Unreliable!  I made two separate appointments to replace my water heater and they were no-shows both times.  Not even a phone call.

Steve came out about 10 min after I called (even when their business hours were almost over). He was very professional, courteous, and fixed our toilet in no time. Thank you, Leak Geeks! I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Mani was very personable and professional at the same time. He made the work look easy, but i know it wasn't because i had done a faucet replacement  myself once and didn't want to get into it again 30 years older :-)
I would use them again, no hesitation.

These guys were honest!  They actually charged less than originally quoted because they found a less expensive option.  Plus, they were able to come out right away.

Mr. Dyson

I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.

I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Let me begin by saying that I am very skeptical and very critical when it comes to using a company to do ANY work around or in my home.  Additionally, If I go as far as giving a company a 5-star rating they have absolutely earned my trust AND my money.
I had to have an old concrete sewer line replaced.  It was a complex job because there isn't a way to access my sewer line with heavy equipment, so all the digging had to be done by hand!  I researched four top-rated plumbing companies that specialized in repairing/replacing sewer lines.  I am so glad I chose Finn-tastic plumbing. From beginning to end, this company was exceptional.  They were very professional, courteous, punctual, honest, and reasonable.  I appreciate the time Lee took in explaining the repairs that they would be doing.  The owner, DJ, came out to ensure the job was completed to his satisfaction.  The entire crew who worked on my project (Lee, Damon, Brenner, and Mark) was FINN- TASTIC!

Miguel is great, he arrived on time and did the work properly. His rates are quite reasonable too.

I called bow tie plumbing and they were amazing. Bobby and Nick came the same day to fix the leak from our water heater and replaced the unit the next day.

I had the natural gass regulator repositioned so I could increase the volume to a gas generator. Dustin was quick to give an estimate and was prompt on the day of work.  Pricing was very reasonable and work was accomplished professionally.  Highly recommended!

Our home is 66 years old and the drains had recently been slow to drain or were no longer draining. Chris from L & F came by to inspect things. The problem was two-fold: the cast iron plumbing pipes were bowing under their own weight and stressing the joints. When he pulled them apart they were remarkably clogged with 66 years of grease. (Don't pour grease down the drain)

Chris was able to replace the pipes with PVC in about a half day. The drains are functioning correctly.

The thorough inspection of the crawl space also made our home safer. The meter for natural gas was replaced recently by an Atmos contractor- the gas line was kinked and there was a significant nick in an electrical cable adjacent to the meter. A call to Atmos and they were on it in a short time. We're appreciative of the extra steps taken to make sure it was all in order.

Absolutely amazing plumber! Dress very well and respectful. I honestly don't go with cheap plumbers as they tend to do the job then i have issues with the same thing 6 months later. Really quality work with him!

My wife and I moved into a house in Flower Mound that Pearson Plumbing serviced. 2 months after they fixed the problem we found a leak in the house. These people were rude and unprofessional. We should have been compensated for bad work, but instead they forced us to go to the texas state board of plumbers for a minimal amount of compensation. They are garbage.

Thank you Taylor Garner, my lawn looks better and better year after year!  Taylor has been taking care of my weed control and fertilization for quite some time and has done an incredible job.  Always communicating with me before and after my  scheduled visits, and sometimes while at my home.  If I have any questions or concerns, I just pop outside and discuss with Taylor.

They were so fast and professional, foundation leak ruined our floors. They re routed the pipes and completed the job in a day. No mess, very courteous and knowledgeable

I have used Handy Andy 3x now for my rental properties and he has done the job in a timely fashion.  My tenants really like him, which is very important to me.   I will keep him at the top of my list when I need general repair.  He specializes in electrical work, too!

We used him to redo all the bathrooms... Disappointing!
He said it would take 2 weeks, it took 2 months! Some of the work is good. But some is very bad. He gives a lifetime warranty... But try getting him back over to fix things! The tile guy he works with is terrible! He wants his money up front, then puts the job off for a month. The stall shower, was a complete tear out & new install... The drain worked right since.. And the tile job is horrible... When we complained, the tile guy said he would have to charge another $2000. to do it right! Funny how that works! And the floor tile has some kind of red dirt in the grout, which they had not intention of fixing.
We have since had leaks that needed repair, which he charged additional monies for... Overall... Not happy with the work!
