I can't say enough great things about this company. I was first introduced to them by my father-in-law who recommended that we get our heater cleaned and serviced by them. They did such a great job that I introduced them to my mother is now a client of theirs.

James was fantastic and knowledgeable about everything in my house. He took the time to explain what every part in my furnace does and explained why after years they turn a certain color.

Matthew who looked after my mom was very quick as just as clean as James. Even though he was still new and had to have his supervisor Ryan come visit and double check his work, he was still willing to take the time out to explain everything to my mom. After he was done he asked if there was anything else he could help out with. Taking out the trash, clean some high ceilings, or even double check the lights to make sure they're all running.

Again I can't say enough great things about this company. Use them. You won't be sorry that you did

I called them and completed the online form because of their high Yelp rating promising  a few hour return for quote. I never heard back from them. Disappointing considering the high rating. Not good to over-promise and under-deliver on your response time.

Jonathan provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the repairs we might need in our home. It was very reassuring to work with him. Friendly and personable. I would recommend this company to our friends.

Had a major problem with an unpermitted room where roots were found growing into the toilet and starting to make their way up the pipes.  Jim F. came in to assess the root intrusion and provided me a recommendation including pictures of the camera showing how far the roots had traveled and an accompanying quote.  I had them come out the following week to get the issue resolved.  I had a lot of electronic equipment in the adjacent room and it was thoroughly protected to prevent any of the dust (from the removal of tile, mortar and concrete) from damaging the equipment.  Pristine was clean and thorough and adamant that I was 100% happy before they left.  I would highly recommend to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Wont give any pricing over the phone. Insists on coming out for an estimate. My toilet needs a wax ring, my Father is a retired plumber but they didn't care.

We cannot speak highly enough of the team at Orange Coast Plumbing they are truly the best. Jim (James) came out and found a leak in our dishwasher that had done under our wood floor. We had no idea what to do as there was a lot of damage- Jim was so nice and set us up with Jarvis Restoration who came out immediately- Jim did not charge us he was truly a lifesaver.  Without his help we do not know what we would have done. Jim is honest, helpful and kind as are all the plumbers at Orange Coast they have helped us so much over the years and always there when they say they will and do a fantastic job. We also recently had a sink leak and Rock came out and was wonderful too. If you want an excellent, honest plumber Orange Coast is the best!

The sinks in my bathrooms where not draining properly.   Coast plumbing showed up within an hr.  Then did an excellent job fixing the issue and explaining what the problem was.   I would recommend them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation on a plumbing service to use.

The plumber came out to see if he could find a leak in my shower. He found the leak, it was the shower head dripping on the shower floor (upstairs). He tighten the fitting and the sound stopped down stairs. He checked the water pressure going to the house before leaving. He did this with no charge. I will be using them in the future. Thank you!!

John was able to help me out with a last minute issue  and was out there the following day to help me out!  Will definitely be using this company again for my clients needs

I called Moffett Plumbing when my washing machine would not drain correctly spilled over onto the garage floor.  The tech ran a snake through the line didn't fix the problem and tried to tell us there may be a break in the line and suggest a $1,200.00 camera ride.  We declined and called another plumber Lil Red Rooter turns out there was grease in the line...common problem $100 to snake the line problem solved.  The Lil Red Rooter saved us $1,100.00.  I will not call Tom Moffett plumbing again they are very expensive and try to up sale everything!

Our hot water heater wasn't working and it was Sunday morning we called Castle works and within hours we had a new hot water system and we are very happy Mr Gonzalez did a very good job we're very happy thank you

Be aware of over priced repairs!!!
I was happy to get a quick response and repair but WOW a huge bill followed with no detail!! Tech was there 45 min max and replaced a 'dual run capacitor' which should cost between $100-$200 plus labor. They charged $586 and the bill was not detailed. I asked for the breakdown of parts and labor, they said they do flat rate billing. So in other words, whatever you feel like charging for that day?!?! This is bad business in my opinion.

After getting numerous quotes from other businesses, i finally decided to go with Alex.  He replaced my entire furnace and condenser at a competitive, reasonable price.  I can't say thank you enough for the excellent job that he did.  He is a one-man show, running his own company- making sure all his clients are taken care of with excellent customer service.  Alex's professionalism, integrity, and commitment to great customer service is second to none.  He even came back the second time to install my thermostat.  He'd would call me a few times after the installation to follow up and make sure everything has been running well.  
I am glad my unit is working and I really appreciate his work.  I would definitely use his services again, even for my plumbing project.

Overall I was disappointed by many things. I was charged $15,000 for the complete project. I originally called them to repair a squeaky sound coming from a new, 1 year old NexGen unit . The repair/ Sales guy said he had to go up into my attic to inspect the ducts . He basically came back and told us the ducts were the problem, some were collapsed and had cracks . My wife was nervous and concerned. We were told we needed to upgrade the insulation. Total cost of the quote was $15,000.
Here are some suggestions:
1.  Get three quotes . I trusted them with the quote .
2. Make sure the contract has details. My contract is very vague and simple. My fault for trusting them. They lean on Christian family values. The contract does not specify labor costs and material cost . Make sure they show both labor cost and material costs.
I have more detail to my experience and hope if you read this it will help you make a decision. Now that I saw the type of work and materials used I can base an actual cost of the job to approximately $9,500. I have cameras in front of my home which I was able to see all materials used.
I went up to the attic to see what the first crew did. WHAT A MESS!  I was upset. See pics attached. I gave them a second chance to fix it . They did send another crew an they did an ok job. Waiting on the City inspector to sign off . We are in our 60's and feel we were taken advantage of. We did sign the contract and will keep our promise to pay in full .
Conclusion, if Nextgen wants to correct this experience, they should send me an itemized invoice with parts and labor. They will see I was over charged $5,000. If I did not go up to the attic to inspect the first time  I would have lost more $$$.  Maybe NexGen will  and honor God to what is right.

Not to sound corny, but Just Right is Just Perfect in my book!  At 10:30 this morning my wife noticed there was a big leak along the side of our garage.  Turns out our water heater was rusted out on the bottom and had cracked causing water to be leaking out of it.  I called Just Right and explained the situation and they told me they were able to get a technician scheduled to be at our house between 2 & 4pm.

 Our technician Nick called me in advance confirming he would arrive at 2pm.  As soon as he showed up and saw the issue he assessed the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote To replace our 30 year old unit. Nick ran out to get what he needed to complete the job and by 5:15 we had hot water running through our pipes.

 Nick did an amazing job and was a true professional.  On top of the great job he did, he was extremely friendly and a pleasure to chat with while he was doing the job.

Our water heater needed replaced and this company/Mustafa was recommended to us.  Mustafa was very friendly and professional and didn't mind answering nooby questions.  He uninstalled and recycled our old water heater and installed our new water heater perfectly -- that old one was rocking and rolling, this one's purring like a kitten.  I couldn't be happier and will definitely rely on them for future adventures.

Ken came earlier than scheduled.  I have pleaded Saddleback to come early due to kid's schedule. He is courteous, knowledgable and personable. He fixed the problem perfectly and gave me valuable advices.  I am very pleased with his service.  I would recommend him and Saddleback.
