I've used them three times and have been very pleased with their service. The last time was a sewage leak and the were great at diagnosing the problem and quick to fix it.

Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Ask for Jonathan,he has impeccable customer service and wears shoe covers into your home like a professional! Call him today, he is on my resource list for all future plumbing and sprinkler system repairs!

Of course our plumbing quit working on a weekend. We called and left a message Saturday morning. David called back and scheduled a time for Sunday. He arrived early and worked diligently to diagnose and fix the problem. He's professional, personable and his rates are extremely reasonable. His number is now on our speed dial. Highly recommend - knowledgeable and honest.

I live in a home built in 1895, it has had 125 years of different plumbers and their different types of materials and all the broken remnants of past attempts of repair under it.  Every time it dipped below freezing we would spring a leak, we have spent $$$$ on repairs. We met Micheal in the winter of 21, he has been by far the best plumber I've ever met, his fee is reasonable (which is so hard to find) and after a couple of visit's he explained a plan for a real fix for our problems.
We had him out to fix a leak last Christmas and planned the big replacement! It took Micheal 2 days and I felt like he was fixing his own home, he was so thorough and pulled out all the mess! We have lived here for 4 years and this is the first winter event that has not cost us a fortune in plumbing repairs!!! Thanks Micheal you did it! Best plumber ever! Honest, kind, reasonably priced, clean, (I could go on and on)

I contacted them at 9am and they made a same day appointment for 2pm. Bobby and Bryson were polite, efficient, and gave me great options for my repair. At the end of the day, they saved me both time and money. Will be calling these guys again.

William Ramsey was so patient with me on what was going on with my A/C. I highly recommend him with any A/C repair!

Tanner went above and beyond for us. We ran out of hot water and so I called him at 8pm for help. He came over within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and kind and have us a very reasonable price for his work. Highly recommend!!!!

Max did a superb job restoring the Cararra marble in the kitchen and butler's pantry, which had been abused for 8 years (stains, pitting, chips, bad epoxy jobs). He repaired the chips and polished away the myriad stains to a gorgeous shiny glow.
Most importantly, he was prompt, professional, polite, and managed expectations beautifully. The cost was on the mark for the work done and I highly recommend M Restoration and Repair.

Gunter and his son Peter have saved us multiple times: when kitchen sink backed up on Christmas Eve, when our downstairs bathroom flooded, when we've had leaky faucets and so on. They're awesome. They come quickly, they know what they're doing. They're pleasant. Some have mentioned that they're pricey, but I think it's fair for the level of expertise and service you get.

My tech was Keith Morrison and I must admit I was a bit nervous about my issue of the leak. However he was patient and informative and took the time to make sure I knew options that may come up. He made me feel better about leaving my plumbing problems to this company!

All I can say is DO  NOT US THEM. I normally don't want to write bad reviews, but they are the worst. They came out to our home on 4 different occasions and did not fix what was broken. I called another plumbing company and they were able to fix what Lone Star said they couldn't or wouldn't fix. I will never recommend them ever.
