I have been in the plumbing industry since 1988. After 22 years i finally took the plunge and figured I could do this. Have my very own business and be my own boss. Well after almost 6 years now Im glad I did it! Have great customers and I believe my straight forward approach has brought me much success.

Al is ME. I started my business with little capital in 2011. I guess one could say, I started a business because it is the American dream, right. Far, far from a dream. It takes 100% dedication and sacrifice.
I believe our business stands out from many because we take the time to discuss our customers problem. I get a lot of customers say the last company I called didnt spend any time with them. My customers are my motivation to keep going.

Al and I communicated by text and phone. He quoted a price which was considerably less than I paid for a smaller unit 8 years ago. Jason was the installer who was very courteous and efficient. I really appreciate when businesses do what they say, show up, keep me informed and do not mess with the pricing or try to add on. Hope I don't need another water heater for many years but when I do I will call All About Water Heaters again.
Our house did not have any hot water in certain parts of the house. I had a plumber put in a recirculating pump this summer that did not help. I was out of ideas when someone recommended i call Al the owner of All About Water Heaters. Al really stuck with me trying to figure out what the problem was. Countless texts and three visits later, i have hot water in all parts of my house! Turns out i needed a new pump (old one first plumber put in was defective) and it also turned out i needed an additional circ valve and the existing circ valve moved. It took a lot of detective work on Al and Jason's behalf but the problem is finally fixed!!! Their prices are also really reasonable. I would highly recommend that if u need anything to do with a water heater that u call Al. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!!!
I highly recommended All About Water Heaters. I am thankful for Al taking time to answer my questions on the different types of water heaters & which one would best suit my needs. He suggested a system that was less expensive than I thought that I needed. I appreciate their knowledge, integrity, prompt service & fair pricing. All About Water Heaters is my go to for water heaters!
Al did a great job connecting our 2 hot water heaters so that we could get instant hot water in our master bath. It's so nice to get in the shower without having to wait 5 minutes for the water to heat.
He also checked out several other sinks in our house and offered to come back at no charge if anything wasn't working right.
I would recommend All About Water Heaters.

Needed a gas line for my dryer, called and Al was very kind in explaining everything to me,(I know virtually nothing about plumbing or gas lines) Came out next day, arrived on time, and did a superb job! Had to cut hole in wall to run gas line to water heater in garage, patch work was done so well you couldn't even tell where he cut! Most importantly he was very fair with his price! My landlord was so impressed with his work that he said he was only going to use Al for his plumbing work for his home and all of his rental properties! Very pleased! Will be calling back anytime I need plumbing work done! Thanks Al!!

Our water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. We called several plumbers and could not get through to anyone. Luckily we stumbled on Al Ohler and All About Water Heaters through a very complimentary Yelp 5-star review.
Al had several appointments scheduled for the day but made an exception and stopped by on his way to his next appointment. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and also corrected a serious ventilation problem caused by the sloppy work of the original water heater installer.
True to the Yelp 5-star review, Al was professional, efficient, courteous, honest and affordable. We recommend Al without reservation if you have water heater issues. You will be hard pressed to find a better professional and more genuine human being. Thanks Al!
VEry Impressed no nonsense pricing which is very competitive. Replaced 2 Water Heaters in the attic within 3 hrs. Were very careful of our floors and walls. Installation very professional and removed old units. Can't recommend them enough. We had total of 4 quotes they were all outrageous and lots of asks for pictures and unnecessary pics. All about Heaters was price is set and we can come tomorrow morning to make it happen. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't look at anyone else in the DFW Area.
I had a leak behind my water heater in the wall, and I had to shut off the water supply to my house. I called several plumbers to get bids and check their availability. I'm very impressed with All About Water Heaters. Excellent service, a good price, and incredible communication. I hardly ever write a review, but they deserve 10 stars if it was possible.
It's so nice to have hot water again and not feel like the plumber took advantage of my situation!

Not sure why they had 5 stars review, but All About Water Heaters is by far the worst company I dealt with. Service tech came out, did not bring a solder, and I had to provide him with my own supply, then replaced my water circulator with a wrong sized pump. Contacted the owner, promised to come out and take care of the issue, a week went by, claimed he was not able to get the replacement pump since it was discontinued, and he needed some time to find replacement. Sent him a link to Home Depot website where he could get one, and another week later, he stopped answering phone calls, or texts. I am definitely going for a lawsuit, will keep y'all updated. Do not waste your time, look somewhere else!!
When our water heater began leaking we immediately called 3 plumbers. This is the only one that responded quickly without hesitation! One of the other 3 plumbers never called back, and the third plumber made a promise to call back asap but we didn't get the call until 36 hrs later. By the time that plumber called us, these guys had already completed the job of removing the old water heater and installing a new tankless system! Very dependable, reliable and easy to work with!
