We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Hill Country Plumbing has always been there for me. Great service! Super pleased with all of the work that was done. They even clean up after they are finished! Friendly, accommodating, and superior workmanship. I would give them six stars if I could!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Called these guys because I needed quick service and they were located south. Stephen was in the area and came over immediately! Had me fixed up within the hour. Licensed, bonded and a one year guarantee for a fair price. I'd definitely call again for any plumbing work.

When we realized we had a leak on the side of the house, we reached out to a plumber we had used in the past and were told that it would take over a week for them to come out and fix it. I looked on Yelp to see if there were any nearby plumbers who might be available and found Rooter-Man. When I called them to request assistance they were very responsive to both the urgency of the situation and to my stress about the leak. I had great customer service from both the office staff and the plumber who came out to fix the situation. The plumber came out within an hour and then cheerfully spent several hours digging up our yard to fix the the broken pipe. We were only without water for a few hours. In addition to the great customer service and the timely repair, I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost of the service. I would highly recommend this company!

I only gave this company one star because zero was not an option.  American Home Shield, my home maintenance company, recommended them and I truly wish I had not trusted them to do so. Bobby the repairman seemed nice from the beginning of the service call but he proved not to be in the end. The problem was a leaky shower faucet and he claimed that I needed a water pressure regulator which caused the shower cartridge to good bad. None of this made sense to me from the beginning. The company called me to make the appointment to fix the cartridge...NOT THE REGULATOR....During the conversation I was rudely spoken to by GINA, a very unprofessional employee there.  I had my shower leak fix with a  part that cost $10....yes $10. They tried to rip me off for more than the $70 service charge. By the way I would like to have my $70 refunded.

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on  11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install.  I agreed to this.  At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them.  He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming .  2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again.  He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk  the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now.  I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price.  These people do not know anything about customer service.  Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help.  Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

We have a home that we always use Fox Service Company for our electrical, plumbing and heat/ac services.
One of our ac units went out of service and when I called to make an appointment it was the following business day they sent out a technician to check on it.  He worked over an hour to initiate the unit to start but it was very old and he recommended a new one be put in.  That afternoon the sales rep came to our home, gave us a quote and the following day the technicians arrived to put in a whole new system.  I have to commend them for working in this heat and in a very tight access area!  At the end of the day the work area was cleaner than when they started and they were incredibly polite and professional.  I give a big A+ to Fox Service Company for any of the services they provide.

Diamond Plumbing has helped me out through a wide range of services including hydrostatic pressure tests to check pipes; repairing leaks and running toilets; and most recently, to repair a water heater to fix low hot-water pressure issues. Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience.

PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses.

PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text.

PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more!

CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours.

In conclusion, they are my go-to during normal business hours; I've been serviced by Diamond Plumbing about 8 times now and I'm still a very happy customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Plumbing.
