My AC unit stopped working during the night. My husband called Eveflow services and was able to get an appointment that same day. Technician Seth was able to diagnose an issue with one of the motherboards not receiving power. Technician Seth was able to find a replacement from the manufacture, he drove and picked up the part. After 30m he came back and replace the part in just 5 minutes. My AC is working like new! He was also very knowledgeable on how my AC unit worked and educated us on maintenance routines and how our overflow pipes transverse throughout the house. Highly recommend this service!

LTX was so helpful in getting my mini-split set up. I needed a disconnect put in for it, and Brad worked with my AC guy to make sure everything was correct on both sides (elect & install), the whole thing taking just a couple hours.  The front office staff was easy to work with (scheduling, info), and I would absolutely use LTX again in the future!

Lucky us, our AC went out on the first two hot days of May :( After the AC repairman visited determined the issue was at the breaker, a friend referred me to Brad. I called him at the end of the day, he was able to come the very next morning 8a! Brad and his apprentice arrived a few minutes early and promptly inspected the AC unit which led him quickly to the breaker panel. He identified a bad breaker switch for the AC and replaced it - a simple $10 part and we were good to go! No upsell or fancy talk I've gotten from other various vendors in the past, just quick, simple, honest and professional service! Asked for some ballpark discussion about changing our kitchen and living room with canned lights, he provided recommendation and competitive estimate for the future job. This is the second time we have used Wheat Electrical. Once during the holidays where I failed to cover the ends of the outdoor light plugs and we blew a fuse on one side of our house! I called several companies and no one could come for several days. Ed answered the phone and was working out of town on a job but sent someone to our house within 2 hours. Today he came over to install ceiling fans and he and his helper, Jose were both so polite.

He went to my house on time, check the issue and arrange the technicians  to help me relocate the wire and outlet after I turned down the wall and installed the sliding door. The whole team are professional, reliable and did good job. They made my remodel project much easier and less hassle. The charge is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend their service!

This company is the only one that's ever done electric work on our 30-year-old foreclosure home and it needed a lot of electric help. This is a family business and the brothers have very high standards. During the most recent repairs, I was taking with the city inspector when he came through for the final inspection. I told him I was very happy with CRI electric and he agreed, they always go above and beyond. I won't trust anyone else with our electric work now. I wish they were a national business.
On the administrative side, they are very well organized as well. They provide emailed invoices and accept credit card payments. It is a small business, but its organized and as modern as any transnational.

Amazing service! These guys came out the day I called them and fixed several electrical arcing issues with outlets, ceiling fan dimmers, and bathroom vent motors. They were very nice, professional and very affordable! I will absolutely call these guys out again the next time something comes up!

I had tried to replace some fixtures in my garage but it turned into a bigger project than I could manage - the wiring is weird in our home. These guys came the next day and helped finish the job (and probably fixed a lot of my mess up!). I was at work but my wife said they were courteous and clean. When I got home that evening I was very happy to find the little project complete, the work area cleaned. A few days later I noticed that they replaced a missing cover (faceplate) on one of the receptacles as well. Great service!

A good company to work with. As always, get everything in writing, but despite Rick's penchant for forgetting details of work to be done, they were reasonable when it came to billing.

I called Cory about 6 in the evening to repair my kitchen power due to the fact I couldn't use my outlets. Cory found the issue right away and showed me how serious aluminum wire can be if not installed properly. He corrected the issue and the price and service were amazing. first encountered Best Concepts Renovations approximately 5 years ago when I hired them to remodel an outside kitchen.  Eduardo was wonderful to work with and all the workers were skilled, courteous and professional.  The finished project was amazing.  I felt that my kitchen should be on the cover of Kitchen and Bath magazine.  The counter has beautiful marble tiles!   That was just the beginning of the laundry list of projects that I have since then hired Best Concepts to do.  The next big project was to create an upstairs balcony from the window that was in the game room.  I had originally decided to put a pergola over the fabulous kitchen that I had gotten built, but with a few suggestions from Best Concepts,I made an upper balcony instead...with a CEMENT floor to cover the kitchen.  I had never even considered that an upper deck could have a cement floor.  WOW!!!!  another prize winning job was accomplished.  I have since then gone on to hire Best Concepts to to tile my kitchen, build a outdoor deck, replace basketball goals, install basketball court lights, paint inside the house, install a jetted bath tub and more.  Every single project was done with superior quality.  I have made Best Concepts my personal upgrade company, because I have been extremenly impressed by the work ethic, kindness, great prices, and professionalism of the crew.  I offer my highest recommendation  without hesitation for any job that involves construction or remodeling.

Had an issue with an outlet which I could not figure out and had Brian come out and he spent 20ish minutes and had it nailed.  Fixed it, really reasonable and a good guy.  I'm definitely using these guys again.

This is a review of the experience that we has with Ware Electric. Amazing company/electrician, even though the company is only about a year old. We needed a 14-50A outlet installed in addition to our wall charger for our 2 EVs. Since the desired location was on the opposite side of the garage from the electric panel, it was a large project. A long conduit over the corner of the ceiling has to be installed to support the electric wiring. We wanted to ensure we find the best quality company, not the cheapest ones, who can do quality work while not overcharging.

We initially shopped around a few electric companies and decided to go with Ware because of his responsiveness, sincerity and honesty, as well as good reviews from others. His also matched the pricing of another company even though he is using quality materials.

Robert, the owner, is extremely up-front, honest and hardworking. Not only did he not try to upsell us a larger breaker like another electrical company, he was willing to accommodate our busy work schedules and come out on a Sunday to do the install (that's good Taiwanese work ethics!)

He definitely did not disappoint. Since it was quite a big project, I was impressed that he did almost the whole install by himself, only using another personnel to help him finish up. It was a 5-6 hour long install but we can tell how meticulous he was as well as the quality of work he does. The outlet was installed perfectly and our garage floor was vacuumed. Not only did he asked us to immediately try the EV chargers to make sure it worked, he also fixed a loose light fixture for us at the house he noticed. We definitely need support more of these hard-working, quality electricians/young companies and not cheap out like some other builders just to make a quick dollar. We will definitely use him again for all our electrical projects in the future. Keep up the good work Robert and Ware Electric!

Mr. Electric is a great company with owners that are committed to delivering top-notch service.  I was excited to hear that they are planning to expand to the Austin and Round Rock areas to serve clients outside of San Antonio.
