The two guys that came out to our home today get 5 stars from me!! Ram and Roluin were very kind and professional. They fixed our plumbing issue in a timely manner, and they also fixed another problem we had come up recently while they were at our house (hose bibb replacement). This prevented us from having to schedule another appointment, and wait for someone else to come out to the house. We greatly appreciate their hard work in repairing our home, thank you so much!

After rearranging my schedule to be available since my disposal is not working and I needed it repaired ASAP not only did they not make their appointment window but they never EVEN called to say they weren't coming or even answer their phones!  in this day and age when people are losing their jobs & SMALL businesses ARE STRUGGLING  left right and center and you try and support small businesses you would think that someone at Durham Contractors would value customer service - clearly it's not the case with this contractor

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR

Absolutely the worst. If your home warranty schedules this company DO NOT allow in your home! Gas valve assembly needed to be replace call date 12/31. Took the $60 said needed to submit to Choice for approval. Thursday 1/2 call Durham they say work order was submitted on Tuesday waiting on Choice. Call Choice work order submitted 5 minutes prior. They are liars. I call them back VM. Of course. They submitted to Choice pilot assemble rust that is not covered under wareanty? I should have known i had to help the guy figire out how to turn  to pilot. BEWARE!

NO!!!!  Absolutely NOT!!!  Do not EVER use Durham Contractors!!  As soon as he received my kid payment of about 98%, work stopped. He never finished the job. He never kept any of his promises...didn't pay his workers timely, so no workers showed up to work. And the work they did perform was WRONG. NOTHING WAS DONE RIGHT.  I paid David Durham over $17k to put in an outdoor kitchen, and he did not install anything correctly or timely...and he did not finish as promised. Do NOT USE DURHAM COBTRACTORS FOR ANYTHING!!!  David Durham does not know what he is doing, and the work reflects it.  He underbid the contract to get it, the midway through stated costs had gone up. After he received the 98% mid payment required, work basically stopped. Please...do NOT use Durham Contractors for anything. They do NOT keep their promises.

I've probably lost $18k...lesson learned...I doubt I will see any of it back. But this whole experience has been an entire nightmare!  While my kids and I could have really enjoyed a grill and outdoor kitchen...I'm instead left with a torn up yard, torn up house from electricians falling though my attic and cutouts for electrical and plumbing that have yet to be repaired, a countertop and bar installed at the wrong height, and no appliances whatsoever!  Yay!    Not my plan at all.  I have not been able to grill anything for 3 months now. Thanks, Durham Contractors!!

You took advantage of a single mom caring for two special needs children. How dare you take payment of $18,000 and not do any of the work. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

Negative Stars! These contractors damaged the bottom of my toilet. The toilet looks like it has feces sitting in the bottom They said it just needed brushing. Lie! They came back because I complained to Home Warranty company and their company.  My husband kept his distance because he has underlying medical issues and he assumed they were fixing the problem. No, they painted the inside of the toilet. My husband thought they brushed it because that is what they said it needed. When I got home, I looked at the toilet and I could tell it had been painted. The paint is now peeling and the feces looking marks are still there. Now it looks worse!! Please don't use these contractors. They had to be called out 4 times to my house for the initial issue and then they created a new issue. Don't waste your time or money!!

This company sucks and do not try and help the customers.  They are a contractor through American Home Shield.  The contractor came and didn't have a clue as what he came to the house to do. I told he said I have to call the company back for a another work order, when you did nothing in the first place.  Omg and had the nerve to leave a invoice.  This is a waste of my time to wait 3 days for you to get there and do nothing,  Actually this company does not even deserve 1 star

The plumber that came into our home was so rude and disrespectful, we had to ask him to leave. We were shocked at how he spoke to my husband- a paying customer. When he left, he left a heap of trash in our toilet which further clogged it up. Unbelievable. We've never been treated that way.

incredible service! ontime, professional and got the job done without leaving a mess.  I would love to have them back!

Our gas water heater went out late one night. I scheduled the claim through my home warranty company Landmark. They were here the next day as they as they said they would be. Durham turned in the info to Landmark and it was my home warranty co. that took longer. Techs Andrew and Jason were awesome and courteous and got me all setup. I'm a happy customer.
