I had an emergency situation at my home, Michael of Michaels plumbing HIMSELF came out the NEXT DAY!!!! assessed the problem showed me where the damage was and repaired everything more than likely doing a bit extra. I have been having a problem for about 4 years and 5 other plumbers could not help I am lucky that there was not a lot of damage and even more lucky for Michael's Plumbing, he is in my phone as the only person I will use for all of my plumbing needs!!! I trust him and that's hard to find!!!

Michael is my go to plumber.  So far I have luckily only needed to call on him for routine maintenance like flushing hot water heaters and using an auger on a severely backed up toilet.  He is friendly and professional.  I love that I can text him directly instead of calling into a call center.  Most honest and dependable plumber in Allen Texas!

Once again, Michael's Master Plumbing came through with efficiency and HONESTY.  This time it was Matt and his helper who came out and did a fantastic job replacing a previously very poorly installed commode as well as fixing a fill problem on another.  They were on time, got the job done for a reasonable price, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves when they were through.  I've used Michael's Master Plumbing for a variety of plumbing jobs, inside and out, for the last 5 years and am so happy with their service and integrity.

We were in the process of selling our home and the inspector said he thought he could smell gas.  We found out at 7 PM and I quickly called Michael's Master Plumbing at 8:00 PM.  Within 30 minutes, Michael had responded letting us know they would be there the next day at lunch time.

Michael's guys showed up on time and were quickly able to identify that there was no gas leak.  I was incredibly grateful and impressed by the quick service and professionalism they all exhibited.  Not only that, but they would not accept any payment for their time, no matter how much I tried.  

Any time we ever have any sort of plumbing issues (we will be staying in the Allen/McKinney area), I will always call Michael and his team from here on out.  What a great company and true professionals!

I recommend Michael's Master Plumbing! We just moved into our new home and found a leak under a sink. He quickly replaced an old washer without charging me! He informed me about that particular sink having a run off line from the a/c and to keep an eye on it in the future...which I wouldn't have known otherwise.

Michael answers the phone himself right away, and helps us as soon as he can.  They do all work, both emergency and planned, efficiently and reasonably. We've used Michael's Master Plumbing for several items. Seems the house is 'of a certain age' where things just need to be taken care of. He's fixed horribly clogged sinks, drain replacement, and rerouting drain pipes to fit a new disposal. Michael is a straight shooter and you'll always know where you stand so if you've got a weak mind then you may want to call one of those pretty commercial people who will do a song and dance and take the money out of your pants. You cannot beat this guy for honesty and price. He may talk fast but that's just his way. If you need him to slow down, just ask :) .
We'll continue to use him and recommend him to our friends so long as we're in the service area. Thanks Michael for all your great work and advice to keep things flowing.

I called Michael at 8:30 am and he was here by 9:30. This guy is the epitome of customer service. Fixed my hot water heaters (temporarily) until I can get new ones.

I spoke to Michael last Thursday 5/27before Memorial Day weekend. He showed up promptly Tuesday morning and fixed our drainage issue within MINUTES! We had already had Bacon Plumbing out who couldn't fix our issue and said we needed a jet washout that would cost $700 (this didn't include their first visit which they charged $138 to look at the clog with a camera)... Michael is extremely knowledgeable and I plan to give him all business related to plumbing in the future! Payment was extremely reasonable and WELL worth the service we received! He truly is a master plumber! Thank you again!!

Called him this (Monday) morning and they were here and gone by noon! Very affordable with no hidden charges. Didn't try to talk me into anything we didn't need. Highly recommend!

We live in Allen and out of nowhere my gas company called me while i was at work to inform me that they were checking meters and doing routine inspections upon which they discovered the gas line coming up from the ground to my house has rusting pipe and they can smell gas and as result they are going to shut off our gas. The only way to turn on our gas was to have the pipe replaced and city inspection. I was caught off guard and didn't know what to do. I Google searched local plumbers and Michael's Master plumbing came up on my search. I called the phone number and the OWNER himself answered my call. He explained the entire process so I know what to expect. HE asked me to text him a few pictures of the pipe and I did. Moments later he sent me an estimate. But he promised that I would have gas the next day by 10am. I have two small children and they are both disabled with one income. I had no choice but to have gas restored, so I okay Michael to repair the line the next day. I asked Michael if he would help me a bit with the estimate because of our situation and he said say no more. He hung up and an hour later he was at my house same day, repaired my line, pressure tested our lines and restored our gas. I am teary eyed right now typing this. Michael Called me to inform me that the gas is restored and my bill is ZERO. I had goose bumps, I informed Michael that ZERO is not fair to him as he has bills too but he wouldn't hear any of it. He said he understands my situation and just lets leave it at that. I hung up and began to cry, I could not believe these types of angels still exist in the world, and they do.

Michael is the best plumber I've ever used. He arrived when he said he would. He's polite, yet funny. Very knowledgeable. He was able to rectify the very creative plumbing the previous home owner used, and answer all my questions. His prices are very reasonable and his service is great! I'm so grateful my friend recommended him to me.

We will only use Michael's Master Plumbing!!!  Reasonable prices, on time, goes above and beyond to get the job done! Plus, Michael is a great guy who you can trust!!

Michael is great!!  Extremely knowledgeable, honest, thorough and very reasonably priced!! We couldn't be happier with the work he did for us and we have found the person for all of our future plumbing needs.

My main water pipe broke and I had an initial estimate of over 5k to fix it.  Not only that, but I had to pay $65 for the plumber (not Michael) to come out to even give me that estimate.  Thank goodness, I found Michael and he said he would come out and give me an estimate for free.  He ended up charging me less than half of the initial estimate.  He did a good job and had it all done within a couple days.  I liked how he let me see the copper piping and got my approval before covering it up with all the dirt in my yard.  I regret wasting my time and money with that other company, but live and learn.

Prayers were answered. What an archangel Michael is! We had an emergency and Michael answered his phone at 7:46am in the morning. He sent Matt and Justin who were so pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. They unclogged the sewer line post haste and answered all our questions. Their price was also quite fair. There are no words to explain our appreciation for these Earth Angels. Highly recommend!

I've actually called Michael's Master Plumbing twice, and both experiences were great. We've gone through other plumbers before but Michael's is the best. Honest, friendly, and on time. Pricing is also very fair.

The first time we worked with the company was when we had a backed up water line, which came at the worst time as we were expecting visitors that day. We called early in the morning and they came within an hour. The job took the entire day as digging and replacing were involved, on top of it being in the middle of August. They did the job well and we've haven't had problems since. The most recent service we've had was an issue with our kitchen sink. Again, they visited on the same day we called and fixed the issue in less than an hour.

Overall, we were very pleased with their work. On top of that, these guys were super friendly and nice to talk to, honest and clear about the job being done, and pricing was fair. I will only go to these guys for plumbing jobs for my house. Thanks!

I called Michael's to see if he could fix my kitchen faucet.  We talked and he told me to pick out a new faucet and he would be able to install.  I realized I did not need a new faucet but could order the parts needed for the repair.  He told me to take a picture of my faucet and the parts and text him once they arrived.  I sent the text and received no response.  I called him the next day and he said he would go back to the office and check out my pictures and call me back within the hour.  This was odd because I sent the pics to the number I was talking to him.  Regardless, he never called me back.

Again and again the quality and honesty of the owners and employees have shown that this company deserves 5 stars

Michael has helped me out a few times in the past few years with home plumbing issues, installed toilet, faucets, fixed drips, etc. He came through once again today. He has a wide range of plumbing knowledge from small to very large jobs. Appreciate his availability, ability, and attitude. If you are in the Allen area and in need of a good honest plumber, call Michael!

We saw a recommendation on this plumber and emailed him after 5:00 with what work we needed completed.  I not only received an immediate response but a price for the work (kitchen faucet) as well as the time and date he would be available.  He showed up early and upon review of the job indicted I needed to change the connectors and the additional charge would be parts only.  He completed the work timely, was professional and honest.  After have several other plumbers do work, I am happy to say we have now found our go to plumber for any future work!

We had a gas leak and Michael's crew was at our house shortly after we called. They fixed the leak and were able to get the city to come for an inspection the same day. We have hot water night because of them. Very trustworthy company with great customer service.

Local business that jumps on the task, charges a fair price for the knowledge they have obtained through years of work! I will use them again

I had a leak in the main waterline going to my house. I followed the recommendations on this page and called Michael's. Well it's several months later and the concrete patch across my driveway they filled after the repair was completed, is now sinking. I contacted Michael's and he informed me that he came out to look at it, talked to his concrete contractor and concluded it was my driveway causing the problem and not the repair. While he said there is rebar in it and I'm sure there is, the repair wasn't tied into the existing driveway. Now the patch is sinking and cracking. I reached out to Michael's to get the permit number and inspectors name and he won't answer me. He won't meet with me. He won't respond to me at all. He said it was inspected by the city, so what's the problem? Needless to say I will be having to get this replaced soon before I have more issues with the driveway. It's probably not worth it to go after him in court, so I'm writing this on this page so others might be aware and cautious of using this vendor. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Michael's Master Plumbing never fixed this problem nor did they ever stand up for their contractors work. I had a friend in highway construction help me fix it at my own cost, and it turns out that the contractor Michael's Master Plumbing used did not set the cross pieces of rebar connected to the rest of the driveway in far enough. They set them in less than 3/4 inch on each side. My friend told me that it was just enough to fool an inspector, but not enough to support the concrete in the driveway. It was a crap job that Michael's Master Plumbing subcontracted and when there was an issue, they were not ready to accept responsibility and ran away. I don't know about you but standing behind your work and being responsible is what should be expected. Again don't use this company or you may be sorry like I was.

We used Michael on two different occasions and both times we were very pleased with his works;  He is highly experienced, on time, and very reasonable;  I highly recommend Michael for all your plumbing needs; you will not be disappointed with his work;  He will do an awesome job for you as he did for us.  We even recommended him to all our friends and neighbors!!!

Great Plumber! Just finished a rather lengthy plumbing job with Michael's Master Plumbing. Worked with the owner, Michael, and was very impressed from start to finish. We did have another big name plumbing business out last year and we didn't get a good vibe that our problem could be fixed in a timely, cost effective manner.  
Michael was here twice for about 3 hours each time and our problem is resolved. And it didn't break the bank either! We now have confidence in our new go-to plumber!

Called on Friday morning, they were able to come out and fix the toilet. Competitors wanted to wait until Saturday and Sunday and charge extra as an emergency fee. Super helpful, honest great company.  Said what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do. They will be my plumber for all future needs.

I had a minor plumbing emergency that forced me to switch off my water main. Keeping a family of four trapped inside with no water is a pretty good definition of untenable, and my 'usual' plumber couldn't get out until late the next day.

Michael arrived within two hours of my calling. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and really went above with his service. The other guy just lost my business forever. I have a new go-to for any plumbing needs.

Michael Wallace and his team are the BEST around. He and his team are top notch, seriously, don't bother calling anyone else. Our search for an HONEST, reasonable, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and personable plumbing company has come to an end.

Long story short, my husband and I reached out to Michael earlier this year for what we thought was a plumbing issue (turned out that it wasn't but Michael was kind enough to tell us what type of company to contact for our issue). During that conversation we mentioned that we needed foundation work done and he told us to be wary of the plumbers that foundation companies work with. He said that they will likely fail us for one of the plumbing tests and if they do, to reach out to him for a second opinion.

Fast forward, we had the foundation work done and sure enough, just as Michael had predicted, we failed one of the plumbing tests. The plumbing company associated with the foundation company quoted us $450 for a plumber to come out just to locate the leak. WTF? I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called another plumbing company just to see what their price was for someone to come out to locate a leak and they gave us an estimate of only $200. Now we were fully aware that we were being taken advantage of by the associated plumbing company. Screw that and screw them, too.

We called Michael and let him know we failed a plumbing test. He said Of course you did. What's your address?  Gave him our address and I'm not even kidding when I say he got here super fast. It went something like here's our address... and then 30 minutes later our doorbell rings and there was Michael and Phillip, our new favorite people! I'd like to mention that Phillip was already busy at work testing our water pressure (this is what we failed).

Both gentlemen were very professional and they really know their stuff. I gave them a copy of the failed plumbing test and they checked it out. Told us what the other company did wrong during the test and even took time to explain everything they did. Very thorough, very reliable, very knowledgeable, I can just go on and on about Michael and Phillip. My husband and I are both very appreciative of their time and coming out to do a water pressure test so quickly.

We cannot recommend them enough. Give Michael and his team a call, you will not regret it.

I had multiple issues going on at my home.   A leaking water heater costing me a high water bill and a couple of leaking pipes.  

Price was very fair and service was good.     I particularly liked working with Philip as he provided advice and guidance.

Micheal was so incredibly nice and knew exactly what he was doing! My shower handle broke and would not shut off the water and he was able to immediately identify the issue and gave me a quote over the phone with all my options. I barely had to wait for him to arrive and he replaced the broken part and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and charged an extremely fair amount! He was a very kind, genuine person and his many years of experience were apparent. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Returned home from vacation to a leaking water heater. Michael showed up fast, was knowledgeable, very pleasant and had a new one installed and ready to go in 2 hours. He does it all. We will be using him going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

Excellent service from the initial phone call to the PRV replacement in the front flowerbed. They showed up on time, had the replacement parts ready, and made the repairs correctly at the quoted price. This is how businesses are supposed to operate.  Great job!

We have been continuously impressed with Michael's Master Plumbing. They are always prompt, courteous, fair and very honest. We have used them at our home and at my mother's home. They will never charge for something that you do not need. Today I had them out for an outdoor spigot that was not working. Turned out it was something we could fix ourselves. He told us where we could get the part and did not charge for the stop. This is why we will never use another plumber, regardless of whether the job is big or small. They are truly an anomaly in the plumbing world.

My toilet was cracked in the back and leaking all over the bathroom. Called Michaels and they provided same day service. My toilet was replaced fast and they showed up on time. The tech was super friendly and left no mess. Couldn't be happier with them 10/10 will use again.

We realized we had a gas leak outside and called our gas company to check things out. They shut off our gas and explained what needed done to get it turned back on. Michael was WONDERFUL! He was prompt, professional, honest and upfront about all costs and services. He had the job done that day. I highly recommend him and will look no further for our plumbing needs.

These guys are the best plumbers around.  When you call and talk to Michael he will always take the time to listen to your issue and explain over the phone what the problem probably is.  Then, he'll tell you how you could do it yourself and tell you everything you'd need.  Basically giving you the choice and the knowledge of how you could do it yourself or letting you know how much it would cost for them to do it.  Their prices are fair, and the quality of their work is great.  I had a water pipe burst between the house and the street, got my toilets replaced with them, and some other minor work done with them.  

I really can't recommend them enough.  Fantastic people, high quality work, really fair pricing.

With a toilet that clogged to hell and refused to unclog forever even with a plunger and a snake and 2 full bottles of so-called drain unclogging solutions, Michael came to our rescue and was able to finish the job in under 5 minutes! I emailed him at 8 am; he was at our home by 10, fixed the problem and was out by 1015 :D it was 59$ well spent for sure! Will surely recommend and use his services in future.

Our kitchen sink went crazy the night of Thanksgiving. First thing Friday morning I searched for plumbing help. There is a reason why Michaels Master Plumbing has a 5 STAR rating. We talked over the phone, exchanged a couple of texts and photos, and the problem was expertly diagnosed. This is by far, the best plumbing team in Texas. Lucky me, Michael came out to our house and in a flash, the problem was fixed. I learned more about kitchen sink plumbing in 15 minutes than I'll ever learn. This man, company, complete the gamut of praise: HONEST, smart, quick to know what to do, thorough. Are you sure I can't provide more than 5 stars? This is AAA service, quality workmanship, and most of all an answer to a prayer.

Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience. Spoke with Michael over the phone a week ago and explained i wanted to get two leaky faucets fixed, install a new water filter under kitchen sink, and install a new water heater. He asked me to txt him some faucet pictures and he would txt me an estimate. I received the txt with the estimate but when I tried to call him back to book a date, my calls mysteriously/suddenly went to his voicemail. I sent him a couple of txt messages but no reply. I tried calling the following day at different times but same problem - my call goes straight to voicemail. I called from a different phone number and he picked up instantly. I brushed off the initial red flag and booked an appointment. Txted him my address and asked for a confirmation.  He Ignored subsequent txt messages and voicemails for things as simple as scheduling and confirming the appointment is still on schedule. The day of the appointment he was a no-show and company wasted my entire day. When I called to find out what was going on, my call continued to mysteriously/suddenly go to voicemail. When he finally responded (apparently I had to call from yet a different phone number that he didn't recognize), he responded instantly and said he would call me back in 10min to confirm the new scheduling. Never called back. If you don't want someone's business or discriminate against people because of their perceived ethnicity from their voice over the phone or any other irrational dimension that you can glean from talking 5 minutes to someone over the phone (really sad mindset for this day and age), at least just say you're not interested in their business or say you're too busy or whatever - no need to waste people's time. Their unprofessionalism has now delayed my plumbing repairs by at least one week.

Philip @ Michael's Master Plumbing is the best!  We had two brand new water heaters installed right before Christmas. We chose Michael's as we felt like they walked us through our options and guaranteed that they would be a phone call away if we ever needed anything. We loved the professionalism when we had them put in and could have given them 5 stars just for that but as many now the recent weather tested us all and we had an issue with one of the water heaters. They came right out and although a part had to be ordered Philip made sure we had a set up for the time being. The customer service is the best and we will use Michael's plumbing for all of our future needs!

Michael was awesome. He react quick at my service and was able to fix my problem within 2 hrs si ce I called him. He was very nice to work with and even give me many advises. At the end the cost was less of what he originally estimates. Very honest person

We found this business via recommendations posted on NextDoor. Due to the massive winter storm of Feb 2021 here in North Texas, like many others, we were affected with burst pipe. The next morning my hubby started calling around to plumbers, and as expected all hard to get lined up. Most he called either had full voicemail boxes, didn't answer or respond. Michael's was the exception--they responded right away and we were added to their appointment roster and waited our turn in the que for about a week. We were unsure the extent or exact location of our burst. Philip & Matt were the team that showed up today to address our damages. We were lucky that our damage was not in the wall behind our washer where we thought it was, and they were able to quickly identify the leak from an adjacent exterior pipe that in living in our home 25+ years we didn't even know existed! They were able to replace and bury that and add a shut-off valve. They ran a check with our meter to ensure no movement to indicate other possible leaks and made sure toilets flushed and hot water coming freely after turning water back on for the house. The team of Phillip & Matt were very professional, friendly and efficient and they explained everything that they did clearly. They arrived promptly (actually a little earlier than expected) and were here just under 2 hours--and the final cost was minimal compared to our insurance deductible and what a competitor might have charged.

This company is BEYOND THE BEST EVER!!!  Freely share info and always always responsive - always fix the problem and do new installs too. They always call back-always show up when they say they will and can handle anything you throw at them. Fair pricing as well. They don't advertise and work by word of mouth. I won't let anyone else touch my place.
