L & R got back to me right away with a fair quote. I needed 2 ceiling fans and a light installed in the kitchen. I appreciated their flat job rate rather than hourly.
The technicians arrived right on time, and did excellent work while wearing a mask the entire time.

Professional service at a fair and reasonable price. I had an electrical issue at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Other companies wanted six days to respond. I called H&S and they were at my house in a half hour. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day. High quality work, very nice and explained everything. Even let me look over shoulder during every step of repair. Used new top quality parts. I had a great experience, give them a try.

Eddie and his crew came out last week on short notice and took care of installing a metered loop for us. I was super impressed with Eddie's responsiveness to all communication and when he came out to give a free quote and check out the job he was polite and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for many years (since he was in high school!) and he took the time to give advice to my son about electrician apprenticeship. Eddie and his crew came out and completed the job ahead of schedule and they were super efficient and had great attitudes, even in freezing temps. Jerry is a Master Electrician.  We were having some problems with dead wall sockets.  He diagnosed the problem and switched outlets and was done in a New York minute.  He arrived on time - a rarity these days.

If you are in need of an electrician please call John Jones. A local, family owned business that is personable and professional. They were right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They offered advice and gave me options for some future work. I highly recommend them!

No idea if these guys are good or not, but I can tell you their word sin't worth spit. We made an appointment with them, then they never showed up, and didn't call. We called somebody else.

Needed an assist to install LED puck lights under kitchen cabinets, as well as 'fishing' a line from the attic to our pantry for a new GFCI wall outlet​ in our pantry and a new GFCI for an outside deck. Chris did the work and is a consummate pro with creative plan B solutions for surprises behind closed walls. A clean reliable worker, easy to work with that exceeded my expectations.

In a word - FANTASTIC! The owner takes the time to respond to calls and actually listens to you describe your problem (None of the other electrician companies did). The service was exactly what I wanted. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional (ex-military person too). Cost was extremely reasonable and explained before and after the service. Did not waste my time and got right to servicing my issue and said he was always available if the situation would return or a similar problem. I had used other providers in the past, but, from now on, my sole provider for any electrical problems or issues will be ON ELECTRIC without any hesitation. By far, the best that San Antonio has to offer!

I called LP3 and they scheduled my repairs, showed up on time, did excellent work and at a much cheaper price than another residential electric company wanted. I contacted Brian to bid on an electrical job recently. Brian was easy to get a hold of, returned calls promptly, and provided my requested quote and information in a fast and efficient manner.  
While I ended up choosing another contractor for the job due to their proximity to the service location, I would not hesitate in utilizing Brian's services in the future if I have additional electrical contracting needs.

Very responsive to add us on their calendar, showed up on time. Even though there was some miscommunication about the repair, the job was handled professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. Great service overall!

Tried to schedule an appointment for an electrical problem at my house. I called and left a message. Waited a couple of days got no call back. Called again and got voicemail again so used their form to send an email. Again, got no response.

Called first thing in the morning and he was at my house within a matter of hours. He came prepared and had the parts he needed to replace in his truck. Extremely fast and friendly service. It was so nice to get this taken care of quickly and have  the rest of my day to run errands. No one likes waiting around and I really did not have to! To top it all off, the prices were significantly cheaper than all of the other places that I called. Highly recommend!

I called to have them come out and check out an issue with my breaker box.  They were on time, helpful and super informative.  While I didn't need to have anything done at this time, I will be calling them when we have any future issues with our electrical system in our home.  I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Exceptional customer service. Paul was responsive, listened to my concerns and the tasks at hand, and if there was a snag due to the existing wires or setup he took the time to figure out the best course of action. I can't say enough how blown away I am with his service and what he was able to get done. He installed a ceiling fan, fixed 5+ outlets and troubleshooted. He also installed a google nest doorbell. Oh and attention to detail was on point. He made sure the doorbell was leveled before drilling. What an excellent job he did and I'm thankful to have him service my home. Genuine person, A+ work and just really exudes the kind of great customer service you think is lost but he still has it. Thank you!!!

They were sent by my home warranty company to repair a stove exhaust hood. The technician stated that the hood needed to be replaced and I had to purchase the part myself first then I would be reimbursed later. I thought this to be different but stated I will need some time to move some money then I will be able to purchase the part. Once I did so, the company sent 3 young men out who did the work but attempted to charge me a second time. I informed them that they were finishing a previous repair and were not supposed to charge me a second time. Later while I was awaiting reimbursement, I found out Dominguez electric was supposed o reimburse me. Unfortunately, the technician under priced the replacement and now the company is giving me the run around after seeing that he misquoted the part/shipping/tax for the part. I am still awaiting reimbursement a month later. The company is giving me the run around saying they are awaiting approval and not replying with updates. As a disabled veteran, I'm truly disgusted at the lack of professional service of this company. I would not do any business with this company if I could avoid it. They will do all they can to take advantage of a situation and provide dishonorable service to you. That is a fact.
