Out of about 8 companies that responded to my quote request on yelp for a toilet issue NK Plumbing was the only one to notice that my toilet had unusual parts that were no longer made. They were the only company that was able to tell me this just based on the pictures I sent. They responded in a timely manner and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service!

Noah and Kainoa did an awesome job from start to finish - able to clear out a stubborn kitchen drain line in less than 30mins and video scoped the line so we could understand the condition of our old cast iron pipes. Super professional and curteous - left things cleaner than when they arrived!  They were able to accommodate us at the last minute - squeezing us in before the end of their workday.

Rarely can you get things done quickly and on time when working a large project on the North Shore.  NK Plumbing is that rare company that can get it done.  We had a complex main sewage line replacement issue that impacted four condo units out in Turtle Bay.  The main line was in our unit and required significant trenching and disruption of our rental unit.   The repair also required trenching in the unit next door.  These guys were absolutely fantastic. Brandon and Noah provided all parties involved (four condo owners and the association) a detailed statement of work and a timeline to execute and made it happen.  They executed the timeline and met all benchmarks of the project.  If there were 6 star option, I would give it to them.  Lastly, with any project you'll always have those issues after the contractors leave that you want touched up.  Normally that punchlist doesn't get done.  Not so with NK Plumbing; those minor issues getting worked quickly created the best final touches on a complicated project.  Thanks Brandon and Noah!

Our hose bib blew off and we had to shut off our water as everyone had to get ready for the day.  Noa answered his phone and sent someone out in 30 minutes.  His quick response and repair was awesome.  Call them for your next install or repair!

Kitchen p trap was leaking so I texted the NK number to ask if someone could come out and fix it.  Within five minutes, I got a call from Brandon to get more details.  Ryan arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem (threading was broken/stripped on the p trap).  Brandon provided the written estimate shortly afterwards.  NK has its warehouse near our subdivision in Kaneohe so Ryan was back with the parts in a matter of minutes and was able to install the new p trap assembly very quickly.  Excellent service -- I will be definitely calling them again.

Quick response and able to accommodate for a non-urgent job and convenient time when I was home. Very professional and courteous, we forgot to remove our bath mats and they took the time to put them aside so nothing would be dirtied or damaged. They had a very competitive quote compared to other plumbing services and I would highly recommend them if you live on the Windward side.

Service needed - tub draining slowly despite two chemical treatments and attempt to use 15 ft drain auger. They found the issue and went further to make sure there were no additional issues.
