Drip Doctor Plumbing is the best. The owner Dj is reliable, affordable, experienced and honest. He has done multiple jobs in our home and work done is great.  I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs

We recently bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's and this
company called us next day offering to install it that afternoon!
I don't remember ever buying an appliance with that fast a turnover time.
Chris and Jake were highly professional, knew exactly what they
were doing.
Had the old dishwasher removed and all packing
materials were gone near immediately.  They had to wire the
machine into the wall, it wasn't a plug in type, but that wasn't an issue.
They answered all our questions and were very courteous. If I had to call a plumber they would be my first choice.

Great guy! Was very easy to communicate with and was available to come the next day prior to the weekend. Need a sink fixed due to a new countertop install. Will definitely use again!

I phone them for information on unclogging water line for 20 y/o refrigerator. Quoted me rate $220 HOUR ...beyond insulting. They had zero interest in helping me trying to make a simple repair doable...and make it affordable for older Refrigerator that works fine. Not every repair is a major $200-300 fix. :(

We've used Michael's Master Plumbing for several items. Seems the house is 'of a certain age' where things just need to be taken care of. He's fixed horribly clogged sinks, drain replacement, and rerouting drain pipes to fit a new disposal. Michael is a straight shooter and you'll always know where you stand so if you've got a weak mind then you may want to call one of those pretty commercial people who will do a song and dance and take the money out of your pants. You cannot beat this guy for honesty and price. He may talk fast but that's just his way. If you need him to slow down, just ask :) .
We'll continue to use him and recommend him to our friends so long as we're in the service area. Thanks Michael for all your great work and advice to keep things flowing.

I used Matthews Plumbing last week for a clogged kitchen sink and was very impressed by their services.
They were efficient, worked clean and were very upfront with pricing.  
I like that they are not your big-box  Plumbing Company and they were not  overpriced.  I have used other Plumbing companies before (but their price was always insanely high)

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the technician that came over to my house.  The guy was very respectful, used a mask and used shoe protectors. I could see that this plumber was very meticulous about his job and made sure the problem was solved.  I recommend his service and I am very happy that I found this company for any future need.

Needed a gas line for my dryer, called and Al was very kind in explaining everything to me,(I know virtually nothing about plumbing or gas lines) Came out next day, arrived on time, and did a superb job! Had to cut hole in wall to run gas line to water heater in garage, patch work was done so well you couldn't even tell where he cut! Most importantly he was very fair with his price! My landlord was so impressed with his work that he said he was only going to use Al for his plumbing work for his home and all of his rental properties! Very pleased! Will be calling back anytime I need plumbing work done! Thanks Al!!

Really honest business ran by great people. I had a plumbing issue for the first time since the purchase of a brand new home. Water wont shut off from the shower. It was at 11PM and just randomly called ENCO from yelp search after spending an hour trying to figure out myself. The issue was that I couldn't find the valve to shut off water. After spending good 20 minutes on the phone, Steve eventually came out with his dispatcher even though he was not on duty. He shut off water for us and even gave me a crowbar looking shaft to turn off water supply for free. He went on and told me to submit claim under warranty instead of trying to sell work, and left without any compensation. I can't thank him enough.

Thank you BlackTie plumbing. Michael S. arrived on time and was thorough with his inspection. He was professionally and dressed as well as polite. He was a great help and properly repaired a clocked drain and outside spicket. I would highly recommend him.

My go to plumber!  I had our water heater fail on a Friday night.  I called several other plumbing businesses who were not able to respond.  I called and left a message for Jeff, who called back within 3 minutes.  He sent Robert to our home that night to ensure that there were no safety issues with a leaking water heater.  Robert came back the next day and installed a new one.  I have subsequently used them to service my water heater at my rental property.  Robert was present, as promised.  Don't call any other plumber!

My experience with these guys was pretty terrible so far.
1. Plumber appeared to be very dirty. He was not wearing any shoe covers and left dirty steps all over the house. He never used any gloves. We recently painted our bathroom and now we may have to do that again because he touched everything with his hands and left marks on walls, counter tops etc.
2.  Plumber took around 2,5 hours to figure out which pipe is it despite me telling him it since the very start - I understand he may want to make sure but then he is charging me for every pipe he checked and he DID NOT unclog every pipe.
3. One of the pipes is under bushes at front yard. He did not ask for permission or help and simply rushed his equipment into the bushes and literally broke bushes in front yard where everyone can see it.
4. Now he was sent by a company but request check written on his name, also claimed he cleaned 3 clogs(which is a lie as I had 2 problems both related to same drain line). So he requested ridiculously overpriced payment of $840. Then he reduced it to $550 which I believe is still insanely high. I assume he was going to just tell his company that job wasn't done and he charged me with standard $75 fee and take the rest as he kept complaining that company takes too much % of the payment so next I should just call him directly.

My conclusion - avoid this company at all cost. Their plumbers will try to hassle you.

Absolutely not. So we had called this company to come out and find where a leak was in our sprinkler system.  They came out and charged a few hundred dollars.  They marked the spot. So we called our sprinkler company to come fix the leak. Come to find out, there wasn't a leak there at all.  He spent hours trying to find it and he said in 30 years it has never taken him so long.  So that being said they were FAR from
Where the leak actually was.   So then we were charged $1000s due to how long it took him to find it.  My husband on various occasions have tried to contact this company to no avail.  It is fine if you make a mistake. Everyone is human, but then to not rectify it? I'm completely disappointed and disheartened. I would love to hear from them so they can rectify the situation.

This organization is shady and their technicians don't appear to have a love or passion for what they do. I have experienced two visits to my home via the home warranty association and both visits the same type of lack of attention to the customer request and details and poor focus on quality and horrible customer service were present. Their technicians are not honorable and just seem to be there to get a fast check because they don't want to do the work required at all. Halfass do the job and lies about what they've done has been my experience. This most recent experience the technician waisted half of my day waiting on him to show up and then to just come in and lie on his report to the warranty company because he didn't want to do the work which caused the claims denial. Told the warranty company that we had HIGH water pressure in our home which is what was causing the leaks? WTH? Le leaks were actually caused by parts that needed to be replaced (worn shut off values on the water lines and faucet knobs) He never checked the pressure, didn't look at nor  correct the issues because he didn't want to do the welding necessary I reported and left my home with the same problems I reported and expected to be paid . I called and paid for, out of pocket, another plumbing company that came out corrected the issues (quickly) and tested the water pressure for real this time to validate what I already knew and disputed the lies of the this most recent Scout Plumbing technician (Sean).
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
