I am not sure where to begin with how Brothers is just downright awesome. It all started when I moved to a new house and the bathroom plumbing was just not great so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and Brother Plumber got back to me fastest with a reasonable approach. Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.

I suffered some major plumbing issues and had the great fortune of coming upon Nikki's Plumbing Company. As a single female, I felt super comfortable having her work in my house, she is absolutely approachable and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for having no idea what is going on. She is very meticulous and very good at explaining exactly what will need to happen and how long the work will take. She is more than reasonable cost wise and I feel like her work is way above and beyond what I have received from other plumbers in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend and, in fact, I have numerous times!

What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Miguel is a highly competent, patient and very helpful handyman. I used Miguel's services in August 2021. Miguel and his team removed very stubborn wallpaper from several rooms in my home, textured those walls and painted. They repaired some broken crown moldings, installed a garbage disposal, installed a smart thermostat and performed some other general work prior to moving in to my new house. Miguel will be my go-to consultant/handyman for as long as he wants to work with me. He is honest, reliable and a good person. I highly recommend Miguel and his team.

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

Requested a quote 6/12/22.  The voicemail said they were out of office until 6/19/22, which I noted and was okay with.  Today is 6/27/22 and have still not heard back.  If you don't want the job consider calling potential clients back and tell them you decline, rather than leaving them waiting on your call.

Gary's Quality Plumbing handled my kitchen remodel when we had a plumbing catastrophe. They installed new fixtures in my bathroom as well. Now I have all new fixtures and much more room. The price was right, and the work was done much sooner than we had expected.

I can't believe I'm the first one to review Rogers Plumbing.  I had a unique issue with a closet that was too small for the newly configured 50 gallon tanks. Tiffany at Rogers plumbing was patient and informative as she walked me through the options.  I won't get in to all the details here, but as a picky consumer I give them my highest recommendation.

Live Oak is professional from start to finish and its these details that help distinguish them from the crowd.  Live Oak provided consistent updates on arrival time for the technicians, diagnosis of the problem, course of action with alternative options and thorough details down to the work that was completed including multiple photos of the job(the job was underneath the house)

Had them come out to our house two different times and even after saying what the problem was over the phone before they came out - they were not able to help us. So $180 down the drain just to figure out someone else needs to come out. Waste of time and money.

The tech was very nice though. He was confused he got the call to come out when he knew he couldn't help and say whomever answered the phone should of known better.

My 23 year old AC went out this weekend. I knew it was only a matter of time to replace the whole system as the Freon required will soon be phased out. There was no pressure and they offered to send a repair tech but I opted to replace the entire system. I was given 3 options and chose the middle of the road. The system was installed the next day and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived when they said they would and the time to complete estimate was right on the nose. I appreciate the fact that they always keep you informed. They let you know which personnel have been assigned and they call again when they are on the way. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. Every single person I talked to or met was friendly and professional. It's no fun replacing such an expensive item, but they made it as painless as possible, including many financing options. And they never charge extra for weekends, holidays and late hours! I highly recommend A #1 Air.

Nobody answered the phone! Attempted to call three times on a Saturday at 8:47pm. Not even allowed to leave a message or anything. Sad that a service is advertised as a 24 hour plumbing but they never answered their phone.

Not happy with Roto-Rooter.  We had a good experience a few months ago when we had a kitchen sink backing up. We even recommended a friend based on good experience.  So, when we had another plumbing issue, we naturally thought of calling Roto-Rooter.  Bad idea.   So, last week a technician was sent to my house to resolve a clogged pipe caused by a foreign object dropped in pipe from toilet.  After snaking pipe and seeing with camera the foreign object, they told my wife they could not clear pipe with snake and would have to replace 10 foot section of pipe.  This estimate was over $10,000.  My wife asked if they couldn't push it through with snake or something and they said, no,that's wedged in there! So, after several days of angst about the situation, we called for a second opinion.  The new plumbing company said they could clear it.  So in about 2 hours, the issue was resolved with minimal cost. I called Roto-Rooter thinking  their company could be trusted with knowledgeable and well trained technicians that would recommend the right path for best resolution.  I feel  Roto-Rooter took advantage of my wife and situation and could have ruled out a more cost effective option with us.  My wife called Roto-Rooter back to discuss our concerns and was given an unsatisfactory explanation that their plumbers are not allowed to clear lines from top of roofs.  They asked , did the plumber know you had a roof clean out? . My wife said, They're certified plumbers, they should know this!  I am very disappointed we were put in this situation and charged $425.00 for nothing!  Don't bother calling  Roto-Rooter for plumbing issues unless you want to be taken advantage of like us.  I will not be recommending nor using Roto-Rooter again!
