Mario and his son are the best. I needed a true electrician.  He is the best. 20 years of experience , service plus, quality of work - excellent. Do not contract with a big organization. Support a true local vendor. He is busy. Book early. He's the best. One of my vendors.

David was amazing. I called him at 8 in the morning and by 3:30 he's got me fixed and found the issue and replaced the plug. not only was he accommodating to my work schedule, he was very polite, Price was a little more then I expected but it was well within reasonable. I would definitely call on his company again.

One half of our house was without electricity. Could not find the cause. Called three others whose trip fee ranged fro $50 to $89. All wanted me to wait a day. Mr. Olveda responded with in 30min. Diagnosed the problem was a CPS Energy line. Charged $40 plus gave me reasonable estimate on other work. Will recommend!

Called Tejas Electric for a few simple jobs and a few quotes on future work.  The had an opening within a week and I scheduled the visit.  Wade (Owner) called and asked if he could come a bit early, which worked out great for me.  He was super personable and immediately identified what needed to be done, and to my surprise, it was an easier (and less expensive) job than I had thought.  He installed a ceiling fan and new switches that used a separate control for lights & fan.  It took him maybe 40 mins and it was working and looking great.  I also had him install another switch in our Master.

We are thinking of adding a hot tub out back in the next year and he walked me through what it would take, the best path, and pricing.  All of it made sense and the quote was fair.  He also provided suggestions for some other small projects I wanted done (more exterior outlets in the brick siding) that would make them easier and save some money.

J's Electric came out to fix our dryer outlet and did a great job. When we sold our house we called him again to come and install new GFCI in the kitchen, garage, and around the pool. He was professional, on time, and completed the project at the estimated cost. We will definitely used him again!

I'm not sure what happened since my first review, but my opinion of this business has totally changed. It seems like they have too much business and not enough staff to handle the workload.

The owner, Mr. Duhon, personally came out to give me an estimate. He didn't write anything down so I wondered how he was going to remember everything in order to give me an accurate estimate of the work to be done. I was expecting to receive the estimate either that night or the next day. A few days went by and then a week and still nothing. I sent him a message asking for the estimate since I had already contacted another electrician for an estimate as well. Mr. Duhon advised me that he would have the estimate for me by the next day. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I never received it. What a waste of my time. Needless to say, I went with Max Electric for my several thousand dollars' worth of electrical work.

Prompt professional response. Diagnosed problem quickly and had it fixed in less than 15 min. Very glad to have found this electrician on the first try. Would definitely recommend.

Capstone Electric came out this morning and installed our charging station in our garage in less then 2 hours (I was expecting longer tbh) and they were 1/3 the cost of our 1st opinion!!

I was doing a trade show in San Antonio that starts tomorrow morning and needed a same day electrician today, it's a Sunday. I called and John Grass the owner picked right up and was able to have one of his electricians come out and switch out a plug for me.  Stan the electrician that came out was friendly and on time. Stan even texted me his eta before he arrived. This company really saved me in a bind. Great company. The quote even came in a little lower than John quoted on the phone. Awesome company. I was very impressed with Daniel and his staff they did an amazing job from start to finish. Daniel was on time and took his time looking over everything. Explaining what needed to done now and what could wait, since money was an issue for me. Daniel took the time to explain everything carefully and answered a lot of my questions, and I ASK A LOT QUESTIONS. I will be using Citywide from here on for the mere fact that other companies INSIST on doing everything at once, it's like all or nothing. They can't be bothered with a small job or offer a solution  for your predicament and make you feel bad for wasting their time. Some companies say they understand but they really don't.
Citywide really does understand your time and money, are both not to be wasted.

I highly recommend Ferguson Electric in Helotes.  We have used them for many of our electrical issues around the house in the past.  Recently, they updated our light fixtures and were fair, knowledgeable, and efficient.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Fox Service Company just completed my spring inspection of HVAC systems.  It's a free service included in their Priority One Maintenance agreement.  I've been using Fox for many years.  They are always very reliable and professional.  Today I called to scheduled the semi annual inspection and they were able to get to my house in 30 minutes.  Their technician, Daniel Toney, was friendly, informative, polite, and helpful.  He explained everything he was doing and how the systems were performing.  Daniel and Fox Svc. provided me with confidence my systems are ready for another long hot Texas summer.

Strauch electric was assigned to my work order by my home warranty company.  I can say that I will never use them again.  Roger Strauch's communication skills, professionalism, and customer service were beyond terrible.  He was argumentative when confronting him about his work and when told that he didn't complete the job he said he wouldn't come back for one smoke detector.  He questioned my integrity and did not understand the communication done prior to his arrival time.  Very disappointed and as a Veteran with 26 years of service to our country, I will never recommend this company.

First talked to Daniel about install of a generac whole house generator on June 8th he comes to house a few days later we talk about install he tells me they have done them before no big deal well by the time i decide to call CPS myself and check on application the lady at CPS tells me they just the day i called submitted application and it was WRONG. They have given me the run around for two months save yourself the headache.

I hired Marcus Reyes for two commercial jobs in San Antonio.  Everything went good up until the end of the projects.  I had a hard time getting Marcus to come out and finish the last few items at both jobs.  He did finally finish after several calls, but thats not why I'm writing this negative review.  A few months after the jobs were finished Marcus sent me two bills for extra work on the stores.  There was never extra work and there was never any type of agreement, verbal or written, that he was going to charge me extra to finish the job.  All he did was come back and correct the work that was unfinished.

I'm assuming that he ran into financial trouble (winter is slow for some contractors) and so he hit me up for more money thinking I would pay if he threatened to file a lien on my customers property.  And when I refused to pay the bogus bills, he did in fact send a letter to my customer threatening to file a lien on their property for unpaid debts.  So he's now committing fraud by filing a fraudulent lien on my customers property.

I would recommend to find another electrician for your electric project.
