Recently I contacted Service Champions to clean my main sewer line.  The employees were on time and presented themselves well. However, there were some issues that I believed to be concerning.  These issues involved cost and method to rectify the situation.  After the service was completed I felt uncomfortable with some of the findings and decided to share my concerns with a Rody Guerra, a Service Champion Manager.  I explained my thoughts and concerns about the recommended action required to alleviate my sewer problem and the cost up to this point to Mr. Guerra.   He offered a solution that was 100% acceptable to me. I appreciate his willingness to listen and put the customer first.  It gave me the confidence to call Service Champions for any work that may arise in the future. All of the employees that I had contact with from the receptionist to the field team to the Customer Service Manager were top of the line.

I was very relieved to find Dave and his team to help modify our bathroom for accessibility concerns. They did a great job offering solutions which included widening our door and placement of grab bars for safety. They were very compassionate and trustworthy. I appreciated how thoughtful they were about protecting our home and cleaning up extremely well.  They also held true to their bid even though the project took longer than I expected. I will definitely hire Smart and Handy again.

The Ptrap undercut bathroom sink was leaking so I picked up a replacement and installed it myself. The new one kept leaking at the connection so I finally called the experts. They came out the same day and told me the Ptrap was the wrong type for our set up. Praise God they had the right one and installed it for us! Joel did a great job and didn't even joke about DIYers! Glad I made the call!

I have used complete comfort and maintenance for hvac replacement and was extremely please. Have talked to multiple companies and felt that this company was the only honest company saying my unit could be fixed rather than replaced. Was a deal sealer for me who wanted to replace anyways for a more efficient unit. Their crew was clean, polite and professional. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company!!!  I wanted to have an earthquake gas shut-off valve installed on my home.  I looked around at various places and decided to try this company since I was impressed with the reviews on here and because I prefer not to give my business to the big guys.  John was very friendly and clearly explained everything.  He was done in 45 minutes and relit all of my gas appliances.  Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable.  They are way cheaper than the competition.  He also cleaned up around the gas meter.  I highly recommend this company.  They will not disappoint!!

We have also used Tom Moffett in the past and although we considered them to be on the pricey side, decided to use them for a clogged bathroom drain.  They had to cut a pipe and replaced with plastic pipe.  Took 2 hours and was a whopping $1000 charge.  The u joint was leaking under my bathroom sink.  They said all new pipes and connections were needed and would be about $600.  We sent them on their way and my husband fixed it for $16.  Will not call them again.

I called Stephen's plumbing for a quote on clearing my clogged shower drain. They quoted me $125 so I agreed to schedule for them to come out. When the technicians came out they said it was going to cost $250 to snake my shower drain. I had to send them away and this created such a huge inconvenience for me due to them providing me with a misleading price quote over the phone and then price gauging me in person.

I called for water heater leak around 12:30 on Friday Dec.30. I was told technician should arrive around 2:30. James shown up exactly at 2:30. Great service during the holidays!

Brandon of Biard & Crocket Plumbing Service Inc. provided us with top notch service for our plumbing issues.  He was out last month for what was supposed to be a warranty toilet tank installation, which, unfortunately developed into an emergency broken shower handle with rushing water.
Brandon worked hard to resolve this emergency and was very professional.
We had a secondary toilet leak this week and Brandon, again, came out on time, and professionally remounted and repaired our toilet leak.

When our gas was suddenly shut off because of a leak, it turned out to be a balancing act between repairs and the gas company. NexGen went above and beyond to help get things back in working order. They covered our floors, cleaned up everything and worked around our issues. Happy to have our gas back and working; and be safe!

We've worked with Drew on a number of plumbing jobs at our home since November 2015 -- the most recent one, a week ago. In that time, Drew has never arrived to our house on time, has installed the shower cartridge upside down causing me to scald myself with hot water I thought was going to come out cold and caused me to be late to work due to his late arrivals. Most recently he was set to come over and replace the outside hook up for the hose. He knew he had to arrive to turn off the water and drain the house by 8AM as I had to leave by 8:30. Not only did he not call to say he was running late, and not only did he not arrive until 12 noon (the gate attendant records the time), he made a fix (that was, albeit, necessary) to the hook up, but neglected to call and ask us if we were ok with it and that it would cost another $100. It's not the money, it's the principal.

We will not be using his services again. Time is money and Drew has no respect for our time.

Our AC went down right as the temps were hitting the 100s. They came out quick and fixed our unit the same day. Juan who was our tech was very helpful and very kind. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Great service, Mustafa answered my phone call right away and showed up in 30 minutes. Fixed our toilet and was in and out in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

If I could give them a negative number for the worst customer service I would. I requested a quote for a trenchless pipe repair. They said they would be at my house between 1-3 pm. At 3:05 pm they called me and said they could not make it until after 5pm. I was ok with that and I left to go to the market. At 4 pm they called and said they were at the door and no one was home. I told them no problem they could start with the camera inspection to determine where the problem was so they could give me an estimate. I rushed home to find the technician sitting on the back of his truck. I asked if he was done with the estimate and asked where he saw the problem with the camera. He said he could give me an estimate but he does not carry a camera on his truck. I asked him how he could give me an estimate if he didn't know where the problem was. He said he would guess the problem was 45' away and did I want the estimate or not???!!! Can you believe he was going to give an estimate not knowing exactly where the problem existed. I called the office and they said they could send someone out tomorrow with a camera if that would help. Well I am not a plumber but I sure can smell a scam if there ever was one. I would not trust this company!!!! You wonder why companies get a bad name well this is one of the reasons!!! Worst ever!!!
