I left a review on Google but I just wanted to make sure that I expressed my gratitude...I left a five star. Thank you Joseph. Great work and price.

We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times. Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage. Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main. If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water. Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains. We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price. I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many, many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

We met David and 1st Plumbing Services at the Circle C Food Trailer night. He came out and diagnosed and fixed our low water pressure. He was early, professional and a knowledgeable Plumber. Will use them again.
Updated: About a year later we called 1st plumbing to help with a garbage disposal installation, and the receptionist insisted that they come out, and we pay the $45 consult, even though we know what we need. Will try somebody else.

We had a gas leak and Plumb & Order came out on short notice to help. From the scheduler who found a way to get a team to our location faster than I imagined, to the the in-person team that quickly and competently identified the problem, we had a great experience with Plumb & Order.

Do Not Recommend. Had leaking valve inside toilet. Jason said part might take weeks to order so we needed to replace the toilet. Verbally quoted us $268 to replace if we purchase the toilet and have it at our location when we rescheduled him to come back. When we got his email for the quote, it was $468, just to replace the toilet! Home Depot plumbers do it for $169! Jason wanted the $79 fee so we asked him to swap out the flush handle on 2nd toilet (we already had new handle we purchased from Home Depot). Jason said he couldn't get old flush handle off, so he adjusted it to work better. $79 for that. Well, we stupidly ordered toilet, ($172) but in the meantime, we called Ferguson's Plumbing Supply. They had at least 2 on the shelf at All of their locations! One location within 2 miles of our house. Jason never even checked!! So I picked one up for $25!! Shut off water to toilet, easily, again, easily replaced fill valve in less than an hour, had perfectly working toilet! Now have to cancel ordered toilet which is supposed to be arriving on Friday, 06/28/19.
Something wrong here, thought we were having a qualified, honest plumbing company come out! Being a Vietnam Vet, thought a veteran owned company might do better, but we see now that it's just a ploy to get business. Will never call this company ever again! What a joke! Really a no star company.

Stay away from this company. If your home warranty service wants to dispatch them, decline, avoid, run. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced back in 2016. After paying for this warranty service for years, it was good feeling to finally be getting something in return. But how disappointed we were when this plumber came out and informed us that before they could install the new water heater, they'd have to install a PRV (pressure relief valve) at the meter and charge us over $800. I called and spoke with Gina (owner) about this issue and explained that we already had a PRV installed a few years ago when we had a water softener installed. She was extremely rude and tried to tell me that the PRV was installed in the wrong location and it needed to be at the meter. I argued and challenged that because the PRV, even if in the wrong location, was still located behind the water heater and reducing pressure before hitting the water heater or any in house plumbing. She basically told me that I either pay for a new PRV or she would inform American Home Shield (warranty company) to deny the claim on a new water heater because of failed requirements (high water pressure). However, she did agree to reduce the price to $600. So, I agreed. After the install, the pressure inside the house was horrible. I called them back and they told me the PSI was set accordingly at 75 and there was nothing they could do about it. Fast forward three years later, this PRV goes out, resulting in even lower water pressure and a loud banging and rattle noise on the pipes . After doing extensive research for a professional plumber, I found a company that came out and confirmed that the PRV was no good. He also told me that the PRV used was extremely cheap and low quality maybe even used or refurbished. He installed a new one, much better quality and guess what, water pressure has never been better and its set at 75 PSI. Makes me so angry that for 3 years we dealt with low water pressure resulting in only one shower, no flushing toilets or running a washing machine or dish washer at the same time. I absolutely HATE this company for the RUDE woman (and I'm being nice not calling her what I really want to say) that I had to deal with that put us through hell for the last 3 years. Stay away from them. Trust me!!! No good, no good at all. They primarily only work for home warranty companies and seek reasons to rip people off and give warranty companies reasons to deny claims.

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on 11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install. I agreed to this. At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them. He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming . 2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again. He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now. I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price. These people do not know anything about customer service. Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help. Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

Pay for what you don't get!
They came out for a yearly service on an admittedly old system we have. After getting lost and knocking on my neighbors door for ten minutes and then calling me to finally realize where they were, two young guys arrived. Were here for ten minutes, said they flushed out my lines, checked everything, basically an 18 point inspection, took only ten minutes, wow! They actually took more time trying to convince me to purchase a yearly inspection plan which, thank goodness, I did not do. Three weeks later my ceiling caved in from the condensation lines that backed up, the overflow did not work, automatic shutoff did not work nothing. Hundreds of dollars of repairs. When I called Fox to talk to them, they said they weren't responsible. All of the things they checked and said were either clean or operating properly would have kept the condensate lines from overflowing into my ceiling. They said they weren't responsible.
Go Green Heating and Cooling came out in an emergency call in 90 minutes and made sure everything was working properly and then didn't charge me.
A few weeks later, a Fox rep called and refunded the cost of our inspection; $109. I did appreciate that because the ceiling repairs cost over $600.

Wow!!! These guys are awesome. With the lockdown we are now cooking at home all the time. My son decided to use the garbage disposal as the trash can and clogged our sink. We had a huge mess!!! I found these guys online and the guy that answered the phone was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to get out same day and get our sink back to normal. The technician who came out, I think his name Steve - was great. He took the time to ask questions, protect our home and he even educated my son (in a very nice way) on what not to do. Very affordable and EXCELLENT customer service from the moment they picked up the phone. Steve is also going to help us with our water softener since I'm sure it was from the stone ages. So glad we found our new plumbers!!!
