They were able to squeeze us into their schedule, which we were extremely grateful for.

Chase, the plumber who came out, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.  He educated us on some things about how our plumbing was built and gave us some tips to prevent future incidents.

He also stopped by the next morning to check the pressure, for free.

The valve behind my refrigerator was pushed and as a new home owner I had no idea how to turn it off. Stressed & panicked I called Augerpros first thing at 8AM, they had their team to my house by 9. Quick, easy to work with, knowledgeable & explained everything. Luckily I didn't have to get any work done but I will definitely be calling them next time!

Really had a good experience with them.  The response time was excellent. All of the notifications were super helpful. I've had so many other companies not show at all or come unexpectedly.  There's guys were great. Once they arrived, they were fast, clearly laid out the issues, the price and what needed to be done. No haggling at all. Would definitely use them again

Called for a quote for a 2 way clean out to be installed for main drain line to city sewer for the It's 29 dollars  any respectable plumber could quote this or at least provide a range.  Will not use. Do not recommend.

I needed my new gas grill connected to the gas line and was very pleased with the service from Augerpros. I was nervous about the cost after getting a quote from another company, but Augerpros was very responsive to a quote request, scheduled an appointment for one day later, and got the job done at nearly 1/3 the cost of the first company. Korey was great and let me know immediately that it was going to be slightly more expensive than the over-the-phone quote because of our gas set up and I appreciated the heads up. They finished the job in a short amount of time and it has been working perfectly for the first few weeks of summer grilling.

I sought out Auger Pros because of the excellent reviews I saw here on Yelp. I originally wanted to get some foundation work done so I needed a hydrostatic test done. Chance from Auger Pros came out and told me that it's not possible to perform the hydrostatic test due to the way my cast iron cleanouts were set up (the two cleanouts were so adjacent they were almost touching). At Chance's recommendation, I had them install a PVC cleanout that would be a future proof upgrade from the original cast iron. Upon excavation and installation of the PVC cleanout, Chance noticed that without even having to dig under the house there was a hole in the pipe next to the installed cleanout. We agreed to excavate 5 feet under the house and replace 5 feet of pipe. Upon excavation it was discovered that the bottom of the cast iron pipe was just gone, and what did remain was so thin it crumbled to the touch. He recommended repiping of the house which was not cheap, but Auger Pros offers financing, so I got setup with Synchrony Bank to get the entire house repiped. Throughout the process I was informed and understood what was going on. Chance ensured that I understood what work was occurring when. He set expectations about when the work would be done and reasonably stated when there may be delays. He also ensured after the work was completed that I physically saw the hydrostatic test performing as expected after having the pipes replaced.

It's really bad news to learn that I had to repipe the house, but the reality is that the pipes were old and crusty since the house was built in 1975 and it had to be done. I'm glad I had Chance from Auger Pros completing the work. I hope I never have to see them again but I know that I'm in good hands if I do have to make a plumbing call.

Augerpros is very responsive and helpful. I had them out a few weeks ago to replace a faucet I'd been having a lot of issues with. The quality of their work was night and day compared to what was done by another plumber (or non-plumber as it might have been) who originally installed this thing.

Now with weather being crazy and pipes frozen, they've been highly responsive to my questions and provided some great information. Their suggestion to go check and clean my main water valve was extremely helpful since I realized upon doing so that the box was full of dirt. It took me like 3 hours to get it cleaned out and access the valve, but boy am I glad I did that now and will be able to run the water off in a pinch if needed rather than being stuck in a frenzy trying to do it while my house is flooding if any of these pipes burst.

Really appreciate these guys and would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Carissa, Chance, and team!

We thought we did everything right to prepare for the first freeze of winter. Although it wasn't as cold or last as long as last year's even, of course we had an issue right before we're about to take off.

A lot of businesses were closed on Boxing Day yesterday (the day after Christmas). But that didn't stop Carissa from her responsiveness and securing an appointment for me because they had a slot open up. She even provided information for what to expect with the service.

They have a $29 trip charge for the plumber to go out to assess the issue. But that amount was applied to the repair that we proceeded with.

Chance was helpful, informative, and quickly fixed our broken faucet bib.

Thank you to Carissa, Chance, and the Augerpro team for the excellent customer service and work! So relieved to have found a reliable and honest plumbing service.

We had a dripping shower, which needed to be fixed quickly. Auger plumbing was extremely easy to schedule. They respond quickly & are very reliable. Many other companies were not very responsive or unable to come within 3-4 days. One competitor just stopped replying altogether when trying to schedule a time and date, which was frustrating.

Auger gave me a range estimate cost, which was higher than other plumbers. If there was one drawback, I would say it is cost. It was a relatively simple and fast fix, so for what it was, $325 was very steep. But I appreciated their honest estimate: they didn't have any hidden costs (for parts or gas/driving cost or inspection) & stayed within their estimate when it came time for payment.

Austin and his assistant was friendly & arrived within the time range scheduled & were respectful of our home. They wore booties on their shoes to keep our home clean, which I really appreciated. Austin also explained to my husband what he was doing & how to do it & was friendly and open.

Overall, if you have the budget, I would highly, highly recommend Auger for your plumbing needs. It was a hassle & headache-free process with respectful and friendly service. Thank you Auger plumbing!

I've had Augerpros come out on two different occasions for very different issues.  They took care of business quickly and effectively both times.  One of the situations required an investigation visit, and they didn't even charge for that.  I'll definitely be calling them again, and I have another project in mind to make some of our water-handling more efficient (and less prone to problems).  In addition to handling our problems well, communication was great all around.

Had a clogged toilet in my master bathroom. Found this company via Yelp and within minutes they responded to my inquiry and had a plumber come out same day. Bobby was very professional and quick to get the toilet unclogged. Would definitely recommend and will be using for future plumbing problems.

My house needed sewer pipe repair after the line was damaged by tree roots. They provided me free estimate even though other companies were charging for running scope/camera through the line. The estimate was reasonable and lower than other estimate that I had received.

The work was done promptly with minimal damage to yard. Overall I am very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work.

First of all, Kaye was bomb in getting me set up. 2 techs came out ahead of schedule and unclogged the toilet. It was expensive $149 BUT they honored the 10% off for yelp check in eventhough it actually wouldn't let me check in. Will definitely use again. Kaye gets a raise lol. Thank you for great customer service as I feel it's a lost art these days.

My master shower was backed up and started backing up into the master tub.  After two plumbers and the city looked at it Augerpros came out and fixed in in less than an hour!! Dakota and Tommy were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.  I recommend this company and these professionals to anyone who wants the job done right!! Thank you!!!

Update: The owner contacted me to discuss the review. We have come to an amicable solution. My experience is mixed. Pros: They responded promptly. The service tech was generally pleasant and professional. Though he was struggling with the equipment to do the job. Cons: I was charged $249+ tax for less than 30 minutes of actual work to locate gas lines in a small portion of my back yard. To be fair against my better judgment, I did agree to the charge before work began. I just think what I was charged is waaaaay beyond the service that I received. Ultimately, they did get the job done. Be prepared to pay a lot for it.

Augerpros sent Chance out to provide an estimate for installing a whole-home filtration system.  Chance and his coworker (didn't get his name) both were prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient.  We like Chance's approach and the estimate, while not the lowest, was offset by his level of professionalism so we selected Augerpros based on Chance's representation.
When it came time to install our whole-home filtration system, he discovered a few exceptions and talked us through them letting us know of things we didn't need and changes that were needed.  He was up front and explained things very clearly.
Based on our experience, we will recommend Chance and Augerpros every chance we get but Augerpros has also become our go-to plumbing company going forward.

I had an issue with a leaky toilet and sent out for some estimates on Yelp.  Augerpros and Kaye were one of the first to respond.  I called and set up an appointment right away.  They were on the scene in a hurry and very capable of completing the task very quickly.  'Something' got caught up in the line and I had to call them back out but Reuben was back at my house before i knew it to solve that problem.  Reuben and this company are aces!  I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to solve their plumbing problems!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Unfortunately Yelp stopped at 5.

I was Dustin Patino's customer. I had bad smell from shower box and I hired other plumbers to come in and helped me tackle the issue, but the smell wouldn't go away. Worried there is a leak, I started finding plumbers to do a smoke bomb test.

Not all plumbers do smoke bomb test, I don't know why. It just needs a small smoke machine and it doesn't take long...maybe 15 min max. Anyway, I was thankful to find Auger Pros that agreed to do the smoke bomb test.

Dustin came out, he was friendly, courteous, explained things well to me so I understand what and why he did things. The company's motto was, the plumber women can trust and I can't agree more.

In the end, he identified the problem that we must fix.

Inside their minivan, there are racks of stuff, they carry a lot of gadget, equipment, and more so they don't have to make a run to HD or Lowes to get stuff.

Dustin has won my business, I own 2 rental homes and one primary house. I will definitely use them in the future now.

Our old shower head started leaking, even with the hot and cold knobs all the way off. I contacted this company through Yelp, received a prompt reply and scheduled.

The plumber was friendly and presented the options to repair the existing valve or replace the whole deal with a normal one knob system.

Replacing it would have been ideal, but it would damage the tile. Getting that fixed (through another company) would cost nearly as much as the plumbing work.

So, repair it is. Unfortunately, one of our internal components could not be removed and so he had to abort the repair.

In the end, my shower is still leaking but I was not charged beyond the initial $30 visit fee. I'm not proceeding with the full replacement at this time, but if/when I do, I will use this company.

Our shower faucet lever was becoming squeaky and difficult to turn and adjust. With my busy work schedule, and assuming that it was a problem with a faulty cartridge as we had experienced twice before, I decided to hire someone to come take a look at it.

Augerpros was super quick in their response to my request, and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating, even attempting to come out during the recent ice and snow storm until I informed them it was not an emergency and that they could wait a few days when the roads were safer.

The repair ended up being minor and they were done in probably a half hour, but it was more than worth the very reasonable charge to know it wasn't a bigger issue. I will absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing issues. A++

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and had to be replaced.  I Augerpros went out of their way to make sure everything was installed correctly and all of the surroundings in my garage were protected during the installation. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

They were able to come out on the same day we called, and then actually arrived ahead of schedule and confirmed via phone call to make sure that would be okay.
The technicians were informative, fast, and courteous. They replaced to water valves in our master bathroom and also inspected our water heater since we're interested in going tankless in the future.
Overall, we're very happy with the quality of service and will be calling on them again for future plumbing needs.

I had an appointment with this company between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early. I arrived home at 1:02 pm and found they had called/texted me. I called them right away but was told the technician already left. They didn't know when the technician could do the work at my home and I had to wait so I decided to cancel my appointment with them. I will never do business with this company again.

Extreme overpriced I needed two toilets installed one faucet replaced and drain plug replaces. I got estimate $1900 about $400 each item this is way overpriced and I want to Lowe's who is installing for $130. Just wasted $29 on estimat. Beware. Thanks

I had a dishwasher air gap water overflowing problem. Auger Pros sent their team immediately after contacting. The technician Chance was able to clean the drain and fix the problem for me within 10 mins. They also honor me a discount for the service provided. Great job and great customer service. We bought our house in May and we have had a few plumbing issues. We woke up Monday morning and a pipe had been broken and leaking water down the side of our house.
We had Auger Pro's show up to fix the problem and they were super helpful! We had to go outside of our warranty on the house and they couldn't have done a better job and also giving us pointers and advice for the future! I would highly recommend using them!!

David and another plumber with Auger Pros came out to my house to check the issues I had documented for them.  They came out on time.  Auger pros actually sent a link the day of the appointment to show exactly where the plumber was on a map and what time they would show up.  David inspected each item and explained what could be done and what should be done.  Out of the 4 items I had they only had to adjust one item after looking at it.  They didn't even charge me for this!  I even offered to pay a fee to come out but it wad declined.  Honest service right there.

Excellent experience and knowledgeable, experienced plumbers.  They gave us a free estimate to run a gas line for a cooktop.  After much thought, weer decided to leave it as is.  I would definitely use this company as I got 3 estimates, and their pricing was competitive.  The plumber that came out was very experienced and I found his advice very useful. Leah from Auger Plumbing called immediately when I put in a request with Angie's A List for help.  She listened to our problem and suggested that she speak with one of the plumbers and give us a call back with a recommended course of action.   Leah followed through and called us back with the plumbers recommendation for something for us to try before incurring the expense to come out. We applied their advice, and, it worked!  We are thrilled and grateful for their generous help.  It would have been easy for them to come out and charge us $100's of dollars.  Auger staff clearly has integrity and were kind and helpful in curing our problem on this cold Saturday.  Thank you!!  We will use them next time we have a problem.

I will give them 2 stars just for showing up promptly to bid on a couple of items. But they did not get the job, because they were so far overpriced I could not fathom using them. 4 items were bid at $910. The time before that, they bid $1500 to run a gas line for my natural gas grill. Then, I would of had to hire a carpenter to redo the dry wall and there is no telling what that would of run. After 2 tries, I will have to find someone else in the future. We just can't be paying that kind of money for  anyone to do a small repair. Maybe they can get that kind of money on commercial jobs. I would not suggest calling them for a residential job though. Just Youtube and do it yourself or keep trying until you find someone with down to earth pricing.

Our outdoor faucet has been leaking for a while so I put out a bid request on yelp. AugerPros was very responsive and communicated with me regularly. They replaced the faucet and the stem for about $500. They left a big hole in my brick (they asked first and I approved). They recommended a masonry contractor that wanted to charge me $600+ to repair the hole (even though I have spare bricks). I am still looking for someone to repair it. I'm satisfied with the quality of the faucet repair but now I'm looking at over $1,000 total for this repair.

This plumbing company is truly top notch. They saved me on the day before Christmas in less than an hour they were out to my house. They fix the problem and only charged me $99.00 come to find out I just needed a clear out of my drainfield, But what it seems like from the inside was much much worse.  Most other companies I called either didn't answer the phone or told me it would be four days from now after the holidays. The dispatcher was pleasant and listened very attentively to my concerns. I will no longer use any other plumbing company in Allen. I found them on next-door and they had multiple other five star reviews on there

My main water line in front yard has small leak issue and I used Yelp to get quotes from a few companies.  Soon Augerpros  contacted me and they sent a technician on site the same day who was excellent in examining the issue, diagnosing and giving me upfront quote. I decided to go ahead. He did an efficient job and resolved issue.  I would give him a concrete 5 stars as he has been very good in explaining and answering my questions. His work skill definitely is  super. A shortcoming to the company is that their charge is far more higher than their competitions after I observed how much work it really took them to complete comparing with how much was charged, esp my neighbor spent only about 60% I paid for the same fix with another company.

This review is a little late but well deserved  

We had a serious plumbing clog that ended up flooding our shower and entire bathroom. Worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Auger Pros was able to come out within and hour or two of me requesting a quote on Yelp. Their technicians were completely over the top awesome and very through! They had to come back because of our old plumbing and they came back within 30 mins of me calling back and fixed the issue. The main technician even showed me how our old plumbing looks like and showed me that everything was all clear before leaving. That technician deserves a good bonus or raise for the quality of work that he does! We will absolutely hire them again as long as they are in business!

What a professional business!  I went thru Yelp to see who might be available locally to help with a clogged drain.  Kaye, from Augerpros was the first to respond and they were able to come the next day.  I felt so comfortable after speaking with her that I knew I had called the right company.  Now, let me preface this by saying I had not been able to use my kitchen sink or the dishwasher for months as my husband always said he would take care of it (even rented a drain cleaner from Home Depot which didn't work either), so I just had to take matters in my own hands.  We are in an older home (luckily on pier & beam) with old cast iron pipes and my husband thought that tree roots may be the cause of the problem.  So, we really did not know what to expect.  They were going to come by, at NO charge, to take a look to see what needed to be done.  

I received a text that next morning from Kory from Augerpros notifying me he was on his way - it included a picture of him also which I thought was wonderful....and yes, we all wore masks for safety.  I showed him all the access points and approximately where we thought the clog was in the pipe.   His camera broke in the pipe, but he was able to see where it was and after giving me a quote and me accepting, his equipment took care of the issue.  Luckily didn't see tree roots, just gunk.  

I can't tell you how happy I was!  It was like Christmas morning for me!  First thing I did was a load of dishes :-).  It's been about 3 weeks now and things are still working great.  The cost was actually less than I thought it would be and even my husband was glad they came.  Oh why did I wait so long!

We may just replace the main cast iron pipe as this issue comes up at least annually, and they were able to provide a quote for that also.  Even if we don't do that, I now know who to call to fix it.  My husband is even thinking of some other areas that he would like them to check out, so we'll be calling them again real soon!

The plumber appeared as promised.  Price was high at 145 dollars for just showing up and looking at the issue and 195 dollars for clearing a clearing a kitchen sink with an electric snake.  Total price was 344 dollars.  Do note that it was labor day.  Also, the plumber would not do any work unless I gave my credit card number.  This I found a bit strange, as other plumbers never required this.

Kory came to help find a leak at my house and was professional and very helpful.  He was able to find the source of the problem and knew what was needed to fix it. He went above and beyond by letting me know the leak is from the neighbors pipe and offered to stay until the City  come out and shut the water off. Would definitely use their services again.

AugerPros did a stellar job fixing our draining and plumbing issues! I'm an employee at a commercial property and we needed to get a surprise issue with a sink drain fixed as well as a reoccurring issue with our toilet addressed. I wanted to streamline my workload for getting estimates for this project, so I used the yelp function that allows you to get multiple contractors to reach out based on the description of you issue. AugerPros reached out in a timely manner and was the only contractor willing to come to a commercial property that did not automatically include an additional charge just for showing up. They arrived on time and provided a free estimate for work- the assessment was then explained to me and we went ahead and had the work completed the same day. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and really appreciated the time taken by Mo to explain the issues going on with our sink and toilet, he even showed me real-time footage of what was going on inside our drain. I was also really pleased in dealing with the with the owner Jerry. He was very diligent with communication and was very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend AugerPros to anyone looking to have plumbing and drainage issues resolved in a swift, professional manner and at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with my overall experience with them and will absolutely use again!

Awesome service by Jerry and his Team.  Dakota came and helped with changing the valve in our Guest Bathroom.  We had several plumbers come and look at our issue, after spending so much money to get the issue resolved, we were afraid to call anyone not knowing if they will take care of the issue.  Jerry assured that they will help us take care of the issue. Dakota came with another gentleman, cut the tile and replaced the valve.  We got so lucky as they had a cancellation, the job was done within 24 hours from my initial inquiry.  I am impressed by the way they took care of us.  We have a new plumber for all our future work.  Any of you in Allen and surrounding area, don't look twice, Jerry and Team will take good care of you. Excellent service call to get bathroom sink draining like new.  Also gave great advice on getting rid of musty smell coming from drain lines.  Best part was reasonable price to auger line and ensuring problem was fixed.  Plus perfectly on time when said they would be there.  Chance was my service tech.  Have their business cards in case wife needs to call for plumbing problems when I can't fix.

Very, very impressed with Augerpros Plumbing.

Our sewer line failed the hydrostatic pressure test after a pier adjustment to the foundation of the addition. The customer experience along with the quality of the work with Augerpros was exceptional.

I received a call, on the weekend, within 5 minutes of requesting a quote on their website. They promptly sent out a plumber who quickly diagnosed the issue, which required tunneling under the addition. AugerPros is partnered with a landscaping company that does the digging which means less work for me trying to find someone to dig.

Kory, the plumber with Augerpros, was excellent. Super friendly, and communicated every step in detail so I knew what to expect and when. They showed up promptly and did the work quickly. Kory extended the pvc under the slab up into the pier-and-beam section of the house to prevent any additional tunneling under the slab in the future when I have to replace the cast iron line.

They also ran a gas line for an outdoor fire pit, and again, the work was exceptional and timely.

They might not be the cheapest, but they are competitive from other quotes I received, and Kory's quality and communication was unmatched.

Very happy customer, and they are my new go-to plumber for the future.

So i had a leak in my bathroom. I booked an appt with them for a couple days later. But the day before the appt, there was another leak. Even though a plumber was not available that day, upon request, the owner was super kind enough to just come by and see if he can help control the leak just until the day of. He even lent us a fan to dry up the water that seeped through the carpet. He really went out of his way to help and give us some peace of mind. I am yet to have my actual appt with the plumber tomorrow and will update. But just felt this gesture alone deserved 5 stars.

Another great experience with this  company and the owner Jerry. We had to have both water heaters replaced. I rang around for quotes and David their master plumber gave me a highly competitive deal.  Jerry also called and added to the deal. From estimate to installation took 2 days! Scheduled them to come out to run a simple $300 test after we had some foundation work done and possibly replace an older water heater for a house we just purchased.

We were the first scheduled visit for the technician that morning. We didn't get notice he was even on his way until 8:36. He arrived sometime around 9:10AM.

He said he couldn't run the test without $3000 of work to get the drainage pipe up to code (our next door neighbor has the same pipe, so this was the first line of BS I smelled). Told him that's not happening so what other kind of test can you run with the existing sewer pipes. I already have data from the city about our water pressure so I'm not worried about that so I asked him with that in mind, what kind of other test can he perform?

He offered a water pressure test (clearly just told him that's not an issue). Then he said he could run cameras (you can't run this type of testing definitely that way).

I was irritated but trying to be nice so I brought him over to our water heater that needed to be replaced. He then started his salesman approach about how this needed to be replaced and that and that.... $2900.

I already had a quote for $250 and a second for $400 for this work (minus the new water heater).

Asked him politely to leave. He threw a fit and said You aren't going to have us do any of the work?

I said, no. He said Well you owe me a $29 trip then!

Found Augerpros through various reviews on line (all 5 star). Being new to the area I decided to give them a try. One, just to get the job done and two so my husband would not have to complete the work.  Had them come out to add a connector and on/off valve to our gas pipe in the kitchen so we could add a gas range.  It is pointless at this time to go through the detailed issues I encountered with the tech and the work.   What I want to really focus on is the response from the owner of this company, Jerry Schrader and how he handled the entire situation. Within a very short period my opinion of this company went from  horrible  (0)  to one that was handled in an efficient and timely manner with professionalism beyond what I could have ever expected (way above (10) on a scale of 1-10.  I simply cannot say enough about the level of courtesy and respect that was given me as a customer and it was not long before I realized why this company has so many 5 star reviews. A company's employees standards, performance and results are based on what the management and owners set as the standard to begin with. Jerry and his company sincerely care about their customers and the job their employees do. He did not just go the extra mile, he went the extra 100 and this is a completely honest and accurate statement.   We 'will' use Augerpros again! As a customer who appreciates a company you can trust, both my husband and I appreciated 'everything' Jerry and his team did to make it right. Thank you Jerry and team.

I called my go-to plumbing company but they told me they were booked seven days out.  So, I found Augerpros.  They answered the phone right away and had me on their schedule first thing next morning.  They were on time, polite and explained the pricing.  He fixed my shower and sink with no issues.  In and out in 40 minutes.   Due to their responsiveness, I will be using them from now on.

Chance is awesome! We had a problem with broken sewage line. The first two companies quoted us over 10k for the fix. Chance knows his trade and provides a solution that solves the problem at a much affordable price. Throughout the process , he was communicative, timely and professional. At the end he was able to root cause the problem back to an error made by Spectrum years ago and we were able to make Spectrum pay for it via the claim process and photos Chance took for us! Highly highly recommend Chance and Augers Pro plumbing. You won't regret it!

Scheduled an appointment through text on a Saturday evening. Arrived on time to check a clean out issue. After spending 15 minutes to check the issue and discovering the problem lay within the City's sanitary sewer line, they did not charge me anything. Not even a trip charge. The guys from Auger Plumbing did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal, which were both ancient and beyond repair. $751 for both (I don't known what the average prices are as this was my first time hiring a plumber). They went to the nearest Home Depot to buy the right kind of garbage disposal for me, and including that were finished in under 2 hours. They installed a faucet I had already picked out. It's a week later and everything works great! They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would call again.

Unreal level of service and clarity of what they need to do along with the potential costs and options.  Scheduling is with an actual local human who's amazing vs. a call center who has zero idea who you are and why you're calling for the 10th time.  

Augerpros overcommunicates!  Yes, you heard that right.  I had texts and emails the morning my service professional was to arrive and he arrived ready to solve the issue.  He left the place better than he found it and provided pictures of the pre and post.  These guys are pros so expect to pay for that but it's well worth the price to know it's done right!

they were nice to start... 29 dollars gas fee got it...later they showed literally 1000 dollars fir simple toilet tank caps... i denied. went to Ace, cost me 11 dollars high end flapper 3 inches. All 3 toilets were in excellent shape. kess than 50 buvks parts, and 15 minutes eorknon your own... im still sick from how much they lied...they wanted to chage everything... Dishonesty will hurt you. Just do it yourself, Ace people are  very helpful. Forget these loosers they try to steal your hard earned money.

Have you ever been in the middle of a Robot Rebellion? The mechanical uprising I'm currently trying to live through began about a month ago - when - after spending nearly $400 trying to resuscitate a vintage gas dryer - I finally came to the much needed conclusion that it might just be cheaper to simply buy a new dryer than to try and fix my now antiquated model. And, so, I went to a number of big box stores - before finally purchasing one for nearly $700 (because of the COVID Crisis - appliances and appliance salespeople seem to be in short supply - and the appliances they currently have in stock - definitely seem to be overpriced). And, now, nearly a month later - I am anxiously awaiting the fourth delivery attempt of the new dryer - after the third attempt was a failure earlier today - because of an error of the LCM type (either Larry or Curly or Moe lost the invoice).

Anyway, about two weeks into the dryer crisis, a fair number of the other machines that make my house run - began to complain about their working conditions - with the ice maker suddenly deciding I might want fluffy, slushy ice instead of the hard, cold variety - and the oven getting finicky as to whether it felt like lighting itself when certain preparations were placed within . . .

The latest skirmish occurred late last night - while I was preparing for the third non-delivery of the fabled gas dryer. Right around midnight (it always happens around midnight - have you ever noticed?) - both sinks in my kitchen suddenly began to clog up. After trying a variety of different remedies including the age-old ritual of plunging, the baking soda and vinegar trick, and finally surrendering to half a bottle of the forbidden Drano - I finally gave up when the dishwasher began to join in on the chorus and ran over with dirty Drano-laced water.

And, so, at around five in the morning, I began searching the internet for the best plumbers around - and finally found a plumbing company called Augerpros Plumbing (among a number of other companies listed on YELP in my area). The thing that initially caught my attention with Augerpros - was that it had a four-and-a-half out of a five star rating with 49 reviews - whereas - just about all of the other companies barely had two-and-a-half and three star ratings.

Because I was still eagerly awaiting my non-delivery of the legendary dryer early this morning - I called Augerpros promptly at eight when they opened and talked to a wonderful lady named Kaye (turns out - she's the owner!). To tell the truth, I actually felt relieved just talking with Kaye! She seemed to have the perfect friendly and compassionate manner to deal with a somewhat beaten down and - by this time - whiny fellow like myself. She said she'd be glad to take care of things - and offered to get someone over to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon. As it turned out - my repair guy - Richard - was able to get over to my house before 2:00 - and WAS JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! Richard was very businesslike - respectful - knew just exactly what he was doing - and what's more - did it!! Also, he gave me a quote within ten minutes - and stuck to it!! He got the job taken care of quickly and efficiently - and I now have clean dishes and a dry and clean kitchen - and one less combatant to face on the field of battle with my current Robot Rebellion.

Now, if I can just get that dryer delivered and working on Friday . . .

Seriously, you found who you are looking for, no need to look any further because you will not find anyone more reasonable than everyone else, MUCH friendlier and more professional than everyone else, they do better work than everyone else. They will do a more thorough job and charge you less than everyone else. I cannot speak highly enough about Chance and his very experienced helper. Even the younger guy had 2 years experience and came from a long line of Master Plumbers. These people do their work professionally and with a smile, and they do it very well. I have worked with so many plumbers over the years.  I cannot tell you how professional Augerpros Plumbing is.  All the way from the initial contact where Leah called me back within minutes to the fact that Kaye then handled the rest of the journey of getting my gas leak problem resolved.  It was a nerve wracking situation for me given the gas leak and a myriad of different issues. She scheduled multiple visits with her technicians Trent and Shelton.  They were so nice and cordial.  They explained everything and even told me about some stuff that came up in inspection which was not correct, so they saved me from having to spend extra money for no reason.  Their pricing is flat rate pricing.  They do charge a nominal trip charge but they will apply it to the job if you have them do the work. Overall I am extremely pleased and I will be contacting them again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with this company two weeks ago. They seemed like they were really accommodating. I was scheduled to go out of town this weekend to see my brother and I had to reschedule my plans.  On the day of my appointment, I received an email/not a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment stating that they had to reschedule.  I really wish they could have contacted me prior so that I could reschedule my plans and make the appropriate coordinations.

Update: I immediately received a phone call from Kay and that really meant a lot and showed that this company values their customers. She was very professional and ensured me that they would make the situation right. The fact that they called, definitely shows that they value customer satisfaction. I live in a house in Lakewood and had a leak in one of the pipes leading my hot water heater that I discovered on a Friday night.  I wasn't pleased with my old plumbing company, so I called various other companies on Saturday morning and settled on Auger Pros.  First of all, they didn't charge a large trip fee for a Saturday call like some of the other companies.  Also, they were very responsive and kept me up to date on when the plumber would arrive.  The plumbing team was professional and finished the job for a fair price.  I would recommend them based on their responsiveness and professionalism.

I had an extremely complicated plumbing issue in the kitchen of my new home left by previous owners  . I called this company and they came out and not only fixed the issue with brand new material, but made the new piping required for the update, on the spot (cutting and measurements without rulers) and not only provided the resolution I needed but now the piping update is simple, functional, and opened up more room under the sink drastically. I found Augerpros Plumbing through Yelp and was extremely satisfied with the service! Kaye responded quickly and was friendly when setting up the appointments I needed. Devan fixed my toilet and was very professional! He explained my options in terms I could understand and there was no pressure to make any decisions on service options. I really appreciate that Augerpros sends you a photo of your technician before they arrive so you know exactly who to expect. I will definitely use Augerpros for my future plumbing needs!

We called AugerPros because we had a blockage in a bathroom sink, gurgling sounds, and standing water in our front yard near a tree along the path of our underground sewer pipe. I assumed we had a sewer pipe blockage and break.

At my request Chance Roberson, a master plumber with 25 years experience, ran a camera through the sewer line to the street and into the house and found everything clear, and no breaks in the pipe. He then went to the sink and saw that we had a condensate line from our attic AC units tied into that sink's drain.

He quickly removed the p-trap and saw the gross organic plug that had built up in that condensate line that had flowed into the sink drain and blocked it. He then snaked out that pipe to make sure there was nothing more that could clog the drain.

Chance then offered suggestions how we can avoid future blockages from forming in all our sinks and the condensate line.

We then returned to the front yard where he assessed the situation and determined the leak was in a sprinkler line that split off the main water line in mid yard. He showed me how to shut off the water for that line without affecting waterflow to the house, and recommended a sprinkler repair company that he personally has used.

He kept me informed at each step of the process, letting me know what next steps would be and their cost to complete. He and his helper were professional, polite, and clean. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

I called, a lady answered the phone, I explained the situation to her and told her this is urgent.
I asked her how much it is going to cost to fix this issue. She told me how much.

The tech (James) showed up within an hour. He asked me several questions to understand what is going on. He started working and 15 minutes later he got us up and running.

He took the time to run his camera down inside the sewer line and asked me to view it with him to make sure everything looks as it should.
He showed me a few things need to be repaired but nothing urgent at this time.

James was very pleasant, professional and thoughtful. He said I'm gonna take care of this issue as if this is my house. And, he did exactly just that.
The lady on the phone was really nice and professional as well.

The tech explained the situation and didn't try to make things worse than what they really are in order to run up my bill.

They were fantastic, start to finish! We had an emergency plumbing situation that required extensive repair, and they responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain to us what was going on, and followed through on all the work that needed to be done. They went above and beyond with ensuring everything was squared away with the city as well, as the work that was done involved the city sewer line. Everyone was super friendly, and we appreciated them taking precautions with social distancing and wearing masks. We also appreciated their empathy for our unfortunate situation, particularly as first time home owners, who had no idea what to do. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.

I initiated a message on Yelp to inquire about an estimate about replacing a kitchen faucet, blowing out the line on a tankless water heater, and installing a spray nozzle for the master bathroom tub, which I included pictures for each project. Jerry, the owner was very responsive in contacting me, which he said that they have an opening between 3p and 5p the next day. I agreed to utilize their service, which Lois respnded to set up the appointment details. A text was received to keep me in the loop when the technician would he heading to the house, which I asked Lois to have him call my fiancee' to get a more exact time he would be arriving since she wasn't home (I was at work).

Chance Roberson, the plumber, called her and sounded as if he wasn't really interested in doing the work since there would be a lot of labor involved which he asked my fiancée if she would like to reschedule the appointment since it was going to take longer than 2 hours to do and that the manufacturer of the tankless water heater would have to be called. My fiancée told him that it was the plumbing offic who set the appointment availability, which it should have been understood to him what work was needing to be done since I had sent pictures of the projects, as well as details of what was needing to be done. Chance sounded a little abrasive while talking to my fiancée and told her that it's the appointment scheduler's fault for making the appointment for such time frame when it was going to take longer. Again, Chance sounded from the get go that he wasn't interested in coming out to do the job based on his tone of voice and demeanor. My fiancée decided that his service would not be needed and decided to go with another plumbing service, who ended up coming out and completing the job with no issues.

I will say the initial responsiveness that between me and the owner/office was great (thus the 2 stars), up until the plumber got involved, which definitely caused us to have a negative opinion about the business.

On the first estimate visit, they offered $325 to replace the bathtub faucet cartridge and $700 labor to replace the whole faucet. I was not quite sure, so just paid $29 estimation fee. Then my tenant reported that they left a big gap between the faucet knob and the bathtub surface. Attached photos.

After thinking for a while, I decided to have them come back and fix. Why? first, was tired of finding different services;  second, their review score is not bad; third, I feel like just paying $29 estimate fee is kind of taking advantage of them, so if someone got to do it, they should have the chance.

As you expected, the cartridge was broken when being replaced, and they charged me $899 to replace the whole faucet, with the faucet though. Then the technician told me that he could not access the hose under the surface, so had to cut a hole on the tub, I was unhappy but didn't have any option, per technician - my tenant couldn't use water until fix! So, paid $899 to replace the whole faucet and they cover the hole with a big panel with different color, it doesn't look good.

By that time, I was just unhappy and don't want to write a bad review, after all, they fix the problem, even if not in the way I expected, until I got credit card alert. After 3 days they charged me, my account started showing some unauthorized charges, btw, my rental is in TX but I don't live there. I tried hard not to judge people but have to say this is awful experience.

My garbage disposal went out and was leaking, I reached out to Augerpros on Yelp and was greeted pretty timely.

They sent out a technician named Austin who was very helpful. Austin put on gloves, masks, and covers for his work boots. He was very respectful and completed the job quickly.

Overall the service was great. My gripe would be over the pricing. The cost of servicing out the garbage disposal totaled to $195.

To save money I bought my own garbage disposal at Home Depot for $109 even.

So my total costs ended up being $304.00.

I feel the service cost could be priced more competitively, but at the end of the day it is Augerpros decision and not the technician.

Katelynn responded immediately to my Yelp request.  She was able to give me an estimate without charging the $50 to $80 trip/consult fee to come out that everyone else wanted.  Richard came out the next morning.  He was extremely friendly and helpful.  I had an unusual situation, and he came up with an easy and inexpensive solution, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes.  I found my new plumbing company.  Will definitely use them going forward.

Days after replacing both of our air conditioning units, our water heater began leaking and needed someone to come out quickly. Augerpros was able to schedule a plumber to come out and look at the issue the same day. Chance came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and discuss the available options and what to expect. The following morning, Chance arrived on time to install the new water heater (no more leaking water heater!).

It seems that you really learn about a company when things don't go well.  Everybody is happy and polite when things are running smoothly, but you really learn about  the company (and yourself) if  there are problems.   This was the first time that I used Augerpros.  The people who showed up where knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They immediately diagnosed and fix the problem & didn't try to upsell me to something I didn't need.  Later there was a small problem, not related to their work, but I was amazed. Jerry, the owner of the company,  was immediately  on  the issue & resolved it.  I highly recommend Augerpros.

I requested an estimate via yelp, and Jerry messaged me back almost immediately. We set up a time for the next morning, and I received text confirmations of the appt and when Mauricio was headed over.

They were early to our appt, professional, clearly knowledgeable, and fixed our toilet in under an hour. The work seemed a little pricey at first, but worth the money to know that our toilet will stay in place correctly for years vs an easy patch job done previously by another company. AugerPros also warranties the work for a year. Very satisfied with the service.

Update: The owner very promptly contacted me. We have come to an amicable solution, and I better understand the challenges facing the plumbing industry right now.
Original: One hour of work was over $800. By any objective measure, that's just too much. Two water shutoff valves were replaced (under a sink and under a toilet), and a gas dryer was installed. On a positive note, he was professional, on-time, and the repairs seem to be ok. But I cannot recommend due to the price, with so many other plumbing companies in DFW.

Reaching out to this company was a result of dealing with another smaller company that took an extremely long time to satisfy the demands of my insurance company.
Initially I was skeptical due to the nature of the issue I was facing and the amount of work it would take to complete the job below my house and dealing with foundation. However, the initial contact over the phone was nice, I was able to communicate my issue and tell them exactly where I stood and what my insurance demanded.
They sent out a tech with his assistant to come and check out the issues I was facing, they built their claim on the previous claim for the other company and also went further to look for underlying issues that may have been missed. Once we got the job situated, the insurance company took a while to finalize everything but work was underway.
The only issue I had was the contractors they sent out to do the digging and preparation for the work area. Combined with the weather it took them roughly 3-4 weeks to complete the job and put all of the dirt/soil back under the house. However during that excavation period, there was one of the guys that thought it was clever to jump on my fence to yell at his buddies on the other side and completely ripped off the top covering for my fence. Luckily I noticed it on camera and confronted them about it, because it had been left in the yard rather than immediately put back on the fence.
So overall the company is good, the contractors that do the prep and finish work are sketchy, but my problem was resolved in the end.

Having very hard water, we were starting to deal with problems with our tankless water heater. As a result,  were looking to install a water filtration system in our home. After getting several estimates, we went with Augerpros. When Dustin came out for our estimate, he was very prompt, courteous, and offered several options. The installation went smoothly,  and Dustin and his associate put forth really professional, top-notch work.

Very reliable and prompt response from Yelp.  Their workmanship was top notch.  One thing I've always questioned with other plumbers are the hidden fees if you don't buy a yearly service contract. Augerpros doesn't use that tactic and there weren't any hidden fees or charges.  I highly recommend Augerpros

Superb Company!
They came out to restore our water service due to a burst pipe after the recent cold freeze. They quickly identified and fixed the issue, and gladly tested multiple fixtures to make sure the plumbing was working throughout the house.
They did all this while working me into their schedule as I had an unplanned hospital stay in the middle of it. And, they sent me a Get Well card to boot.

Honestly idk how this place has so many positive reviews. Super shady responses when asked for estimates unclear responses and adamant about getting there and giving you a estimate. Emergency appointments (same day)  get charged $150 more when you could have really came the same day but you wanted to up charge and prey on the needy. Shame on you. After that I decided not to go with them , if I can't get clear answers right away that's a dead giveaway not to use them.

Chance came in, asked questions, assessed and accurately diagnosed the problem.   Great service and reasonable price!   Would recommend for your plumbing needs.

Augerpros was my choice when looking for a plumber, but due to the recent freeze, they couldn't make it out until a few days after initial contact.  

FYI: Contacted another plumber who was available sooner.   He came out, gave me an estimate that was in the thousands of dollars to fix a problem I didn't have in my home.

I like this plumbing Comonay ! They are really poeffsioanl.

The owner responses really quick'!  The service call is $29, which is reasonable.  many are charging $129 service call, which overcharge!

Plumbing fix is $225, which is reasonable.   The vale is the best so far in DFW.

We had just bought our home and a few months in, we noticed some weird noises from our guest bathroom. Anticipating visitors from out of town later that week, we contacted Auger using Yelp's feature for contractors and Augers were very responsive and friendly from the get go, and we had easily scheduled with them as soon as we were both available.

Our plumbing came in and did an assessment on our toilet, as well as checked on a few more items we had questions on. He gave us an estimate, and upon approval he worked on the items right away. What I really liked about his service was that he was very informative, honest, and helpful. Because this is our first home and were very clueless about how plumbing works, he was very patient with us and let us know of things to look out for. He was also very friendly too; my hubby and him were talking and laughing throughout the repair. Pricing ended up being fair as well, and so far everything is working just great.

Overall, we had a great experience with Auger Pros and we'd definitely use them again for another plumbing service. Thanks!

Quick response from owner Jerry, got an estimate in a few minutes. Set up an appointment for next day. They use live tracking, so you can see where your technician is when you get the text that they are on their way. They were quick and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again because of their excellent and friendly service.
