Just had solar panels installed.  Couldn't be happier with the service provided.  Lenny and his team are top notch.  He was in constant contact with me regarding timing and was able to accommodate my schedule. In my case, I actually got this process started last June but wanted to delay installation by a few months in order to get finances arranged.  Lenny was great and said no problem.  I've had the panels in for about two weeks now and they are working great!

I had a leaking roof on my front porch. Called Pinnacle. Steve & Cam responded found the leak in no time,  and did an excellent repair. I wouldn't even entertain calling another roofer. This company is the best. It was a small job and they didn't hesitate to respond. I will use them from now on. I won't even compare prices.

Pinnacle Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement last summer. They installed new plywood roof decking, roofing, gutters, skylights and a bathroom fan for us.

We decided to go with them even though they'd given us a slightly higher bid than the other companies we talked to because they had a large number of positive reviews about their work replacing roofs, whereas the other companies we were considering mostly had reviews about their roof servicing work, and I'm SO glad in retrospect that we did this-- our project ended up being quite a lot more complicated than any of us could have predicted going into the project, and I'm not sure the other companies could have rolled with the punches the way PRP did.

They were responsive and communicative throughout the process, even as we discovered issues with our existing roof that expanded the project scope. They were fast and efficient with the work once they started. There were a couple of small issues that we caught once we moved back in, and they came out immediately to resolve them.

We would absolutely work with Pinnacle Roofing Professionals again, and we'd recommend them to friends and family.

Tried to contact them through this platform and also directly through their website but no response. Guess they don't need the business.

Had a fantastic experience with Pinnacle Roofing. We had new plywood roof decking, new roofing, new fascia, and new gutters installed.

Curt (Sales) was thorough, patient, and answered all of my many, MANY questions. There were some delays due to weather, but everything was communicated. Once the job was underway, Ricky was great to work with and the crew on-site did an excellent job.

My only complaint is that they didn't ask about placement of vents during installation. My kitchen exhaust vent was rigged up to a ridge vent by the old homeowner, which resulted in the new vent being installed in a similar location rather than above the kitchen. Not a huge deal, but something that could have been avoided.

Pinnacle Roofing was amazing. Curt in sales was knowledgeable, transparent, and a pleasure to talk to. After seeing the care he took in inspecting the roof, explaining the process and answering our questions, and carefully detailing out the quote, we knew we wanted to go with them over the other company we spoke with. The administrative process was easy and quick, with electronic documents, docusign, and accurate details throughout.

Then, for the actual roof, Ricky and his crew were fantastic. They worked carefully and efficiently, removing and replacing our asphalt shingles, inspecting the attic, fixing vents out of code and improving circulation, replacing skylights, and replacing any rotten wood they found. Ricky communicated clearly throughout the process, and we enjoyed hearing his answers to all our questions. We raised one potential area that needed work before they began (about the vents that might need fixing), and we never had to mention it again. They thoroughly examined, found the problem, and fixed the vents.

So smooth, and the roof looks great. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

I had a great experience working with PRP to come up with a bid for both my roofing and solar projects, but for reasons specific to my home's needs I ended up choosing another company.  It was a tight race!  I strongly recommend considering a bid from PRP.  Great service, high quality hardware and competitive pricing.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Roofing Professionals.  Last summer they reroofed our home and detached garage, installed a bathroom fan, and replaced the fascia and the gutters.  The project also involved venting our attic and installing an attic fan, which, along with the new roof, has done wonders to keep our home more comfortable in the summer.  The roof looks fantastic, and the crew always took care to keep the site clean at the end of each day.  I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we were so happy with the roof work that we went with Pinnacle this year to have solar installed and again they did excellent work.  I really appreciate their deep knowledge about roofing and solar, their guidance and advice, and their transparency.  If we expand our solar system or have another roofing need we would definitely use Pinnacle again!  They are very busy, and sometimes there are delays due to weather, but the wait is worth it.  Thank you so much to Lenny, Joe, Ricky, Mike, the crews and the office staff!

Good response time, nice people to work with. But I definitely didn't expect over $1k for a roof cleaning and some minor gutter work (two down spouts widened)!! I didn't even pay that for a new lawn. Yet alone the extra wide gutters I had installed 4 years ago.

Nice people, but definitely get another quote. I just had the same job done for $350.

Pinnacle was recommended by friends who had their roof replaced. We got a few estimates and they were all within $1K of the $43K estimate. Pinnacle was the only company that inspected inside the attic area which gave me the feeling they are pretty thorough. They were very professional and kept the area clean throughout the process.

I bought an 18-year old house recently and figured it was time to re-roof. I talked to several different roofing companies, all of whom were eager to sell me a new roof. Pinnacle Roofing (Rick) was the first to unequivocally state that my roof was no more than 5 years old and was in great shape! I confirmed this with the next two roofing companies I talked to (Hey, Pinnacle Roofing said the roof is in good shape, what do you think? so as not to give them any leeway to be dishonest about it). I really appreciated Rick's honesty and it saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

Rick also give me some good advice about how to re-caulk areas of my deck, which had been leaking into our bathroom below. Really top-notch service. When it comes time to redo our roof, I'll be calling him again.

They displayed a high level of professionalism, timeliness, superb attention to detail, and overall a delivered a high-quality product.
I interviewed 16 different roofing company's in the Seattle area and choose Pinnacle based on their detailed quote and the attention to detail on every aspect of my project. They started my project in December, which is at the start of the primary rainy season. They were able to work around all of the rain even securing my home for any potential leaks once the roof was opened. My project was finished at the beginning of April, and I am thrilled with the quality of work.

Paulo and Lenny were great when they installed our new roof last year.  Pinnacle Roofing gets many accolades on the homeowners alias at work so they were one of three companies that we had bid for our roof and detached garage.  

They were the highest quote we received out of the three companies we looked out but they appeared to be the most honest.  They cautioned that the plywood on our roof was most probably rotten so had included full replacement of all of it (the other bids didn't assume this was getting replaced, if it had to be replaced then the other bids would have been higher than theirs).  They also had more venting than our other quotes.

The removal of our old roof and installation of the new one went smoothly.  The plywood on our old roof was all rotten and would have had to been replaced regardless.   It's been nine months since they did our project and no issues thus far.

We met with 4-5 different roofing companies and compared their quotes before choosing to work with Pinnacle Roofing. Pinnacle did not have the lowest quote but they came highly reviewed (online and neighbor's house), had the best materials and labor warranty, payment options, and they were straight forward when it came to answering my questions. Pinnacle's owner, Lenny Schwartz, writes an estimate based on the visit and inspection report he receives. I had a lot of questions on the estimate and contract, specifically where unexpected costs could show up. Lenny was nice enough to came out and look at our roof himself.
We have a low pitched roof and chose to go with the IB PVC Roofing System. The cost of removing the old roof, repairing areas of wood rot, adding the new roof, and repairing 2 chimneys totaled just under $30K.

The roofing crew was very nice and accommodating. They had no problems letting me up on the roof with them to see the installation and their progress throughout the entire project. From what I saw their quality of work was excellent. If working with Pinnacle Roofing, I recommend booking early with them. We had issues with scheduling and several delays due to back ups on their other projects, weather, and our own schedule. Overall our experience was positive and we would highly recommend this company!

We hired Pinnacle Roofing Professionals for the second time. This time is for our newly purchased rental house's run down roof. I had an excellent experience the first time when Lenny and his crew replaced the roof for our home so I knew Lenny wouldn't disappoint us second time around.

As always, great job, good looking roof, reasonable price.

Lenny and his crew installed a new roof and PV solar system.  Everything went great from the estimate to final work. We had a few issues: COVID, permits, and scheduling.  Through it all Lenny kept me in the loop and let me know exactly what was going on and was great in working around my schedule and any delays from the building department, which were not his fault.  Would highly recommend that you give Lenny and Pinnacle a call for any roofing issues and if you want a new PV solar system!

Pinnacle saved our butts. We had a roof leak randomly reoccur on our fairly new, townhome-style house (it has a flat-top roof). Very few roofers are willing to do work on flat-top roofs, and many roofing companies told us they don't do repair work. One company even came out, took a look, and never got back to us.

Pinnacle was the, well, pinnacle of professionalism. They promptly emailed the appointment information, assessed the work and provided an on-the-spot estimate of how much it would cost and what the repair timeframe would be.

Better yet, once we returned the signed paperwork to them, even though the repair timeframe was a couple weeks out, they were actually able to come by sooner than expected. When I emailed asking for details on the repair for my records, they were happy to provide it.

All in all, a super professional company: quickly scheduled an appointment, provided an estimate, performed the repair, and no new leaks since they did the work. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I've seen best response from Pinnacle roofing for my quote request. It was the most thorough and comprehensive and they helped me choose type of shingles that was the best fit for my roof in terms of price/quality ratio. Their sales department was very responsive, overall re-roofing was done quickly and without major surprises. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

Pinnacle did a great job on our complicated roof that included one large and one smaller flat roof and a variety of peaked roof areas. They were informative and provided options regarding materials. They replaced insulation only when necessary and even partially took down an old, unused chimney. They had the best pricing for the job out of 5 or 6 estimates we got beforehand. They dealt with scheduling around the crazy Winter weather and were good communicators when there was an issue. The crew was polite and professional. They did quality work. I would recommend them for roofing work and also for the solar panels they installed once the roof was done.

I noticed that my ceiling was leaking water so I had my husband investigate. Turns out there was a hole in the roof. So the next day we reached out to several companies and Ricky from Pinnacle quickly got back to us. They did an assessment and pinpointed the leak, it was dude to a broken vent. We decided to replace all of our vents. Ricky and his team we're incredibly efficient, professional, and great to work with. I would def. recommend them. They pictures of the work they had completed to share with us as well.

I contracted with Pinnacle to get a variety of repairs done to our roof due to deficiencies from the original house construction. We are very happy with the work done and the post-cleanup. In fact, we were out of town for the entire course of work and when we returned couldn't even tell that a roofing crew had been through (aside from the obvious work done). Highly recommended!

I must say that I was much more impressed with their work than I thought I would be.  It was an excellent experience from our first meeting with them up to the last day on the job.  Their communication with us was top notch.  I was in the contracting business for 30 years and I must say that I've seen it all but this company is way above the norm.  They explained the procedure in detail, they honored their contract terms, they provided a change order timely and with terms that were stated in the contract.  

They were very conscientious about their work.  They were on the job every day and kept the work site the cleanest I have ever seen in my entire career.  It was very impressive.  They took before, during and after pictures of the two roofs (detached garage and house) to show us the stages of the work and to prove that they had done the work as per the contract.  This company is very trust worthy and I felt comfortable letting go of my need to micro manage.  I am extremely happy with the entire process and the end result.  I would very highly recommend them to friends and family.

Wanted to give 2.5 stars because they only did 1/2 of the job, but went with three. Hired them to do roof repair and gutter work. They did the roof, which I think they did a good job on. But then never came back for the gutter work despite numerous emails and calls....Very unprofessional. Finally had to find someone else to finish the job.

Pinnacle roofing was great to work with. They were very professional and always responded to any concerns or problems immediately. They installed a beautiful metal mansard roof...and it looks beautiful!  Highly recommend them!

We have a 95 year old house, Ricky the project manager and his team did an excellent job to replace our very steep roof, it was definitely not an easy roof to replace. They finished the works according to schedule, the whole team were efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking and polite. Ricky informed us periodically during the whole work process either by phone or by email. Overall, we found them professional and we are happy with the roofing experience. Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. And big thanks to the solar installers who took the time to maximize the installation aesthetic down to every last inch of panel placement. It is rare that you find the most competitive cost, quality, and customer service all in the same provider. Thank you Pinnacle.

Two days ago I realized that my roof outside of my house is leaking when it rains, so I called Pinnacle.   They sent Jeff to me.  Jeff found out the problem was caused by gutter debris which is nothing related to the roof.   I asked him how much it will cost for this visit and Jeff told me it is free.   He also inspected my roof and gave me lots of advise how to maintain the roof.   This company hasn't done any project for me yet but I will definitelygo with them if I have I need my roof replaced.   I strongly suggest this company to you guys since they are not the company that are trying to let you pay as much as you can,  but they also care about the customers.   Thank you so much Jeff!

You know you got a great roof over your head when you know Lenny and Pinnacle Roofing. The entire staff that I interacted with are all great guys, very professional in both appearance and worksmanship.
Found a leak early in the morning, and just over an hour later, Paulo came and found the cause. He patched it, then scheduled his team to come back and properly replaced the moldy sheathing and replace the vent and shingles! Now looking like nothing happened!

Called for a repair, replacing roof vents and plumbing seals. I got the estimate as promised but when I called to get the work done I was told they were booking months out and the estimator stated his boss told him not to do any more repair work only re-roofs. After emailing the company they came to me a stated it now could be done in just a few days. What the fuuuusnnf.
Everything they did made me feel like #1 they did not want the work. #2 The work I needed done was not important enough. Little did the company know I have a business and was also going to re-roof it. Estimates for the business over 20k. My home was only 1800.00.
I called Cornerstone roofing in Bothell they were out in about one week, gave me a estimate in two days and completed the work within two weeks as promised. Now Cornerstone gets the 20k re-roof not Pinnacle. (Never judge a book by it's cover)

We had at least four quotes for a reroof from other companies and chose to go with Pinnacle due to their attentiveness during the quote process and other reviews left highlighting other client experiences. We are very happy we did. The work was done professionally and quickly, and they even took the initiative to have the project manager do an inspection of the completed work, making sure all was done correctly. Price-wise, they were very competitive and flexible when it came to a request to have a small sag in the corner of the roof fixed. We have recommended Pinnacle Roofing anytime the subject comes up in conversation. Clean up of the work area was impeccable. They had someone constantly going around with a large magnet picking up nails. Our reroof was done March of 2018 and we have only found a few nails, which we were very impressed with. Highly recommend. Book early though!

I cannot say enough about Lenny and his fabulous crew at Pinnacle Roofing.  We had a very complicated job involving all new trusses and going from a flat roof to a pitched roof.  Every aspect of the job was explained and priced more than fairly.  There are always glitches on jobs of this magnitude and all were met professionally and handled quickly by the owner, Lenny and the foreman, Paulo.

I see there are some less than perfect reviews here.  Keep in mind that really good roofing companies are BUSY.  PLAN AHEAD.  I did.  I planned months ahead and knew that is how it works.  Sometimes an emergency came up and we had to wait while they worked on another job.  That was ok.  It's the nature of the business.  Not all emergencies can be handled but I know they were doing their share during our job.

The crew we had here, Ronny, Mark and the incredible carpenter, Ralph, were knowledgeable, highly skilled and very capable at their respective jobs.  When our house had no roof and we were in mid-truss, a huge rainstorm came through.  The crew (especially Ronny) worked overtime to secure and waterproof our entire roof to protect everything from the rain.  After two days of torrential downpour, we had three drops of water in the garage.  That's it.  Plus one of the crew came by each day to check on things to make sure we were good until the work could start again.

Our house looked better than I could even imagine all thanks to Pinnacle.  No matter whatever unexpected issues or can of worms came up, Lenny met us halfway.  I can't say that about any other contractor I've ever worked with.  EVER.

It's very rare that I would even consider leaving a review for any contractor but the work that Pinnacle did was so extraordinary that it would be a crime not to. A+ work all around.  I would not hesitate to refer my friends to them and, in fact, have given their name to two people this past week.

Needed my furnace exhaust vent and pipe replaced - Pinnacle Roofing was the lower of the two estimates (by over $150) I got and the end cost was exactly what they quoted me. The guys who did the repair were punctual, professional, and had the work done in less than 2 hours. It rained the day after they installed it and I checked the attic - no leaks! They also replaced a dozen or so shingles that had nail punctures. Would definitely recommend them!

The day before my Husband was scheduled for major surgery, we discovered a leak in our metal roof - the constant drip was right in the middle of the living room.... GREAT!  Just what we needed, something else to worry about...  
One call to Pinnacle and on a rainy PNW day they came out and assessed the problem, gave us fair quote and put a tarp on the trouble area.  2 days later when the rain subsided and we were still spending our day at the Hospital, they came and repaired the roof.  They did not ask for a deposit and we did not have to be home.  We simply received an invoice by email.

We found Pinnacle after interviewing and getting quotes from several other roofing companies.  Before we signed the contract, Lenny came out to the house one more time and we walked through the project scope and discussed various options.  I appreciate his willingness to thoroughly answer questions and educate me as the customer.  Once we locked on a date, they met all their commitments (timeliness, professionalism, thoroughness, etc.).  We ended up having a windstorm during the demo of the old roof which resulted in debris going into our and our neighbor's yard.  They cleaned everything and left it looking better than before they had arrived....saved me some yard work for a bit - nice!!!

We also had a skylight installed.  They did a great job and provided a really good reference for another contractor on the drywall.  

While I hope to not to have to invest in a new roof anytime soon, I'm pleased that we selected Pinnacle for the job.

After careful review of 8 bids and multiple phone calls, we decided to go with Pinnacle.  Not the cheapest but definitely high quality.  They were very responsive before, during and even after our roof replacement.  They were even willing to go the extra step of having their distributor ship some roof samples to us in Chicago.  Jason was an excellent rep for the company and the foreman on our job, Ricky, was really trustworthy and managed his team well.  They kept the surrounding area clean at the end of each day and checked in with us at every decision point.  Our total cost exceeded the original quote because extra work was identified after the tear off due to dry rot but it was worth it because our house looks great with the new roof!  Excellent experience all around.  With an investment this large, it was a scary decision but we made the right one!  DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was hearing a dripping sound behind the drywall above our fireplace. Not one to stand on ceremony, I called Pinnacle, as well as a few other highly reviewed roof repair specialists in the area. Pinnacle was the only company to have someone ready the same day.

A gentleman named Paulo arrived within two hours of my initial call, and was on the roof with his camera documenting the source of the leak. Then 20 minutes later the repair was complete. Granted it was a simple flashing and caulk job, this is the EXACT kind of experience you want as a homeowner, when you already have enough things to worry about in a given day.

Oh and payment was fast and easy, CC with an iPhone app. Welcome to the 21st century. And my receipt was emailed to me instantly. Done and done.

Lenny was super attentive.  After a fiasco with another company where they tried changing their bid after we accepted it, Lenny stepped in.  He asked how soon do you want the roof done?  I said tomorrow.  He said ok.  I'm a real estate broker and this was for a client prior to closing.  It was a bank owned home so Lenny had to jump through extra hurdles to get paid but he didn't flinch.  He got the work done quick, cleaned up the property, the house closed and the new owners are happy.  Thanks Lenny!

After a wind storm left a branch poking through my roof I decided to call Pinnacle to get someone out to have a look. First, they told me they were going to charge $235 just to patch the hole and come back later to do the fix... are you kidding me? So I decided a floor tile would do the trick for two days until I got back from a business trip (it wasn't forecast to rain). I got an appointment for someone to come out and take a look Monday while I was out of town and give me an estimate. Never heard anything from them so when I got back Wednesday afternoon I gathered the materials and fixed it myself. Total cost $48 for EVERYTHING that was needed, shingles, pry bar, roof cement, flashing, nails, and now I have the materials to patch my own roof.

I called Pinnacle to ask if anyone came out and it turns out they did on Tuesday instead, which is fine, but then why didn't I receive a call or quote on Tuesday? Also no communication on Wednesday, so it seems they weren't planning on getting back to me?

Pro-tip: If someone has a hole in their roof and you can't make it on the day you said you would, call them and let them know. Don't make the customer call you, that's just common sense.

If I had received the quote on Monday (or Tuesday) I might have had them do the work for me. I was also interested in discussing installing a metal roof since I'm inundated with pine needles and branches, but I think I'll be looking elsewhere now.

We've had leaks coming down from the roof - it was more of a brown stain that creeped down the wall than an actual drip. I've had 3 other companies take a look, and they could not tell me what was wrong. The last company did an air clean and told me everything was okay. (They advertised they cover repairs up to 15 shake with their cleaning).
Yet the streaks continued.
Communication was good, and Jason came and took the time to listen to my concerns. He went up on the roof and came back with pictures and possible explanations for the streaks. He gave me options of varying costs and answered every question. I figured I'd try the most economical option and see how that went. He emailed me a quote and after a couple of weeks, I got a call to schedule the repair.
Someone came in Sunday, dropped off materials and started working. The next day, another man came and finished the job.
This was a year ago, and still no streaking. Thanks!

Wow - great customer service. I thought I had a leak around my skylight, they came out, inspected, didn't see any issues and didn't even charge me for the time. I'll certainly call them next time I need a repair.

Pinnacle Roofing installed a new PVC roof on our house in 2014 and did an excellent job. However, after a couple of years a leak developed that was visible on our bathroom ceiling. Pinnacle sent a couple of inspectors at different times to investigate the leak. When they couldn't determine the source of the leak, they cut an opening in our bathroom ceiling to look for water damage. Even then the leak couldn't be located. Eventually Pinnacle cut a hole in our new roof and found the leak was associated with a faulty vent. This entire process took several months due to the fact Pinnacle was busy with other projects. Nonetheless, they hung in there until the problem was resolved and repaired the vent and roof even though the vent wasn't their fault. Then they repaired and painted our bathroom ceiling. All of this was covered under the lifetime warranty for the roof. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. They are a quality organization that backs up their product and will go the extra mile to insure everything functions properly even years after the initial installation. Five stars.

I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Roofing. We recently noticed our skylight had a small leak. We called around to several places and Pinnacle was a competitive price AND could come out and take a look much sooner than the competition. We got a quote for repair and a new skylight and were told it would be 7 weeks or more. This was fine as the leak wasn't bad. Well they came out and installed our skylight MUCH faster than that and our total was the same as the estimate. My favorite part is that no one needed to be home in order for them to do the work, saving us the headache of missing work or working from home. We will definitely consider them when it comes time for a whole new roof!

I am disappointed in this company.  Let me start by saying that after having several bad customer service experiences (with other companies), I did my research.  Pinnacle was the fourth company that came out to do a bid.  Jason showed up and was SUPER impressive.  He did the most thorough estimate of all the companies.  On top of that, he was very friendly.  We were quite impressed, and even though the bid was not the lowest, we went with them.  

From there, things went downhill.  First, I don't think I saw another English speaker again until my roof was done.  The three guys did my roof were very hardworking, but we could hardly communicate at all.  Second, in the bid was to replace all the plywood sheeting on the flatter part of the roof (about 20 sheets), and to replace what was needed (at $38/sheet) on the steeper parts.  Before starting, a truck came by and a pile of materials (including about 30-40 sheets of plywood) was dropped off in our yard.

At the end of the first day, it appeared as though the top part (flatter) was already half way done.  Great, right?  Yes, except that no new plywood was applied.  In a bit of shock, I called Lenny and he said he would look into it.  Within a couple of hours, that whole first layer of shingles was ripped off, and the guys were putting down plywood.

I tried to keep track of what was being done, and I am quite sure that still only a portion of the 20 or so sheets was used.  Because I wasn't sure, I let that go.  But, I am quite sure that no sheets were applied to the steeper portions of the roof.  On the final bill, however, I was charged for the whole thing (almost $2000).  Fortunately, I counted how many sheets were dropped off, and again how many were picked up, so I had some solid #'s.  I called Lenny back, and he readjusted my bill, but at what point do you lose confidence???

Also, I was shocked at the end of the first day to find that the crew had left all their (expensive) roofing tools in my (exposed) driveway.  We don't live in a terrible area (for crime), but I would never leave a compressor outside overnight - it probably would not be there in the morning!!!

I could go on and on, but I will keep this short.  There was a leak (hence the roof replacement), so we had put a tarp over the leak.  The tarp was big, new, and heavy duty, but I found it in the back of the truck with all the roofing garbage.  There were also problems with the skylights - having to talk to Lenny to get them to do what was in the bid, etc.  They did replace one of the skylights, but again I found the old one in the back of the truck.  Last time I checked, that was my skylight, and I actually wanted it for another project!!!

Bottom line, we were (and continue to be) disappointed.  We would not use this company again, and would not recommend them.  The only reason I will give them two stars is because the roofing crew were really hard workers, and Jason did such a great job.

We had to replace our roof and went with Pinnacle after getting some estimates from local roofers. They had a similar, not the cheapest, estimate compared to others but more good reviews here. They were very quick to respond whenever we had questions throughout the process. Aside from the old roof, we had a problem in the past where rainwater would splash against one of the windows which was more like a design issue. I just sent them a picture with a short description and they fixed it whiteout charging extra. It turned out that we had quite a few rotten boards which had to be replaced. They sent us pictures of everything and called to discuss the extra cost for labor and material. After everything was done, the PM stopped by to double check everything was ok. I found one gutter wasn't aligned properly. They sent someone over to fix the issue the next morning. This is what I liked most about the company- whenever we needed something or had problem they took care of it right away.

Called to ask for a quote because of a leaking roof, person answering the call didn't know what he was doing, didn't know if they fixed the interior plaster after a repair and said that the first appt would be 2 weeks hence.

Not ok considering I said I had a major leak and the hard rain was expected to continue for the next week.  Didn't even give me a reference.

I first called Pinnacle Roofing when I purchased my house 2 years ago and needed some vent boots replaced. They came out, gave me a quote and then noted to me as the new homeowner there were some soft spots on my roof and the roof wasn't in great shape.  My inspector told me the roof would last a few more years.  I went with another company for the vent boots at the time-- and none of the 3-4 quotes just for the boots mentioned the soft spots.

Fast forward a year, and Pinnacle was absolutely right. Exactly where they told me there was a soft spot, it started to leak. I called Pinnacle right away since they were right the first time and realized they were a step above the rest. They immediately came out and repaired the leak with great service.  10 months later, I had another leak on the other side of the roof. They were out the same day to put a tarp over it and then came out immediately to repair the roof.  And then 3 months after that, another leak in another location. They came out and patched that up immediately, and gave me a quote that day for a new roof.

So after 3 repairs, I got my new roof 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier with Pinnacle Roofing. Not only was the price fair and competitive, the service, project management, quality assurance and workmanship was top par!  The company was a pleasure to work with, from the CEO to their project managers and sales team when I needed pick out the shingles and schedule the job.  The professionalism and expertise is superior and they definitely know their trade.

Pinnacle Roofing came out after a failed quote from another roofing company delayed my 203(k) FHA loan process.  Pinnacle came out, gave me a very reasonable quote and then worked with me through the very difficult and time consuming 203(k) loan process.  After a couple months they came out and replaced my roof and even came in under the original quote.  Pinnacle is an awesome company for roof work, thank you!

This review is not for work done but rather their customer service. I have a townhouse and share the roof with my neighbor. Pinnacle provided the highest bid so my neighbor did not want to go with them. They were my first choice because they were providing us with the best quality work. They were even willing to meet me halfway but in the end, we chose the company my neighbor wanted. I realized I'm not planning to live in this townhouse (it's a rental) and over the long term, I plan to sell it so I decided it's not worth it to put in the top of the line roof.

Lenny of Pinnacle Roofing is one of the best.  Pinnacle executed a complex series of roofing projects for our condo complex. Despite the complexities of the project Pinnacle was able to get the job done without a hitch.  Lenny is also a great communicator, always available by phone or e-mail.

On Christmas, late morning I discovered some attic insulation in the driveway. Upon looking further on the roof I found two large 12 x 12 holes that something like a racoon dug away the cedar roofing and tar paper, then pulled out piles of insulation.  As luck would have it, it was starting to rain and the wind blowing so I didn't want to try tarping the roof on the slick cedar shakes.  

While I was on the roof trying to figure out what to do, my wife was quicking calling every roofer listed online.    

I went into the attic to see if the racoon(?) left.  I then discover about 12 holes that were about 1 by 3 and could see daylight.  The stupid birds that were pecking away for about a week before this really ruined Christmas.  I never knew that birds would peck through cedar and tar paper.  

I heard my wife yell, I found someone.  I came down to the kitchen and she said after about 20 phone calls Lenny from Pennacle roofing was out of town, but he would get one of his guys out to help.

Less than 2 hours after calling Lenny on Christmas, we had someone on the roof in the poring rain making repairs.  As a business owner, I try to service my customers, but I don't know if I could pull off anything like this.   Lenny did it !

Thank you so much Lenny for saving us thousands in damages that would have been caused by the rain that started that day.

Pinnacle roofing came out to repair a mobile home roof that was leaking. The technician came out and was completely open and honest about the roof repair. He provided guidance on how to repair it ourselves to save some money and even was able to save us money on the trip charge. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!!   We had a roof leak at a kitchen vent.   Called Pinnacle on Monday morning about 8AM.   By noon we had guys out and it was fixed within 45 minutes.    No leaks since then!  Will use for any future roofing needs.

It was great dealing with Pinnacle. There was never any pressure and honest dialogue the entire time. They were all very professional and very responsive. They updated a portion of the my flat roof and replaced the skylight. When others wanted to charge over $21K, Lenny provided some great ideas, fair quote, and great customer service. I called them back for a winterization treatment. I will call them again for future work without hesitation.

Big fans of Pinnacle Roofing here! Our house was looking crazy- we had fascia board peeling and just about falling off from the rot caused by failures in our torch down roof. We were starting to look like 'that scary house' on your block. Then we noticed some water getting in- yikes!

I had a few different companies in to give me a bid. All had great ratings on yelp and some with recommendations from friends.  The bid from Pinnacle was the best and Lenny was pretty darn likable. He even came back for a second review of the project to help with questions my husband had and worked with so that we could pre-paint our fascia boards ourselves (rather than brining out painters, etc). He came to us to consult with us on the roofing material (we went with an IB roof to replace our ancient torch down/aggregate roof), to pick the thickness, fascia board details, roof and trim color, flashing details, to help us select new downspouts (ours were ANCIENT) and to talk about bringing the roof up to code. He addressed every single question and concern we had and when we discovered that the base of our roof had failed as well he managed to somehow get that included in our cost without too much additional expense. The roof had failed in part because it wasn't properly vented with roof top vents or ventilation from the side and that was solved with many new vents his crew put in. We paid with a check, but appreciated that they accepted AMEX.

They were able to move up our project and the work took place mostly while we were at the office. The daily site clean-up was very good and the crew (we made sure to be around a bit) were awesome- very unobtrusive and polite. I was glad that we were mostly gone during the day because it's a very loud process. We now have an entirely new roof- from the boards on up. It looks amazing and we are no longer 'that house'. The final lean up was very good- not a nail or tack to be found on the ground and no garbage (they take it all away). We've had the roof for a few months now and it's held up wonderfully with some of the recent rain and wind.

Don't look further- these guys are nice to work with, their quality is superb and they are affordable.

My roof sprung a leak in the recent round of torrential rains.  The leak was dripping through the ceiling and into the house.  I called on a Sunday, and left a message for Lenny. His office told me the next day there was nobody available to come until the next week, but Lenny had his office staff call me back later that day. Someone came and looked that day, and my roof was fixed the next morning.  Good thing - it has been raining almost every day since!  Thanks, Lenny!

Mike at Pinnacle Roofing is my hero!  My kitchen ceiling sprang a leak during last night's rain storm and I worried all night.  First thing this morning, I called another highly-rated roofer, who sounded unfazed by my dilemma and took my info so someone could call me back to schedule an appointment for an estimate.  I couldn't wait and called Pinnacle Roofing next.  The person I spoke to was sympathetic and offered to get someone to my home asap.  An hour later, Mike was at my door, found the problem, and fixed it so quickly that I was able to make a mid-morning appointment.  My roof needs a couple of minor, less urgent repairs and Pinnacle Roofing has won my business.  BTW, the first roofing company I contacted never called back.  Thank you, Pinnacle Roofing!!

We have used Pinnacle Roofing Professionals a few times for repairs and they are the very best in quality and price.  Lenny the owner is a great communicator and got to our job faster than we expected during his busy season.  I would recommend him to anyone for repairs or a full roofing job.  A real professional!

Just had the guys at Pinnacle do a repair on our roof. We were experiencing some leaking in the kitchen thanks to the crappy roofing job that our home's previous owners had opted for. Jason with Pinnacle identified the problem and came up with a great solution that replaced shoddy materials in the location of the leak, and they addressed other spots that were likely to fail in the future. The crew was polite and arrived and left when expected and did a great job cleaning up the site. Kudos for Pinnacle.

Had a roof leak and gave Pinnacle a call.  Keith had someone out the same day (Tuesday), but due to a communication snafu the gentleman who showed up had a 24 ft. ladder where a 32 ft was needed.  Keith got me rescheduled for Thursday and Mike showed up with the needed ladder.  He replaced a faulty vent cover lickety-split, and in a courteous, professional manner.  I would definitely call Keith, Mike and the folks at Pinnacle if I were to have another roofing issue.

Pinnacle roofing came out today to look at a leak in my roof next to my chimmney. There was a flashing problem. Paulo said that they needed to remove the old flashing and replace some of the metal in a valley and replace some of the shingles. I agreed and they had the work done on the same day by about 4pm. He had come to the house about 10am. I was very satisfied with their promptness and work. I will let you know later if the leak is fixed after it rains again.

The roofer who installed my roof when I built the house cut some corners and I had some shingles that were sliding down and threatening to leak. I also had some zinc strips coming off. It was a small job and many of the roofers were too busy to be bothered with it. Jason came out and took a look. Very professional and even though he was busy he said he would send one of his guys out to fix it up before he started at his other site. He did a fantastic job. It looks great and took a huge load off my mind. I highly recommend Pinnacle!
