I recently used 1st Class Plumbing to repair two hot water pipe leaks, one of which was quite a large project. Dustin and his team were very professional and knowledgeable in locating the leaks, explaining repair options, answering all of my questions clearly and promptly, and once I decided to proceed, repairing everything as explained. Mario and Sergio also were friendly and professional. Everyone is extremely prompt and communication with Alice and Linda were excellent. I had some questions about the engineering report which were answered when I called the engineer to clarify. Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received from 1st Class Plumbing. I've used 1st Class Plumbing for past plumbing needs, and they never disappointed, so I highly recommend them and Dustin if prompt and honest service is what you're looking for in your plumbing needs.

I called Good Fellas Plumbing and they responded quickly on Yelp.

I had one washer faucet shut off leaking but while he had to repair the one I had him fix both shut-offs instead of just one.

Chris and his team came out the same day and replaced both hot & cold washer shut-offs in less than 20  minutes.

Chris stated his price and solved the problem quickly with the original quoted price.

As far as the service I would highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing problems.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for any plumbing needs. We had a slab leak they were able to locate and tunnel under the slab to repair.  Quality workmanship by Rick and Brandon. Candy was on top of scheduling and coordination. We are 100% happy with the job and will use them again!

Called Staggs just after noon. The plumbers were out here and had the main line water leak to the house repaired in less than 2 hours from when we called. That is service! I will be calling them back to do plumbing work should I need it in the future! I am beyond thrilled! Highly recommend them!

I found them on Yelp and liked that it was family owned and local. I was able to book an appointment thru Yelp for the next day. Someone called me the next morning and confirmed everything. They were on time and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained everything to me in layman's terms (but not condescending). Appreciate the prompt and friendly service. Mark was very professional. He called me back after hours on a Sunday night and was able to unclog our sewer system successfully. Our line was clogged and backing up into both of our toilets and shower/baths. He was able to fix it when about 20 other companies couldn't fit us in. We will absolutely be using Mark again in the future and recommending him to others. Thank you, Mark!!

Another great experience with Blue and Professor Plumb!

The gas line to my mother's house corroded and filled with water just days before Christmas.  With the city inspector office closing and well-below freezing temps coming, Blue, his partner Brian, and their team came out and fixed it all before the  inspectors left and we were able to have a warm home and cook over the holiday!

The quality of work, Blue's honesty and professional courtesy, and their concern for our needs are phenomenal.  They went above and beyond to fix the issues and didn't nickel-and-dime us when unexpected issues cropped up.  We trust them completely and will ALWAYS call them for any plumbing needs we have.

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

According to their website: Our primary business objective is satisfied customers. Integrity, integrity, integrity! But I can tell you nothing could be further from the truth. These guys were never even within 8 hours of when they said they'd show up, and 3 times in a row didn't show up at all. When they called (which didn't happen often) they had these ridiculous excuses for missing appointments. It was like working with a bunch of teenagers. As far as work goes, the work the guy did was okay, but he never did finish the job and in the end I had to hire someone else. Plus he never sent me a bill for over a month and then when I got the bill it was just a total without any break down of what I was being charged for. In the end they billed me for over $800 and I can tell you nothing they did came close to being worth that. They even tried to sell me a faucet set as new for my tub that turned out to be left over from another job and missing parts. When it was all said and done I spent over 30 hours waiting around for these guys who spent less than an hour and a half actually doing any work. If you are looking for professionals who will finish what they start and have a little respect for their customers Always Available Discount Plumbing is not who you want to call.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Saving Grace Plumbing.  I'm usually wary of companies sent out by my warranty company, but Saving Grace was professional, prompt, and timely.  They responded very quickly to my service request.  Joshua Crow came out the same day.  He and his assistant were personable and friendly.  They got the job done quickly with no fuss at all.  I will definitely consider Saving Grace for any future plumbing needs I might have.

On Monday, 09/27/2021, I reach out via-text to Task Force's administrator to schedule a fabricator to come out to complete measurements on our kitchen island we recently had installed through a third party because it was less expensive. I received a response text from Beatriz (administrator) that she no longer works for Task Force and to reach out to Justin (Owner). So I texted Justin and Joseph (sales manager) that there, has been no communication as to who we should be connecting with. I received a response text from Joseph stating, Hey Pat, sorry for the stressful situation and confusion. Justin will be calling you within the next day or so. Soon after, I received a message from Justin through Task Force's communication portal (Builder Trend) stating that Task Force NTX, LLC has ceased its on-going business operations. We are examining our options and will get back to you in the next few days, regarding your project. I then text messaged Joseph Gibbons (sales manager)
