I bought a new cooktop and found out the old wire was not suited for it. I called another company before Allgood Electric and left a message to this first one then I called Allgood. Someone actually answered and booked me an appointment right away. They came gave me an estimate in minutes and I just had to go with them, after my appointment was set I got a call back from the first place. I liked a lot that Allgood keeps you informed by texting you. I was very pleased with the job done. They rewired from the kitchen to the outside electric box, job was neat, clean and fast. Kudos to Michael Lemon and associate. Thank you very much.

Very reliable electrician!   Keyword RELIABLE because it's truly hard to find these days.  I needed some recessed lighting installed in my kitchen, along with adding and reorganizing the light switches.  Mario provided a quick free quote, followed by a quick turnaround to schedule, and did an awesome job at a reasonable price.   Don't waste your time with other electricians giving you the runaround or scheduling you weeks out just to do a mediocre job.  

I'm thankful the entire process was painless.  Mario is my go-to electrician. !

Steve was able to resolve a chronic issue quickly and  with care that nothing was damaged. Based on a positive initial visit I have given him additional work.

Very friendly and responsive. They were able to install a Tesla Charger and add an outlet in my bathroom the same day they came out to scope out the work. This includes digging to run wires across my backyard to my detached garage. I thought it was going to be a weeklong project and for them to knock it all out in 1 day was amazing. I own a rental single family home in Leander where tenants reported issues with the electrical outlets associated with two appliances. I contacted Thomas Russell after reading his many positive reviews in Yelp. Thomas returned my call within 30 minutes and I asked when he might be available to inspect and diagnose the electrical issues? Thomas gave me two options: now or tomorrow morning. He was on site within the hour and called me with his diagnosis. One outlet only needed to be taped up and secured to prevent any future issues and the other was operating fine. While there, he checked and repaired outlets, and replaced GFIs. As an example of his dedication to overall safety, he observed my tenants operating a portable plug in heater in the garage. Thomas took the time to advise my tenants that portable heaters are the cause of many house fires and that it was not advisable to continue operating the heater unless it was on its own dedicated circuit. He throughly updated me on all his repairs and observations while on site and again when I paid him for the job. Given his immediate same day availability after 6 pm, and all the work he performed, his pricing was more than fair! I highly recommend Russell Electric to anyone!

Justin was absolutely amazing! We had to have ground wires replaced . The whole team that came out was amazing . Everyone was so positive, the atmosphere was wonderful. They kept us up to speed with everything. I highly recommend them. Will most definitely be using them again

Steve did a great job wiring a new outlet in my garage for my EV. Great professional service, fair price. Steve knew right away what I wanted, and what was required to do job right. A larger electrical service company quoted twice as much for the same job.

This review is for great customer service without a sale. Shari ANSWERED the phone when I called. She put me through to Greg to try to troubleshoot. They did everything they could and put me on a work-in list when we couldn't fix it on the phone. They were positively delightful. We will call them the next time we need help.

Kevin came over to check out a back porch light that was not working. After he inspected it, it was not a connection problem, but the wiring on the lamp had gotten twisted and burned up. Because the light was impossible to replace and it matched the rest of the exterior lighting on my house, Kevin agreed to rebuild the light for me!  He brought it back in a couple of days and it was better than new!  He charged a fair price and went above and beyond to help me!  I will definitely be contacting them the next time I have an electrical need!

This is a one guy owner ( named Steven)  and no other employee. He was dispatched by my home warranty. He showed up and did absolutely nothing to fix my kitchen lights. We called him several times and even left text message because his main number is a cell phone. Again no answer a week later I called my home warranty company and they got in touch with him and actually connected the call with him. He said he wasn't responsible for any fixing and I had to deal with the home warranty because they didn't approve the fix. If that were true, why didn't he call us back And tell us?
The problem is a bad switch and it IS covered. Home warranty said it was covered and they're bewildered why this guy isn't changing the switch! So per home warranty company, they've dropped him from approved vendors. Apparently he doesn't know how to change a smart switch and LIED. If he lies about small things, how does he deal with other things. My advice is to stay clear of this unprofessional and untrustworthy guy.

Awesome Service! I needed to install a couple of ceiling fans and a chandelier for family that were visiting me soon. I called Juan, he was able to schedule me the next day, and start in the morning. He arrived on-time, explained the installation, and finished ahead of schedule. Also, he fixed my low-voltage outside lights! Great electrician, and great person! Highly recommend!

Maury has become our go-to electrician for projects big and small. He's honest, reliable and does quality work! He does book out, but always worth the wait.

We first used Jesse Padilla last year when we had LED lights installed in our kitchen along with some new outlets.  He is wonderful.  The job he did is absolutely perfect.  He is a good guy also.  He even came by later after the kitchen was completed to check on things.  What a great guy.  You will not be disappointed if you use him for your electrical needs.  Also, his charges were very reasonable.    Give Jesse a call - we highly recommend him

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

Never ever trust a repair company that pays their employees off commission.  The more they sell you, the more they get paid.  Which is the beginning of the problems we had with Jon Wayne.

AC broke - that happens.  They responded within 24 hours - dumb me, believed the trucks and TV commercials.  But the technician oversold my wife $1200 in repairs.  Which lasted a week (and my system is not old and we have it serviced regularly).

I was home when the second crew came.  They would not wear COVID masks until I asked.  They spent an hour determining it was a switch in the inside unit - $2400 to repair.  I asked how - said it was very labor intensive.  Well, turns out the crew that installed that unit three years ago let me help (they were too busy to come the first time).  The whole thing took 3 hours.  Absolutely outrageous quote unless you remember they work on commission only.  So I asked for replacement costs - basic system $7500 and top of the line was, drum roll, $21,000.  I asked if it came with a new roof, they looked confused.  And I sent them away.  I'll put wet towels over fans and stay cool until I can get someone else here.

If you missed it at the front of this review - NEVER trust a repair company that pays their employees off commission.  They will mark up your service and sell you stuff you don't need.

Fun fact - my wife is a realtor with one of the largest brokerages in the area.  She has a good HVAC story for her clients now.
