Wow! Couldn't ask for a more professional group of people. Identified the problem, fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable rate. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Enco will get my business! Money well spent.

Enco plumbing is outstanding. I had a pipe burst 2 days before Christmas, Enco was the only plumbing company to respond. Not only was the repair made it was improved. I would like to single out Jason as not only an outstanding plumber, but also as a good man. Having spent 40+ years in a service industry I have much respect. Thank you Enco, and Jason.

So, I had a water leak on the outside of the house.  I was the main cut off to the house.  Like everyone I looked at what was available near me.  Hey what do you know....ENCO's office was right at the end of my street.  I read the reviews on yelp and everything sounded in order.  I called the number and got an answer right away.  I wanted to get a ball park estimate just to see what I was in for.  The person on the phone said that she would have someone call me back.  About 4 minutes later I got a call.  I explained what was going on and got a high-low figure.  It was raining the following day and I didn't want the guys to have to slosh around in the rain.  I had the water already turned off so it was not an extreme emergency.  They called on the morning of the job to let me know they were on the way.  They (Jason and Venny) came and looked it over.  They explained the work and gave me a fair price on what they thought the job would cost.  They jumped right in began the repair.  It went exactly as planned.  They were very informative and friendly.  Actually the job came in under what they originally quoted me.  They tested everything and had me look things over.  Solid and professional work.  They even said that if anything ever came up in the future (not necessarily related to this repair) to give them a call for advice.  Sometimes they can walk you through it over the phone.  Highly recommended.  Thanks, Jason and Venny.

I am not one who normally writes reviews but here goes:  Last week, my wife raised a concern about the amount of water that was accumulating in our front yard.  After going through the routine of testing the sprinklers, thinking this was most likely the problem, I quickly found a broken sprinkler head and assumed this was the culprit that was turning our front yard into Louisiana swamplands.  I shut off the sprinkler system and assured my princess that all would be fixed the following weekend.  Well, on my way home Wednesday, my wife called me expressing her concerns again that the water seemed to still be accumulating in the yard and the front sidewalk.  Knowing I already expertly diagnosed the problem I said to go ahead and call the city to check the meter for a leak, as this issue was already handled from my side, again, due to my flawless troubleshooting skills.

Pulling into my house I could see that the city water guy was already at my house with the cover off the meter.  Me, still in my work cloths, calmly walked outside to greet the gentleman who was going to tell me I was right and all is well.

This is where I began to doubt myself.  After quick introductions, the gentleman showed me the two dials on the meter.  One dial looks like the minute hand on a clock and 1 full rotation is 10 gallons of water that has been sent to my home.  The second dial is smaller, and 1 full rotation is 1 tick for the other dial mentioned.  After seeing the second dial was working its way to 88 miles per hour I was sure this entire meter was going to quickly send itself somewhere into the future.  Doc and Marty were nowhere to be found so I knew I had to act quickly.  I went inside, changed cloths and went to work.  With my pants rolled up and flip flops on I was ready to address this issue.

I went to the main shut-off valve to the house and began to turn the valve to the right(righty-tighty, left-loosey).  The valve went snug but not tight.  My new city friend informed me that my new flux capacitor had almost completely stopped.  Oh, oh, as almost means it's not stopped.  The valve would not completely tighten and worse, as I left-loosyed it, the water would not turn back on.  Crap, time to call a plumber.
Assuring my wife that I got this under control I began thinking about all the things we take for granted with indoor plumbing.  Cooking, dish washer, washing machine, ice, and heaven forbid, BATHROOMS...gone...all gone!  I didn't hesitate and quickly jumped on the computer and began to type all kinds of search terms to find a local plumber who could help immediately.  I started off with the big guys (you know who they are) as well as with any plumbing company that advertised 24/7 in their name or description.

After calling 5-6 companies I was beginning to wonder if some of these 24/7 guys should just change their name to Next Day Plumbers as it seemed everyone was booked.  I was getting desperate so I decided to call a company that only had 15 to 16 reviews.  Being in IT, I am very skeptical of reviews as sometimes companies  will have their friends and family leave 5 stars and then you'll have trolls who leave a bad review because they didn't get their narcissistic way for some reason or another.  Anyway, I made the call.

The person on the other end sounded like a good ol' boy that was relaxing at home.  Oh, oh, red flag, or so I thought.  We discussed the situation, went over some basic pricing and I swallowed hard as he told me the trip charge.  Trip charge, ug, you mean I am probably going to pay one hundred plus dollars for someone to come out and say Yep, you're screwed buddy, we'll have to come out tomorrow to fix this for sure.   Again, I was desperate and had to show some sort of progress to the wife before she began calling pricy hotels for us to shack up in for the night.

About 30 minutes later, Chris with ENCO Plumbing showed up at our door.  After looking around my new swampland, Chris began to give me some news that sounded like a financial minigun was about to attack my bank account.  Here it comes I thought.  Trip charge AND some sort of plumbing lingo that sounded like an introduction to a plumbing novel written by Steven King.  See, with my awesome troubleshooting skills (as mentioned earlier), I came to another conclusion that since the sprinklers were not the root of all the newly found evil in my world, it must be this valve thing as it's broke and water is coming from this area so anything else is just a sales pitch right?  Wrong, keep reading
Chris is a straight to the point kind of guy and so am I, so we quickly agreed that since the main valve is broke, it definitely needs to be fixed before we continue additional chapters in the plumbing novel I am now living.  After agreeing to a price, Chris went to work.

Enco Plumbing saved us in an emergency last night.  Chris was fast, friendly and informative.  He even left us his direct contact cell number in case we had questions/trouble with a renovation we were doing.  We ended up having to call Chris the next day.  He was able to walk my husband through what to do for the problem that we were having.  Enco Plumbing has new customers for life.  They certainly go above and beyond.

Although it was an expensive Sunday call, they were the only plumber that answered the phone and showed up at my house when they said they would.  Highly recommend them for any job, professional, thorough, and just all around nice guys.

Have called ENCO many times and they are always professional and efficient.  This time Luke came out to fix a leak under my kitchen sink.  He looked really young but knew what he was doing and went above and beyond my expectations.  I highly recommend ENCO.

Had ENCO out today to look at a water heater that wasn't doing its job.  I am very thankful that they are open on weekends. They are on 'overtime rates' but honestly, they weren't that bad.  Chris and Daniel arrived within an hour or so of my call and were great to deal with.  Chris was very upfront about the ins and outs of doing the repair he believed it needed and that allowed me to make an informed decision to move forward.  I was very happy with the work of a competitor previously, but they are closed on the weekend so I had to look elsewhere today.  Now I will have to decide who to go with next time I need plumbing work done, but what a great problem to have!

Shower cartridge (located behind the shower handle) was bad so I called them to come out and they said there was a service call charge of $67.50 which would not be charged if they did any work.  So they sent a guy out and they charged a whopping $272 plus tax just to replace a simple plastic shower cartridge that probably took about 15 minutes to replace. They also replaced a cheap small plastic handle that I did not ask them to replace.

Charges breakdown:
$125.00 - Labor
$80.00 - Parts (for a plastic cartridge that cost $31 at Home Depot)
$67.50  - Other charges (added in the service call charge).

So I was not supposed to be charged the service call charge; however they added it in & when paid them by credit card I had not seen the breakdown yet.   Made numerous phone calls and kept getting promises that they would reimburse me for the service call charge but they kept stringing me along and wouldn't send it.  Guess they got tired of me calling and did eventually send it but it cost me a lot of time and frustration.

To top it off, about six months later the cartridge they installed went bad and had to hire another plumber to come out and replace the one Enco had installed. Would certainly not recommend this company! (See attached invoice from them)

Really honest business ran by great people. I had a plumbing issue for the first time since the purchase of a brand new home. Water wont shut off from the shower. It was at 11PM and just randomly called ENCO from yelp search after spending an hour trying to figure out myself. The issue was that I couldn't find the valve to shut off water. After spending good 20 minutes on the phone, Steve eventually came out with his dispatcher even though he was not on duty. He shut off water for us and even gave me a crowbar looking shaft to turn off water supply for free. He went on and told me to submit claim under warranty instead of trying to sell work, and left without any compensation. I can't thank him enough.

I had an energy call out for a plumber last night and Enco sent out Chris Corbett and he arrived at the time I was told he would.
He was fast , efficient and very polite and explained to me what he was doing. Repairing the shut off valve from my fridge that had been damaged. I highly recommend Chris and will use this company again as their after hours fee was just over $100.00 plus the work of course . Other plumbers I called were double that amount . $250.00 to start with !
Well done and thank you Chris.

So this is an update;
My husband had called back the company same day to try their number. Found out it was working but hung up since we were going to find a new plumber. Well five minutes later he gets a call back from the same number. It was Paige and she was just calling back to see who had called. My husband explained what happened that morning with scheduling and how rude the gentleman was on the phone with me. She asked if she could call back in a few after talking with supervisor.
We got a call back from him. The gentleman was very apologetic and asked if there was anything he could do to make it better. We have a lot of moving pieces so basically when it was all said and done, we scheduled another appointment for the following Tuesday at the same time.
Tuesday rolls by and they showed up, closer to 10 but whatever. They helped us find our leak, took an hour and a half but we found out that our hot water is leaking in the slab of course.
The guys were very helpful in diagnosis and then finding a game plan to fix the problem, which was rerouting hot water up through the attic. We're keeping our options open with a fix but if we cannot fix it we will be coming back for ENCO to do it.

Very fast response time. Even though Ultimately I decided not to move forward with the work. They were still extremely helpful in helping me make my decision. Most companies will try everything they can to talk you out of making a decision that will cause them to lose the work but they were upfront and honest with me and in my particular case it was more cost-effective to buy new appliances. So for me if I ever need any plumbing work in the future I now have a company that I can rely on their honest opinion.

Used ENCO Plumbing during Winter Storm Uri and even in the midst of the insanity, ENCO was able to get out to my house within a very reasonable timeframe and fix the problem. While other companies' phones didn't even answer their phones, ENCO reached out as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Our tech, Cody, was incredibly pleasant to work with and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Transparent, timely, professional. I hope I won't have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I'm going directly to ENCO.

Bravo to you and your team, ENCO. Can't recommend these guys enough.

They answered the phone at 6:30 pm on a Monday and connected me with a technician who was finishing up the last job for the day. I believe his name was Chris. Chris was pretty far from my location. He answered the call and showed up to my house at 9:45 pm. I was impressed. My tankless water heater was not working. Earlier that day, I had painters outside who replaced the vent that was chipped from a hail storm. Chris identified the problem immediately and corrected it. The wrong vent was installed. He reinstalled the old vent and recommended I look online for replacement (which I found on Amazon for $45). Chris never charged me. He said it was a simple fix. The guy took the time to drive over and correct an issue that I wouldn't have been able to do. This kind of service would definitely make me want to use them for future needs and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you to ENCO and to Chris. You earned yourself a loyal customer.

Their prices are competitive, they are very thorough with their estimates and don't try to nickel and dime you, and overall they are very professional and wonderful to work with. Josh did a great job installing our new tankless water heater, and helped coordinate both the city inspection and getting the gas company to come out and install a larger gas meter. Enco will definitely be the first company that I call for any plumbing job from now on.

No offense, but after dealing with four plumbers in the ten months we've owned our home (Pro Tip: Don't buy a house that's over fifty years old), I pretty much hate plumbers. I can not be more thankful a friend recommended Enco because I feel like we've finally found a plumber we can trust.

Late last night we discovered a leak in the wall behind our shower. We called Some Other Plumber who was able to offer immediate help but didn't seem like the type of guy you'd want to do the main job (I feel like if you have to ask the homeowner for basic tools, you should find another line of work). Today, my husband called Enco. Jason came out within a few hours and basically saved our lives (and by saved our lives I mean stopped me from having to give myself sponge baths from bottled water for the rest of the week). Jason and his helper were fast, courteous, and best of all the price was waaaaaaaaay less than I anticipated. My husband can't stop raving about Enco and I do believe we are now customers for life (whether they like it or not!).

Minor detail, but I was very impressed by Jason's handwriting on the very detailed invoice he left us.

I never thought I'd be this excited about a plumber, but here we are. I guess this is a sign I'm officially old.

We are so pleased to discover this great company!  They came out on a Sunday to repair our water heater and have also cleaned a drain for us.  The prices were very fair, they were prompt, and I have been extremely pleased with their services.  Their plumbers have also given us good explanations and advice, which I appreciate.    I highly recommend them and I will certainly continue to use their services.
