Mike came, fixed, left with professionalism and is on my short list for electricians to call, either for projects or for urgent needs.  Someone who knows their business (and is COVID-Careful).

It's hard to find a contractor that will give you an honest estimate and a fair price with out compromising quality of work. Chris prides himself on his honesty and quality. Fix Rite has completed multiple projects for me in a timely manner at a great price. I love supporting local family businesses and I hope you do too!

They also found a issue with a old electrical box and made sure it was fixed and up to code while they were there.
I would defiantly recommend them for any electro work you may need.

I needed emergency service and was fortunate to find Stephane. He is extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly to repair my issue - helped me coordinate with utility company as well. Fair prices - Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Tony, with ABC Home & Commercial Svc's, for his help and great customer service. Tony was originally called out to give an estimate for compost. While he was here, he educated me on a lawn issue my husband and I have been combating for years! I will be scheduling to have the needed treatments performed. All of my neighbors complemented the professionalism of the gentleman that performed our compost service. They were very pleased with the equipment ABC uses to spread compost. They also complemented the gentleman for cleaning the side walk and leaving everything in a better condition than it was when he started. My neighbors all had their compost done at the same time by another company, and there was a lot of compost left all over the road and sidewalks. This company does 7 homes at once. They come out with a trailer and shovels and dump compost everywhere! It gets all over the car tires and it makes the drive ways and rode took and smell descussting. My neighbors have all promised to contact ABC next year! The ladies in the office are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I love that you can call them and you don't have to explain much to them. They are up beat and seem to already know what you need! Our yard looks great, my husband can't stop looking at it! Thanks to everyone over at ABC!

This is a great group to work with. After dealing with another plumbing company who charged sky high prices and didn't resolve issues, we called Kerrville Plumbing and had the pleasure of having Ben, Steve, Daniel and Brian help us out. We've had several things repaired and the prices have always been fair, the work has always been high quality, and the customer service is excellent. They're intelligent, friendly guys that you can feel comfortable having in your home. I have no complaints whatsoever- grateful to have found such a trustworthy and hardworking group of guys!

Unlike the previous reviews, I received good professional service from both the Itz Electricians and Itz HVAC team.  Itz reworked numerous switches for me, installed LED wafer lights, upgraded kitchen exhaust line, installed a behemoth kitchen hood and a mini-split.  They were friendly and fair priced.  The hubby and I were both happy with the work.  We did have to wait for them to fit us into their schedule as they have lots of commercial business but this was explained up front and we were not in a hurry and there were also delays on my end.  The ladies who run the business office are super too.  We will definitely call them back when we renovate our bathrooms next year.

I needed two lighting fixtures installed, a smoke detector on a high ceiling replaced, a GFCI outlet replaced, and hard-to-reach light bulbs replaced. Brett and OJ at SALT did a great and efficient job with the requested items. Additionally, they conducted a thorough inspection and pointed out some future projects that need our attention to bring the house up to code.

The pricing is fair and Brett provided several options for me to select that would work within my budget.

Highly recommend this service and will definitely be reaching out to the team again for future needs.

I have had 2 Miller welding machines repaired by VA Electric and I couldn't be happier with their work. These guys are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won't go anywhere else again. Highly highly recommend using them!

These people installed panels on my neighbor's roof, about 25 feet from my windows. Now, at the hottest time of the day, at the hottest time of the year, I get glare from the panels directly into my windows. It makes my room unusable for 2.5 hours in the summer, and then I have to let it cool out afterwards. The owner of the company insisted we use a window tint to solve the problem. Not only did it not stop the glare, it just made the room darker. I now have to use the overhead lamps to light the room (making the room hotter, and wasting more energy). I contacted the owner about relocating the panels and removing the tint. He agreed to help me, and call me back with a solution. Instead, he sent us the bill for the window tint he made us get, and now won't return my calls, nor did he ever call me back.
Avoid at all costs, and tell your neighbors to avoid as well.

In the chance that he actually does relocate the panels like he said he would, I'll take down this review.

Worst customer service! I had an appointment for a service call. They said they would be at my place sometime in the afternoon. they never showed and when I called to ask about what time they were going to show up they said that they could be at my place first ting in the morning.10 am and no service technician so I call and turns out that they had an emergency call and would not be able to come until the afternoon.4:30 rolls along and they still haven't shown up or even answered my phone calls or texts. when I finally get a hold of him he said that he was stuck at the damn oil field. This place is so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

JLS Electric is a company solely designed to rip off unsuspecting and unwitting customers.   I have given them over 3K of business and paid for the invoices only to have things fail within days of the work being done.   Calling back Lindsay who is supposedly the owner/operator is a lesson in futility.  

She will only answer if you are making an order and blatantly ignore any warranty requests.   I had them install an electrical setup for my RV and also some other work in some outbuildings.    Less than a month later, the switches they worked on have failed and the GFCI plug they installed for the RV setup never worked.   She sent someone out and he said it was working.    I am disabled so hard to check and have to rely on them to be honest and up-front.   He said if there was a problem to call them back - - and there was a problem.  Still didn't work and why wouldn't he fix it if it wasn't working and expect me to have them call back again.    Left numerous messages with Lindsey and sent Emails - all ignored.   They said it was my cords and not the plug - but when I plugged in something else without the cords to the plug - INOPERATIVE.   Keeps shutting itself off which is normally indicative of a bad GFCI outlet - - and it was that way since install!

If they will rip off a disabled Veteran they will rip off anyone and their warranty isn't worth the paper its' printed on.  I had to hire someone else to fix what they damaged or didn't finish - and I will send them the bill.  I doubt it will get paid as they are showing themselves to be uncaring, non-customer focused and non-responsive.
They simply don't seem to care - no matter what you say or do.  STAY AWAY FROM JLS ELECTRIC or you will get ripped off too!
