I had O'Bryan put in two hot water heaters at mi casa. Their bid was the lowest and they did a great job. The plumbers were courteous and professional and on time for the installation. When I called Mr. O'Bryan after hours over a problem (turned out it wasn't) he called back at 9:00pm and promised to have someone out at 8 the next morning and they showed up on time.

Great! Professional and transparent! I appreciate Pablo's flexibility and responsiveness. Also carries a price list menu. So there are no surprises. Highly recommend him!

I actually found a place that did not want my business. I need 'Kohler' parts - Saturday they said come Monday. Monday they had zero interest in searching for the part number and said go somewhere else. I received a business card from 'Dirrick' - I don't know if this was the actual guy helping or not. For a place that advertises to be Kohler Distributer - you would think they would at least have some interest. I'll never take my business here and will encourage others to go else where.

Overall, the work was good from what we can tell so far, but the communication on multiple levels could have been better. For example, no one told us ahead of time that multiple wheelbarrows of dirt would have to be hauled away because it wouldn't all fit back under the house when repacking the dirt. So, seeing our dirt being taken away felt unsettling until it was explained to us (after several wheelbarrows worth were already hauled away) that that was a normal practice. Plus, when Christian did come by to talk to us in person about the 20%-30% of dirt that didn't go back under the house after it was excavated, he pretty much backed us into a corner and told us that they could re-open the hole and put a little more dirt back in, but it would cost us extra money!! Not diplomatic towards the customer if you ask me. This job already cost us $12,000 when you combine all the expenses, so not understanding and then backing the customer into a corner doesn't sit well when so much out of pocket money is being spent. The contract never said how much dirt is to be hauled away, so when a customer expects 10%-15% but in actuality sees 20%-30% being hauled away, that is concerning. Just giving customers a better forehand understanding would be considerate.
Hopefully everything will be good with our house and foundation, like he explained to my husband and I.
Also, fairly lengthy wait times for scheduling. That's why we took off two stars.

Outstanding Service. Heard about them through a friend that recommended Princeton Plumbing. The gentlemen was on time, courteous and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. You won't go wrong with this company. Hard to find trustworthy businesses these days but this seems to be one of them. I will definitely use this company again!!
