Good service and respect shown my Mr Ingram. Love doing business with the small business owner who enjoys his work and providing quality work.

John did an awesome job and price was reasonable. I will definitely make this my future plumber. Great service, John was a little late but he called to let me know he was in route. Highly recommend

During Dallas early 2021 ice storms, we had a pipe burst. In the midst of a chaotic week for service companies, they came within one week.
TXP was the only group that followed up and followed through. They were efficient, HONEST, and human during the process.
I don't think I've ever given a plumber more than three stars and I'm giving them five. Highly recommend.

Our AC unit when out out of nowhere! We purchased our house new in 2018. I called my builders and they said it was out of warranty, I was shocked. So I went on to search for an AC company near me and they came up and had great reviews I thought to give them a shot. John was a really nice guy, as soon as he arrived started checking out the unit. Within 30 minutes he brings me out and tells me that it's not my unit. but something exploded. Turned out the part was under warranty!!!!!
Overall experience was absolutely amazing, they even pressure washed my units so they wouldn't over heat from all the dirt! Definitely recommend them.

I've been using these folks for years. They do whatever they can to get to you as quickly as they can. Fair prices, quality work. They'll always be my first call.

Josh of Align couldn't have been more responsive. The job was done in 2 to 3 days as he stated, but actually came early due to finishing another job. Price was very reasonable, as I'm a Real Estate investor and know what the price of piers are at Retail. Got a plumber report and engineering report as promised. Will refer Josh business...thanks

Thank God for this company. They came out at 8pm on a Sunday to make repairs. Highly recommend

Reese was fantastic. On time, professional, friendly and above all educational; Reese took the time to explain to me what the problem was in a very clear, unassuming manner. Absolute gentleman.

I called B+D Plumbing to get an estimate on a new hot water heater, Bill gave me a price and scheduled the install within a few days. Bill and Daniel went the extra mile to install an 11yr old water heater that had never been drained. I learned my lesson! They were fast, very neat, professional, on time, friendly and respectful. This is a 5 star company and I highly recommend B+D Plumbing.
Thank you, Bill & Daniel, for a job well done!

Ridell did a great job on my new construction house. When I had a problem, the always followed up very quickly. Warranty work has been great as well. Some items were forgotten when our house was first built (a hose bib by the garage). I told Ridell this and they came out and installed it. However, they sent me a bill for around $800. I was upset when I saw this because I felt like this had been forgotten at the beginning of the job. I called Scotty and he told me not to worry about that invoice.
I would highly recommend them.

Bobby key is a great plumber. We had a main line clog at 2:00 on a Saturday and he was here and had it all fixed by 3:30. Easy to work with. Did a good job and was very reasonably priced. Will use again.

Rip off company. Want $350 to change out a busted hose bib. Literally a 50 dollar part and 15 minutes of work. Hope they sleep well.

This review is a little late but well deserved
We had a serious plumbing clog that ended up flooding our shower and entire bathroom. Worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Auger Pros was able to come out within and hour or two of me requesting a quote on Yelp. Their technicians were completely over the top awesome and very through! They had to come back because of our old plumbing and they came back within 30 mins of me calling back and fixed the issue. The main technician even showed me how our old plumbing looks like and showed me that everything was all clear before leaving. That technician deserves a good bonus or raise for the quality of work that he does! We will absolutely hire them again as long as they are in business!

I called a plumber out and was charged $750 to do an emergency job. I overpaid by about $700, so this go round, I called these guys, they figured out the problem within minutes, provided a quote, AND told us how to fix it ourselves for cheaper if we wanted to go that route. After trying many plumbers in the DFW area, I have now found my go-to plumber. Cannot recommend enough!!

My rep Sam Thompson was very professional and knowledgable. Sam made it easier to understand about foundation repair process. I will recommend to family and friends.

I used Sticks and Stones in May 2017 for a master bath remodel and will not use them again. The tile was laid by an inexperienced worker and looks awful. When the grout was done they left all the tape around the bathtub and my husband had to cut it out. The plumbing was not done correctly and leaked through to ceiling below.

James showed up and seemed clueless what he was coming to work on even though I left details about the problem when I called. He had a flat affect. Blunt. Snippy. Even my wife said he was an a@@hole and it's rare for her to say that. However I admit he got the job done quickly despite having to go purchase a part. Could only give an overall price and not break it down to show part price, labor, etc. Had some water under the JAQUZZI when done. I will need to have a fan on it overnight before I seal it back up. Talked to operations after and they did give a $50 credit for the trouble. Overall, good work but very poor attitude and customer service.
Update: a different tech came out and put in the correct part. He had the part with him but still had to leave to get supplies and was gone about 40 minutes. When he arrived and opened up the cold water faucet on the tub to drain the pressure the faucet started leaking under the tub! There was no evidence of that happening previously as it was all dry when I opened it up iniItaly. And the tub is used daily so we would know if it had been leaking. The quote he gave me to repair that was $400!!! No thanks, I will do that myself. That's some coincidence that this part should fail in the midst oof replacing a different part.
Folks, my experience with Benjamin Franklin PLumbing has not been a good one. I will never even consider using them in the future, that's for sure. The ONLY thing I can really say good about then was that they were on time. But even that did not matter because they had to leave both times for parts or supplies.

DONT USE MANNING REMODELING AND WHATEVER. They are a joke. Their hook is pay as you go. Don't believe a word of it. They won't even respond in a professional manner when you haven't committed. They should be on their best behavior. Instead Rick Manning is a ghost. Phone calls, emails and text go through Jennifer (office manager) Their creed is go home early and come in late. We will respond to customers when we get around to it. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW THE REST OF THE CONSTRUCTION WILL GO.
