I needed a water heater and Johnnie worked with my schedule. He was great, explaining the differences in sizes for my usage, energy efficiency, brass parts, etc.. I upgraded so that I know that I have the best heater for my situation. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself, even going above and beyond to clean out the back area of the heater enclosure. I would hire him again.  I am actually kind of surprised he does not have more reviews. Good guy.

I have used them several times to work on both my house and rental property.  The last time at my rental property I was charged for multiple trips to get supplies.  They charged 3 hours labor to fix an outside hose bib.  In addition, the tenants pointed out a problem with a shower leaking and how they tried to fix it and were told by the plumber that's what I would have done.  He didn't attempt to fix the dripping shower.  When I called to dispute the bill, the owner, Mary, didn't return my message for a week until I called her back.  She also raised her voice at me and was very argumentative when I mentioned feeling taken advantage of as a landlord.  I was asking for some of the hourly charge to be taken off (so I can pay the new service call for the shower) or someone to go back and fix the problem with the shower. The owner admitted to multiple mistakes by the young plumber that came out.  I got a call back from them a few days later where they told me to forget the bill but then told me to find another plumber.   Extremely unprofessional.

My job was hard.  I had a hard-to-detect leak in front of the house.  

Plumbers are in high demand, and I'm sure this company is no exception.  Most won't call you back promptly, but Rodger's did.  And they also ball-parked a range of what it would take to fix my problem - which is RARE, and makes it SO much easier to commit.  So before they even arrived I was impressed.

The crew was early, knew exactly what they were doing, and spent almost all day prosecuting my leak (which required them to excavate two completely separate areas of muddy garden).  Man it looked tough!

The final price was high end of stated range, and I was happy to pay it.  These guys are my plumbers now, and honestly...they should be yours too.

Lifesaver! Family owned business that came and fixed my clogged kitchen sink the night before Thanksgiving when no other plumbing service was available. I am so thankful to have found  a business that truly cares about their customers. He was professional, thorough, trustworthy and well priced. Not to mention his work is guaranteed for 30 days! I will continue to use Hickman plumbing for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend!

Not a 24 hour service as advertised. If you have an emergency issue there aren't the people to call.

I called Jay in the morning and he was able to get out to do my repair the same day. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed my hot water heater problem and had it repaired promptly. Jay had to replace a thermostat and both elements and gave me a very good price on the work. I would definitely use his company again and I highly recommend Plumbing by Jay to others.

Our garbage disposal was not working. Cuellar came and got it working quickly and even tightened the faucet as a bonus!  They do not charge a service fee and their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

I had called my Home Warranty company and they sent a plumber who diagnosed a leak in my sheet rock to a leaking shower pan. I called C&W change the shower pan. They did a thorough test and determined the problem was not a bad shower pan liner but because of cracks in my shower enclosure and grout issues in my tile that was causing water to seep through. They spent 2 hours patiently diagnosing the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. A job well done by Sam, the plumber.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Claudy, Brent and Brett at Starnes Plumbing! They repaired my mom's water heater quickly and did a great job. Their price was the best price of the three quotes that I received. Plus they are very nice! We will definitely use them again!

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

Matthew came out awhile ago and I forget to leave a review! Anyway, noticed water leaking out from the bricks on the outside of the house when using the faucet. Not good. Matthew came out, looked at it, it needed a new pressure regulator thingy. So the hole my husband cut in the wall on the interior was not necessary. Mentioned that I've been unable to use the bathtub in the master bath for FIVE YEARS because no hot water comes out. He replaced the cartridge doohickey & explained why they stop working and cleaned the entire area. He's officially the tallest ginger hero in my life! (From a tiny ginger who loves her tub time and does not know the actual names of repair items!) Now to get the hole in the wall repaired.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

I found 308 on Yelp and have used them twice.  Very reliable, knowledgeable and they have fair pricing.  I'll definitely will be using them for future projects.

I had a worst experience that the person who wrote the review above .  I was talked down to totally .   When I asked a question to Mr. Murley about the job . He became very angry . That was my tip  off . He gave me a huge estimate bill in writing.after talking down to me in front of my wife . Became ever more hostile  Then  pointed out where it states in his estimate. Is not an estimate could cost even more .Mr. Murley  then asked how I planned on paying and whether I had the money. .  His estimate was 7,500.00 I politely said thank you .  He left mad .. .  Had Allred plumbing complete the same job for 975.00 .

.Greedy company, greedy company ,greedy company. After i wrote on YELP the  review ,manager called me to justify what they charged me and  told me excuses about the charges .As i understood, the company policy is :the money first ,the clients :milch cows.
