O'Bryan Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
O'Bryan just fixed a busted pipe I had from the Great Texas Winter Storm of 2021.  They communicate well, honest, and extremely professional.  I will call them again at the drop of a hat.

Thank you for your service.

APEX Supply Company Plumbing Service
Great selection - poor attitudes. Evidently no one wants your business in this establishment. You sign in to a marker-board when you get there, and then the sales staff is very aloof and irritated to work with you. You need to already know what you want, because the staff I encountered did not want to educate on the options and is more interested in making a layperson feel bad about terminology than in making a sale. FYI, a wall mounted Roman Tub spigot is a filler not a faucet. Evidently Kohler doesn't know that either, because I spent a lot of money elsewhere on a Roman Tub Faucet instead of buying it at APEX after being huffed at for calling it such - still hundreds less than my quote there. I was not shown a variety between brands and was quoted what I am sure was the highest priced option. Not one explanation was given of the options/differences.

Accurate Leak & Line - Turtle Creek, Dallas Plumbing Service
A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search.  Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no  hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. Finally, we have saved enough $$$ to get the job done. We schedule and they begin. In EACH STEP of this huge project,  the Accurate pros were on their game. I was seriously nervous. But they were on it. Even working under the house in the pouring rain.  They knocked it out in a matter of days and did a STELLAR  job. Highly recommended.

Princeton Plumbing Plumbing Service
Wow, where do I start?  We contacted Princeton Plumbing on July 1st because we had a leaky shower faucet.  They were able to send someone out that afternoon.  The crew came and spent some time looking at the faucet and identifying the problem.  In order to correctly identify the issue they had to remove the faucet handle (more on that later).  They said they had to get the part and would be back the next day to complete the job.  The next day came and went (we stayed home ALL day) and they never showed up.  I thought maybe they were busy and would be here on July 3rd.  Again, we remained home, and they never came.  I sent a text (a previous method of contact), and received no response.  I chalked it up to the long weekend and waited until Monday.  When Monday came and went, we were definitely getting upset.  I left messages and sent more texts, but never have heard back.  After 1 week, we determined that they were completely untrustworthy, and had abandoned the job.  I'm not sure how they have stayed in business until now, but I would avoid at ALL costs.  We ended up using Legacy Plumbing, and they came out and fixed the problem within 1 hour.  The only reason it took that long was that Princeton Plumbing had completely stripped the faucet screw during their brief visit, and it had to be drilled out.
