My AC unit stopped working during the night. My husband called Eveflow services and was able to get an appointment that same day. Technician Seth was able to diagnose an issue with one of the motherboards not receiving power. Technician Seth was able to find a replacement from the manufacture, he drove and picked up the part. After 30m he came back and replace the part in just 5 minutes. My AC is working like new! He was also very knowledgeable on how my AC unit worked and educated us on maintenance routines and how our overflow pipes transverse throughout the house. Highly recommend this service!

LTX was so helpful in getting my mini-split set up. I needed a disconnect put in for it, and Brad worked with my AC guy to make sure everything was correct on both sides (elect & install), the whole thing taking just a couple hours.  The front office staff was easy to work with (scheduling, info), and I would absolutely use LTX again in the future!

We had a power outage at our business recently and we found Brad online.  It was early in the morning and he was the only electrician we could find that answered the phone.  He was out within 20 minutes and determined the issues within a few minutes.  Without his help we would have been down longer.  We have been needing an electrician for some time and after this quick response I think we have found one.  Brad was very professional and nice to work with.  He charged us what I thought was very fair and honest.

This is the second time we have used Wheat Electrical. Once during the holidays where I failed to cover the ends of the outdoor light plugs and we blew a fuse on one side of our house! I called several companies and no one could come for several days. Ed answered the phone and was working out of town on a job but sent someone to our house within 2 hours. Today he came over to install ceiling fans and he and his helper, Jose were both so polite.
Wheat Electric will always be the first company I call for any electrical needs!!!

David with Hart Electrical Services is the best around! He did the wiring for our custom home and did an amazing job. He ALWAYS showed up on time, worked extremely hard and had an amazing attitude. Very professional, very responsive, did a standup job, and was very pleasant to work with on this project. Charles and Tercio did great work on an unconventional electrical request. Kelly swung through in the end and was really flexible. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thankful to have found Norman Jones to help with our electrical needs. He arrived when he said, is polite, kept things clean and did excellent and safe work. His price was fair too. Definitely will contact him for our future electrical needs.

This company is the only one that's ever done electric work on our 30-year-old foreclosure home and it needed a lot of electric help. This is a family business and the brothers have very high standards. During the most recent repairs, I was taking with the city inspector when he came through for the final inspection. I told him I was very happy with CRI electric and he agreed, they always go above and beyond. I won't trust anyone else with our electric work now. I wish they were a national business.
On the administrative side, they are very well organized as well. They provide emailed invoices and accept credit card payments. It is a small business, but its organized and as modern as any transnational.

Our experience has been beyond pitiful.
We utilized Zellner for a warranty call on a new generator and when they showed up they didn't even have the correct equipment to repair/confirm the gas leak. I communicated thoroughly to Linda that it was an internal gas leak but when the crew showed up they started looking for an oil leak and we had to redirect them. I had even emailed them the direct verbiage from the plumber on what needed to be warranty repaired with the gas days ahead of time.
They didn't even bring a detector to locate the gas leak or ensure the gas was no longer leaking.
One young man pretended to know what he was doing but admitted they were new at this and the other man walked around criticizing how other trades had done their work when it had nothing to do with why he was there.
Once they finished the repair, the installer called his boss and and then told me since we didn't use a part, my boss says we have to charge you a service call and this won't go under warranty. I started to call Generac and they back-tracked and suddenly it was covered.
Once electric was hooked up and and we attempted start the generator, we learned it still wasn't repaired. We called Zellner to back to come out and finish their work since it still isn't working and we were told it would be under warranty this time also.
They called me yesterday to verify that they would be out for the warranty call today.
Then, this morning Linda calls and says the owner won't do it as a warranty call since their guys have already been out once. I explained that they didn't repair it correctly the first time NOR even bring a detector to Lacey and repair the gas leak.
Linda's response was, I'm just the messenger.
I am a Generac Dealer and between my partner and I, we have over 50 years of business ownership combined. We would never be this unprofessional. Stay away from doing business with this company.

I hired Hill Electric for a big remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I paid them a lot of money for the work they did, and the last project was to install some light fixtures that we were waiting on and to install a power strip in an appliance lift I had built in my kitchen. The light fixtures didn't come in for three months, and when I called them to install them and wire up the lift, they told me that they would not wire up the lift because of some concerns they had, and that they were too busy to come install my light fixtures.
Instead of telling me three months ago that they wouldn't wire up the lift, they left me sitting in my house with no power for my lift for all this time. The owner called me to confirm they would not wire up the lift, and instead of apologizing and telling me they would come and install my light fixtures for free the very next day, as he should have, all he did was give me the names of two other companies.
This was the last of many service lapses over the course of their work on my house. I recommend avoiding this company.

Thank you for being honest,straight forward and fair! As a senior citizen it is very important where we spend our money and another electric repair company close by wanted to charge us  thousands for the fine quality work you did for a one hour trip charge! Great work, awesome job! Thank you.

We highly recommend Steven & his expertise! He was able to diagnose a problem with our electricity and how that impacted our dryer efficiently and accurately! Before we called Steven we were at a standstill because two other companies could not seems to figure out what was going on. Steven was prompt with his communication and fair in his pricing. He even checked in with us the following day which we truly appreciated.

I called Cory about 6 in the evening to repair my kitchen power due to the fact I couldn't use my outlets. Cory found the issue right away and showed me how serious aluminum wire can be if not installed properly. He corrected the issue and the price and service were amazing. first encountered Best Concepts Renovations approximately 5 years ago when I hired them to remodel an outside kitchen.  Eduardo was wonderful to work with and all the workers were skilled, courteous and professional.  The finished project was amazing.  I felt that my kitchen should be on the cover of Kitchen and Bath magazine.  The counter has beautiful marble tiles!   That was just the beginning of the laundry list of projects that I have since then hired Best Concepts to do.  The next big project was to create an upstairs balcony from the window that was in the game room.  I had originally decided to put a pergola over the fabulous kitchen that I had gotten built, but with a few suggestions from Best Concepts,I made an upper balcony instead...with a CEMENT floor to cover the kitchen.  I had never even considered that an upper deck could have a cement floor.  WOW!!!!  another prize winning job was accomplished.  I have since then gone on to hire Best Concepts to to tile my kitchen, build a outdoor deck, replace basketball goals, install basketball court lights, paint inside the house, install a jetted bath tub and more.  Every single project was done with superior quality.  I have made Best Concepts my personal upgrade company, because I have been extremenly impressed by the work ethic, kindness, great prices, and professionalism of the crew.  I offer my highest recommendation  without hesitation for any job that involves construction or remodeling.

As the Fusion Electric owners' nanny for 9 months, I saw how Bryan ran his business from another angle. Bryan was always very patient with clients on the phone, and never blew his fuse (no pun intended) and bent over backwards to fit them in asap. His crew had --as I saw noted in some of the other comments --very positive (no pun intended) attitudes, and many time I saw Bryan drop what he was doing to attend to a call for help from one of his crew or to personally take care of a customer's need at their site.I never heard him complain about the long hours. He is a master electrician who seems to know all the ins and outs of his business and he made sure his crew did each job correctly all the way through. From my perspective, Fusion Electric is a company based on integrity.

Carbon monoxide sensor went off at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Puppies terrified! Replaced battery....chirp! Knew neither my disabled vet husband or puppies would make it thru a night of beeping while we waited for service. Robert of Ware Electric to the rescue! Fast, friendly, professional and best of all fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes! Definitely will use his services moving forward and highly recommend him!

Do your homework before hiring this company!!!  We were asked for a down payment of 50% of the total cost.    After the initial appointment, we scheduled for them to return to do the actual repairs.  They canceled.  We set up another appointment.  They canceled again.  I then called another company for an estimate.  The work we asked them to do was 50% inflated compared to one other company. I have asked for my payment to be returned which appears to be a difficult thing.  We feel that this company has bad business practices and customer service.  Please look at other companies first!!

OK...so now the results and follow up.  Had another company do the work today.  Same job, same method of repair.  The new company charged me 65% less than Mr. Electric.  You want inflated prices and poor customer service then call Mr. Electric!!!!!!!!

Response from Mr Electric is incorrect.  It's interesting how they are trying to peg this on the customer.   Nevertheless they did refund my money but that did not change the facts of the issue.  I still maintain my original post and rating.
