Folks, you are doing a great job and hope your business will grow fast and solid because your employees and their customer service orientation.

My experience was pleasant since the beginning because your staff was always helpful and responsive. I saw an AE technician truck in Barclay Square condominium in Klahanie and left a note asking him to stop by after finish his work with some poles. The guy stopped and we discuss some options about a work that I needed.

I made an appointment and Benjamin came and the experience was even better, he was receptive with my concerns and we discussed possible options to complete the work in a prompt and hassles way. Benjamin took the time to present some options and found the right one that met my expectations.

I made the appointment with the ladies on the phone and I got Benjamin the date agreed at the time agreed and he delivered on expectations.

Kudos to you folks because your staff rocks!

I have had the honor of working with Accurate Electric for a couple of jobs now. They are always on top of their jobs and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't give anything less than 5 stars for them. Highly recommend.

Recommended one of my clients call this company(thought I was referring a different company) to have a couple of disconnects installed for their new heat pumps. I've been plumbing for 25 years but am pretty new to heat pumps and AC, I requested a disconnect be installed too close to the gas meter and realized this after they had installed the disconnect. The electrician never mentioned that NO electrical disconnect or outlet can be placed that close to a gas meter. He was condescending and quite full of himself. When asked to come and relocate the disconnect he stood us up several times and took 2 months to finally get out and relocate the assembly. Finally got it done and sent another bill to the client. I'll pay the invoice because I requested the incorrect location but, a journeyman electrician should have said that was a bad location. They should have come back out the first time they said they were going to, snow or not. They should have come out the 2nd or 3rd time they said they were going to handle it. They should have discussed payment with me, not the client. I feel they should have covered the cost of installing it correctly. They should have addressed the other issue I asked them to as well, charge or not. They should have sealed their holes drilled through the siding when relocating. I will not recommend this company again. frustrated that I did in the first place.

The work: I had  3 total outlets I needed moved and 2 light switches and a (??speaker control??- we don't use) switched to the other side of a wall. Was a phone jack too but the electrician said not to bother with it once he was there... Not really useful. Just cut the wire off.
I'm a fair person so here's the break down.

The good:
Overall the company did well.
-I was happy with the look of the work ( haven't tested it yet)
-technicians that were sent out were  friendly.
-they cleaned up nicely and tried to lay a tarp down to protect the floors.

What I was not happy with -
- they went to the wrong address and so showed up late.
- soon after  arriving they took a quick look and informed me they were going to run to Home Depot to buy a few things, grab lunch and come back.... ( so electricians did not carry basic outlets or  Tamper resistant gfi's with them - which are required by code)
- they didn't give me an invoice after completion.... Claimed I would have to be billed for the time spent writing it up. (Ok- I figured they were being nice. )The tech assured me the bill would be what was estimated- 4 hrs.

- got the bill 1 week later in the mail. I won't say the price, but was 35% higher than estimate! They ( unknown to me) charge for travel time and time spent buying the materials . Home Depot is less than 6 min from my house. Literally. I understand an estimate can go up, but that's a bit much.
Granted I don't think he included tax on his estimate.
As for travel time- we live in the same city as the company.

So- good work , nice guys, but know they will charge you for any travel time , there will be extra $$ since they don't keep the materials for the job with them, and insist on an invoice at the end- no matter what!
Oh and dont bother calling for an explanation or assistance .the owner  did not act sorry or even concerned  at all- instead insisted I was getting excited over nothing  and made it my problem. ( I'm sorry if I don't have $$ to just waste )
But he is right- it's my problem and my solution will be  to pay but not to use them or recommend them to anyone in the future, good work or not .

Very short and rude on the phone. Asked for an estimate and basically told they couldn't be bothered. If this how you treat your customers before a job can't imagine anything different during. Pass.

The house we bought was built in 1976 with no updates.
We had burnt out plugs, missing plugs, unworking plugs, and sparking plugs.  Not to mention the light switches that sparked also.
We shopped around and settled on hiring Accurate Electric in Issaquah.  The appt was scheduled around my available time and day in NORTH BEND.  Accurate Electric not only showed up exactly on time (no waiting between 9 and 5pm for the tech to arrive). They said will be there at 8am and he was in our driveway at 8 am exactly!  He was the most friendliest and helpful person I have ever worked with.  He listened to what I had as issues.  We walked through the house.  He then reassured me and explained what he would be doing.  He completed the all the work in one day.  And everything has worked perfectly since!  I would and will hire this company again!!!!
If you want trusted, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and fair price electrical work - HIRE Accurate Electric.  You wont be sorry!!!!!

I really lucked out. I had called two electricians earlier that were referred to me by other companies. Neither one returned my call, so I decided to do some research on the Internet. I picked Accurate Electric after researching the ratings and reviewing their Web site. All of the due diligence paid off because this company is GREAT!

I had an appointment for the following week, but had told Tracy (the receptionist, who was VERY pleasant to talk to) to give me a call if there was a cancellation. Luckily, they had an opening a week earlier than anticipated and the weather cooperated. (I wanted a dry day because of the troubleshooting that needed to be done on my exterior pathway lights). Calvin showed up within an hour of Tracy notifying me of the new appointment time. I showed him the three projects that I needed to have done and he gave me an estimate of the work. I knew that there would be a $59 analysis charge because I read about it on Angie's List and Tracy had reiterated that to me on my initial call. Calvin also reminded me of the charge, so it was not a surprise and I was glad to pay it.

After I agreed to the estimate, Calvin slipped on his shoe covers and quickly went to work. I was expecting that a lot of time and effort would need to be spent to install the GFI outlet because the feed for the outlet was on the other side of a wall that contained a pocket door. Calvin warned me that it could get pretty involved depending on what he found behind the walls, but he was able to install the outlet without drilling through my cabinet. When he was finished, the outlet looked like it had been there when the house was built 25 years ago. Nice and neat, with no additional sheetrock repairs required. The furnace breaker was a piece of cake for Calvin. He had warned me that if a new breaker was needed, it would be pretty expensive. When he opened up the electrical panel, he noticed that only a few wires needed to be re-worked for the furnace to be on its own breaker. After that, he quickly went outside to work on my exterior pathway lights. Those proved to be a little more troublesome because there were eight separate lights and only two were working. After examining the wiring in each of the lights, he managed to isolate the problem with some special electrical equipment, though, and now all of them are working.

Calvin was a master at troubleshooting, worked quickly and competently, and cleaned up after each job. He stuck to the estimates he wrote out before he began his work, so there were no surprises when it came to paying the bill. He even gave me a little advice on mounting a flat screen TV, so I will be calling him to run the electrical wiring for that in the near future. I am so glad that I discovered Accurate Electric. I will happily recommend their services to anyone who asks and look forward to using them in the future when I need any electrical work done.
