Myles arrived at exactly the appointed time. After explaining our problem, he performed his due diligence with dispatch to find a solution to the problem, which was an oven that was not receiving an electrical current. He readily identified the problem and found the solution. He was most courteous. I plan to continue my use of the company when issues present themselves.

I had a few flashing lights inside and outside of the house and needed an outlet and light switch swapped out. Mario was able to come over quickly (less than 24 hours), quickly diagnose the problems, and was able to wire up what I needed so quickly. I won't hesitate to call Mario and Electrimax again. Steve was able to resolve a chronic issue quickly and  with care that nothing was damaged. Based on a positive initial visit I have given him additional work.

We had them install a Tesla wall charger. Their quote was the lowest we received. Definitely the best value! To make it work best, we needed to replace the breaker box and run a line 35 feet. All of the extra work would have cost twice as much from another licensed company.

Antonio was very responsive via the Yelp app. The team was very friendly. Definitely would recommend again.

Excellent service and pricing! We couldn't be happier with Thomas Russell's service. We accidentally cut the wrong wire and need professional help. We didn't need an emergency service call (it was Saturday afternoon), but Thomas came out the same day anyway and corrected our mistake. We will be using him for future jobs. Highly recommended!

Provided feedback and owner responded and essentially dismissed everything I had to say. Here is his message along with my response:

Owner:
I was made aware that you took issue with work that we recently performed for you.  It is my understanding that you took issue with the following:

-The motion sensor that was installed for your bedroom lights was meant to be installed for your bathroom lights
-The Nest security camera that we installed for you resulted in a bush in your back yard sustaining some minor damage.

I have spoken with the technician who did the installation and my estimator that priced this work for you.   I have also reviewed the invoice.  The invoice clearly states that the motion sensor was to be installed in your bedroom and you signed for the completed work. This would indicate that you were satisfied with the installation and the location / function of the motion sensor. Furthermore, the technician says that he advised you not to install the motion sensor in your bedroom.  If you would like us to move the motion sensor to another location, that can be done, but at an additional cost.

After speaking with both my estimator and installing technician, we will not compensate you for damage to a bush.  Your vegetation in the backyard is overgrown and both of my employees advised you that there may be some minor damage to the vegetation because of where you wanted us to mount the cameras.  You indicated that would not be a problem and asked us to proceed.  Again, your signature on the invoice and payment would indicate that you were satisfied with the work performed.

My response to above message:
I was NOT informed that there would be damage to my plants (see pics below) and was only informed after-the-fact, once I approached installer in the backyard during installation.

As for the bedroom light, also not correct. I directed the installer to install motion detector device in bathroom. He informed that he couldn't. At that point is when I directed to install in bedroom.

You're right, the signature represents my sign off on work performed. However, it doesn't always characterize the context of the situation. If you choose not to redress, that's fine - I'll simply share my perspective /experience in the appropriate area.

To be clear, the installer was very courteous and professional. However, soft skills doesn't always align with technical competence.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

Steve did a great job wiring a new outlet in my garage for my EV. Great professional service, fair price. Steve knew right away what I wanted, and what was required to do job right. A larger electrical service company quoted twice as much for the same job.

I called Malco Electric after hours and got their recorded message. Since I had been without electricity for over 3 days during the recent ice storm I called their emergency number and the line was immediately answered by Jimmy. He told me  due to the ice storm it might be a while before he could work me into his schedule for an appointment but offered to help with my problem over the phone right then. Long story short, Jimmy talked me through some simple procedures to reset my circuit breakers. His procedures worked and my electricity was restored. Thanks to his help my family got our electricity back without waiting for days to fix what amounted to a simple problem. And he did this free of charge. Thank you Jimmy. Malco Electic is now my go to electricians.

Kevin is a fabulous electrician.  We hired him to install more pocket lights in our living room and I interviewed five other electricians.  He was by far the most honest, kind, and fair in price. I felt very confident in his work.  He did the job quick, cleaned up his mess (which was minimal), and was so sweet and kind to my six kids.  I just hired him again for some other minor electric work around my house and pleased as ever.  He was on time, fair on price, and even held my baby when he reached for him.  I would DEFINITELY not look any further if you need an electrician.  THANK YOU KEVIN!

Saw Lite it Up on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they were located close to my residence, and I am so lucky I did. The electrician arrived when he said he would, was very professional and personable, and completed the job without trying to sell me a service we didn't need. He guaranteed the work and I couldn't be more satisfied. We plan to use Lite it Up again if necessary.

Awesome Service! I needed to install a couple of ceiling fans and a chandelier for family that were visiting me soon. I called Juan, he was able to schedule me the next day, and start in the morning. He arrived on-time, explained the installation, and finished ahead of schedule. Also, he fixed my low-voltage outside lights! Great electrician, and great person! Highly recommend!

I am a huge fan of Max Electrical Services and have used them for a variety of services at my home over the past two years.

I have had them run new power outlets for my wall mounted TVs as well as install new network cable connections. I also had them install eight security cameras around the exterior of my home. Yesterday, I had them install a new surge protector system on my main power breaker box just in case we have a lightning strike.

Darin has been super quick to answer my questions and get me scheduled and DJ and the installer team have been amazing to work with! Their prices are very fair and I have referred a few of my friends to them who all had a great experience! Dan was quick to respond to my service request and came to my house very soon after making arrangements. He helped me with a fan installation and was very informative and helped me solve my issues. I called for electrical work to be done. I received same day service and completion of service. The customer service representative was awesome. My electrician was very professional. I received five star service and would recommend to anyone needing an electrician. Quality work!

Maury is excellent. Called him at first he was unable to help. In a few hours he called back and said he could fit me in his schedule. He said in could come by in about 1 hour. Not only did he show up he was about 15 minutes. I had some huge electrical and he fixed faster than I expected. Their price was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and parts required. We will be using them again and would highly recommend.

We recently had issues with our electrical service. We did not know what was wrong but eventually got so bad we had minimal electric in our house. I called several electricians and none of them were able to arrive for several days. I called Jesse Padilla at KJ Electric and he had someone at my house within an hour. When Roland arrived he did an extensive evaluation of our electrical system. when we purchased a home in 2020 we were told if the entire electrical system had been replaced however Roland found that the exterior panel had not been and was over 35 to 40 years old. They were able to temporarily repair our problems and came back a few days later and completely replaced the exterior panel. The price was extremely reasonable and Roland worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jesse Roland and KJ electric for any electrical problems you may have

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

They sent an aggressive, high pressure salesman to try and persuade me to purchase a system with options, technical specifications or extended service plans that I don't want or need. Their technicians get paid off of commission and it shows.

I spent a lot of money to have a new system installed by Jon Wayne for the downstairs of my home. It has been in my home for a little over 72 hours and this new unit has worked for less than 24. I am currently being told that it will be at least three or four days before their 24/7 service professionals will be able to even come to my house and determine that they installed a unit with a busted compressor.

I have never lived anywhere that had such a lack of reputable businesses to handle HVAC issues. It seems that all the companies here are working together to make pricing for their services less than transparent and prices artificially high. I suspect they are engaged in price gouging and market manipulation for this market. I will be bringing my concerns to the Texas AG
