking the Yelp reviews, I called a couple and found out their prices are about the same. John sounded knowledgeable and the fact he specialized in plumbing was a big plus because we've had plumbing issues with older buildings before.  He did a very thorough inspection and explained to us what we saw. Although the building has many problematic areas, most of them are easily fixable which was important to know.
The report was sent to us 48 hours after the inspection, exactly as promised. It's a tremendous help in our purchase decision. I will definitely call John again if the need arises.

all the yelp reviews made me call tim and not only were the yelp reviews correct, he is definitely good at what he does as well as being a good human. he checked our homes water pressure and said it was way to high and went to a plumbing supply place to buy one and install. he is the only water contact you will ever need. i gave him a box of sees candy when he left, great guy, the Water Guy.

What a superb company. I called in for a water test and even though my system wasn't a Rayne Water system, they came out anyway!! John came out to inspect my water and even had the curiosity to check my system to ensure all looked well. He made some suggestion how to use my current system to see if that gets my water conditioned. John was so kind and informative went the extra mile to set the correct time on my unit. Their customer service is incredible and their prices for a new system is completely reasonable. Highly recommended, don't bother going anywhere else for the So Cal area... I cannot see another company being better than Rayne Water.

After screwing a hole in a water line while trying to install a shelf yesterday I called Shaffer.  Tyree answered, heard my problem and was there with me 2 hours later as promised.  He fixed the pipe super fast and was kind and friendly.   The price was very reasonable given that this was an emergency call out.  I would highly recommend Tyree and the Shaffer Plumbing company and will definitely use again.  (hopefully I dont hit any more pipes while installing shelves though!)

Thankful for Josh Royer being prompt for our scheduled appointment and for the detailed presentation about PEX vs. copper pipes, and advising to go to Ferguson instead of Home Depot for the shower/tub combo fixture set (I opted for the Moen Brantford). Enrique, the supervisor, was very helpful on the phone and also was present during the day of service. The crew wore their masks, covered the workspaces, and cleaned up after the work.

Swift Water Heaters are a professional and pleasant group to have working on your behalf. I scheduled the appointment a few days in advance and had several time slots to choose from. Chris showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done well within the time frame he stated he'd need. No hidden fees or surprise charges. What they quoted over the phone is what I got charged on site. Very personable and funny. I give them my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend these guys. They came within an hour and finished the job in minutes. They will even give you advice how to maintain your pipes and what products to use. Their price is very reasonable. We'll definitely call them again of need arises.
