They were responsive via yelp and set up an estimate right away.  She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, she was also very responsive and although they offered a great price, we proceeded with another company that was lower

Called them after seeing some neighbor referrals. Glad I called.  After speaking with Brandy, the office manager, she set an appointment date and time. Just as scheduled, Mark shows up to do the work. (installation of a new shower valve). After work was done, up to a point so tile man could do tiling, Mark said he would be out after tiling was complete to do finish of install of controller and shower head/faucet. No payment was requested until after total completion of job. Mark did great! Very friendly and very professional.

The process with Dal-Worth was easy and seamless.  We were always advised of what was going on, the workers were courteous and professional, and the plumbing was repaired efficiently.  Highly recommend!

Indeed, we were having a main water line to the house broken by aliens (AT&T contractors), and a leak has continued to fight our checkbook since August, doubling our appreciation for the running water two times compared to last year. When our patience and money started running out, we began looking for a plumber.

As a first generation native Texans, our first choice was a company with the name Texas Blessed Plumbing. It was a pure blessing to meet Matt Edwards and his team. He found a problem and not one. The water pipe was not only damaged at the location of installation of the fiber wire of AT&T but, seems, common sense contractor warriors were trying to hide the damage and did even more damage to the pipe.

Matt was able to provide us with a smart and cost-effective solution, and did everything possible and impossible to replace the pipe fast and professionally - in less than 24 hours.

Accurate Leak & Line was referred to me years ago and I have recommended them to clients numerous times. Their work is excellent and their fees are very competitive and fair.

I work for a company that builds mobile medical and dental clinics.  Had a client in Fort Worth that needed a water pump replaced in their office.  Jason at TexFlex scheduled the appointment within a few days, communicated well, showed up on time, troubleshot the problem and did a quality repair.  At a fair price.  Small company but excellent service.  Highly recommended.

Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their warranty.  All they want to do is upsell rather than fix. There are too many foundation companies out there to put up with such poor service.

Used to enjoy having these guys come take care of our A/C. Long time customers. They have become as greedy and dishonest as they come. I wish it was just the guy who came last time, but was told the man who diagnosed and fixed the problem two weeks before was a manager. He charged $400 for unclogging a pipe, supposedly came down from $599 for this. Two weeks later water is back on my floor on the second floor of our house pouring down through the ceiling. Pipe is still clogged. He charged $400 and did nothing. The guys who subsequently came out were going to charge me for their work until I threatened to email the owner of the company. They backed off and didn't charge because they knew they were screwing the customer. Owner! Please clean out the jerks working for you.

Worst experience and Customer service ever!! I called them after I noticed my ac was not blowing cold air. Since they installed the unit less than five years ago I figured they can fix it. Technician came out and inspected the unit next day. Said I needed a part and there was a coil leak but will try and fix next day (for $1200 only for labor). Well LONG story short, it took 8 days to find out after talking to multiple people and them telling me I would get a call back from the parts manager David, (which I never did) that the part was not in yet and not sure when. 8 days without ac in the hot Texas summer is excruciating! Had to buy a portable ac unit just to manage. I finally got fed up with their bad customer service of waiting for a phone call to tell me what's going on with this part. I called another company, to which they said that NOTHING is wrong with my ac, just some dirt that was clumped up keeping the unit from working properly. Which they guy cleaned out and instantly I felt the air come back on!!!! I went 8 days without my ac unit because of Xtreme Air's technician. I feel like I was getting scammed by them and I will never ever go back to them. Only good thing out of this ordeal is that I found my forever ac company.

Great guy, awesome work. He definitely knows what he's doing! He came to my house and fixed my drain in little to no time at all! Thank you HEB Plumbing!! I will be calling you again soon for other jobs.

After rearranging my schedule to be available since my disposal is not working and I needed it repaired ASAP not only did they not make their appointment window but they never EVEN called to say they weren't coming or even answer their phones!  in this day and age when people are losing their jobs & SMALL businesses ARE STRUGGLING  left right and center and you try and support small businesses you would think that someone at Durham Contractors would value customer service - clearly it's not the case with this contractor
