I had my foundation cracks fixed by Olshan and have no complaints. Jesus and his crew did a great job limiting the mess around the house then double checked that all of the existing issues were fixed and explained what to expect in the next couple of months. I will definitely be recommending Olshan to friends and family.

Olshan came out and did my quote and was on time. When it came time to do the work, everything went great! With a super dry summer here there may be a small warranty adjustment needed, and they will be back out soon to take a look, but very pleased with the outcome.

DANGER! Do not do business with Olshan!  After $20K in foundation repairs still having issues and have been for over 5 years.  Each time we call to have house checked for our lifetime warranty we get told the cracks and shifting are within normal

Had sewer line issues within 1 year of foundation repairs, was told if we didn't go thru with using Olshan Plumbing to fix the issues, they would not honor our foundation warranty.  So we did...another $21K.  We were displaced from our home for 4 weeks-I kept a diary documenting their no shows and no return phone calls along with all the empty promises given.

When under house trenching was filled in, they did not use any sand, or bentonite to ensure proper packing...or even wet pack...they just put the dirt back in that was dug.  We then experienced wash out from under out home and had to have them out 3 times [until we gave up and took care of it ourselves].

4 1/2 years later, called out Baker Brothers Plumbing as we had a sewer gas smell in our house....through balloon test and camera, found out that the shotty work the Olshan had done has separated, the pipes did not have hangers attached and had totally pulled apart and we had sewage just sitting in the pipes feeding back into the house.  Had to put another $10K into sewer repairs to get job done right seeing as Olshan (Or OLSHAM as we call them) failed to do their work properly.

Am just letting the shifting house go as I do not want to be scammed by them any more....we will deal with a door that sticks or screen door that wont shut as these jokers are not allowed on my property

Olshan has according to brochures been doing business since 4 years into the Great Depression 1933. It has gained the support of a Hall of Fame Baseball Player.  All of which would give confidence in engineering knowledge, skill sets and geological knowledge. Thus when they sent a person with the title of Certified Structural Technician, it would appear logical except Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does not have that  designation as licensed in Texas. (TDLR). The Certified Structural Technician worked with us to create a plan for breaking down the overall project into phases. Thus the estimate at the point of submitting the contract to the home owner has not been reviewed by a license engineer which keeps any document from stating engineered under Texas statutes. The only indication of the term appears under Engineering Letter which comes with a cost of which is bundled with Permit, no line item but a combined cost of 650.00. Although the Certified Structural Technician stated he would have an engineer review the plan it apparently does not occur until after the contract. The contract is signed by the Certified Structural Technician which does list him as an officer of Olshan which could obligate the company, the second signer is contractor, but has no name and no license number. Piers listed but do not list depth, there is a charge for additional depth according to the Certified Structural Technician thus the contract fails to state depth of free, and cost beyond. Exceptions on the contract include Tunnel 225 per foot, no idea if a tunnel is needed if it went the width of the house it would be aprox 225.00 x 45 feet aprox, cost would be 10, 125.00 which was not part of the contract cost, remove concrete 125.00 per hour, not included in the contract, no indication of need during the walking of the property. Steele Support / Angle Iron 75.00 per piling not in the contract. Finally Generator at 75.00 a day, which indicates a company that has been in business 89 years does not have a generator. Finally the Warranty is for 1 year, after which adjustments after one year  would cost 100.00 per pier, 16 piers 1600 every year.  Transfer cost a 200.00 inspection fee to determine if it will transfer, keep in mind  the transfer is for the 100.00 per pier adjustment, not warranty of the work. I am extremely disappointed with Olshan and perplexed at the issuance of a contract before engineering and geological are completed.

Can't even give them one star. Had them come out to poly jack our driveway. They claimed they put 300lbs in. They couldn't show us the product when we asked. Odd...
The young man running the truck seemed more interested in his phone than the job.
It didn't even move the driveway. They claimed they would come back in June, after the original date in April. To add to it and see if they could get it up to the height needed.
Called Heath in June and he told me to call the office. Did that, they promised me they would be back out to see what was going on, in June the 6th. It's now July 18, 2019 and they still haven't made it out and they won't return calls. Gave them 3300 and as the song goes. Take the money and run..... Stay away from this outfit. It's apparent they only want your money.

Very happy with Olshan. My 60 year old home is still level after 13 years.  They explained each process every step of the way.  They discovered that part of my home had been done before and cut their fees in half.

Couldn't be happier

Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their warranty.  All they want to do is upsell rather than fix. There are too many foundation companies out there to put up with such poor service.

$9000 down the drain!
We got in touch with olshan last year after we had rainwater flood our home. They showed up and seemed to have a solid solution to the problem. A drainage system with a pump was installed, even their employees (mid installation) doubted the size and the ability of the system. We expressed our concern to the survey man, and he ASSURED US that it would function and be able to handle any rain or standing water we would have.
Fast forward later that year and it did not, I had to be out in the rain with a backup pump and unclogging drain inserts to keep the water out of my home.
We got in touch with them and they told me they would be unable to help us without installing another pump and charging me more money. We came to an agreement and they made a backup option for the water to flow.
2 weeks ago I was out in the hail fighting the water because we came to the same issue.
They're crew lead came and said they would do a swell and make this situation right for us. He also agreed that the system was not sufficient in the first place.
So he called me this morning and said that they would not have a solution for me without more money on my part, and that the system should in fact be plenty to manage my water but the debris on my property is preventing the drains from working properly, and that it is on me to prevent mud and tree droppings from clogging the system during. Fun fact I clean and service this system before every storm.
So I spent roughly $9000  for a system that does not do the job and I am still expected to be out in the storm to babysit the issue.
This is unacceptable and I hope this aids them in realizing it, and whoever happens to be reading be aware.

Olshan sub contracts the work out so just use the subcontractors at a fraction of the price.  Texas Foundation Services completed repairs on my house under the name of Olshan.  Just call them and save thousands for the same work/workers literally.

AWFUL. Dealing with Olshan was the most horrible customer service experience of my life. Everyone was polite on the surface, but they strung me along for MONTHS before they finally stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether. Olshan wanted my neighbors to sign a ridiculous form allowing Olshan workers to access their property, but saying that no matter what the workers did, my neighbors could not hold Olshan accountable. Obviously no one is going to sign a form like that. I pointed this out to my Olshan contacts. As I said above, they then strung me along for months with promises that they would take care of the problem, and I could rest assured that my repair job - now months overdue - would be prioritized as soon as everything was cleared up. Needless to say, they never fixed anything with their contract. Eventually they simply stopped responding to my queries for the status of the contract and my repair job in general. Now I've wasted months. They're awful.

My home was built in 2004 and is on a slope.  Erosion caused my foundation to drop, causing cracks in the supporting blocks.  Jody came out to submit my job for a quote.  The quote I received was reasonable and prompt.  My job was scheduled and payment options were very accommodating.  The crew arrived as scheduled - the job was completed in one day and Darryl was excellent!  He explained everything that they were going to do, the lifetime warranty and would contact me if any surprises appeared.  Upon completion he explained the process of what was done, and was very considerate not to track red clay into my home when taking measurement readings.  I found the office staff very friendly and provided wonderful customer service.
I am not sure what transpired with the other customers, but for service in Ringgold GA - they were awesome.

We used Olshan in 2002 to repair the foundation at our home. They installed their cablelock system and I have started to see foundation damage again but can't get anyone to respond to the lifetime warranty I have. Another contratcor came out to look at the damage and noticed that Olshan did not secure the block stations they installed in the crawlspace and they have fallen over.  I would not ever use this company again.

This is actually a review for Olshan Plumbing, which part of Olshan Foundation Repair but is not listed on Yelp. Home Depot uses Same Day Water Heater company to do its hot water heater installations, and they subbed the job out to Olshan.

I'm sad about this. I used to be a Home Depot girl through and through. But this was a disgusting experience. Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar mess.

The licensed plumber Olshan sent out installed the hot water heater so that the door to the hot water heater closet wouldn't close, got my name wrong (and didn't correct any of the paperwork when I mentioned it), didn't introduce himself, had me sign the wrong forms (even after I pointed out that I was signing something on the 'contractor' line), couldn't give me a receipt (although finally hand-wrote a receipt at my insistence) and had nothing aside from his t-shirt to identify him from the company. I was less than impressed.

Oh -- and I bought the hot water heater pan at home depot ($20) to avoid the truck fees. The Olshan plumber said mine didn't fit, charged me almost $80 for a larger one and then crinkle-jammed it into the closet. I found out from another contractor that the plumber's hourly rate goes up if they sell you stuff off the truck. Lowe's had quoted me $70 total for hot water heater hoses, drip pan and valve connections. The nice folks at Olshan charged me over $250 for the same items. None of it covered under homeowner's insurance.

When I communicated all of this to both Home Depot and Same Day Water Heaters, they were 'very sorry' to hear of this. But it took a trip to Home Depot and over an hour of phone time to get Olshan to come back and correct the issue with the hot water heater installation positioning.

Lessons learned:
1. Buy from Lowe's (vs. Home Depot) & ask who will be installing the item.
2. Measure your hot water heater space (which I did, but then I didn't trust myself. Bad call). Buy your connection parts at the store, and bring them home. Insist that the installer use them.

Good luck...

We hired Olshan two years ago to repair our foundation.  It appears as though the foundation work was completed correctly, however, it has only been two years since installation.

My dissatisfaction with Olshan relates to the impact of the subcontractors to my property.  Apparently, my 25-year old Oak Tree was great to bang tools against to release clay mud from them as it ended up having dozens of gouges in the bark because of this lack of care towards our property.

One of the main lines to our irrigation system was damaged during their work, however, they said they repaired it.  Recently, we had an irrigation system technician come out to find a leak in our line and it turned out to be exactly where Olshan damaged it.  We learned it wasn't repaired properly, necessitating more work to repair properly, costing me $175 out of pocket.

They also left way too much soil in the front of the house, requiring me to move about a dozen wheelbarrows full of soil to the backyard - lots of work.  I would never recommend Olshan to a friend or family member based on my experience.

Very professional and honest. After the technician examined and measured our house he informed me the cracks were just the house settling and could have gouged me for $6000.

Seven years ago, I had Olshan level my home by installing their cablelocking stabilizers around my house in Webster.  Three years later cracks started appearing and I called to get someone out to assess and adjust.  Even though they have a lifetime warranty they found a way around honoring it with me.  The lady who answered the phone gave me a number to an area sales guy who I HAD TO go through for any warranty problems.  He avoided me, didn't return calls and would not make an appointment using any excuse.  I called to talk to someone higher and Shelly says not possible, this area manager is the final word.  This went on for SIX months.  Turns out that the lifetime warranty was an empty promise in my case.  Get a lawyer?  Sure, more money for something I already paid for.

About that Lifetime Warranty:  Our local franchise went out of business before we noticed problems.  I called the headquarters several times. No one ever answered my calls or returned them. I emailed them multiple times without ever getting a response. I called the franchises closest to my house which told me they couldn´t help (in their defense, each of them are 4 hours away and not responsible for the original work).

I saw on Olshan´s website that they advertised a 4+ star rating from a company I had never heard of.  I went there and told my story... and my review was pulled because Olshan disputed it! After not answering/returning my calls and emails, they had the NERVE to dispute my review. After a back and forth with that rating company where I had to provide multiple pieces of evidence that I was a real customer with a real issue, my review got restored to that site.

The whole experience left me thinking that they are not honorable.  I would advise others to seek help elsewhere.

I'm in the process of purchasing a home in Carrollton. Yesterday I had my home inspection done and was advised of some deficiency in the foundation. I called this company to get a bid on repair and was told by Shelly that since I was not the homeowner, they would not do business with me due to company policy and that the homeowner would have to call and be present during their visit. Not very convenient.

Olshan Foundation

We just had our foundation repaired by Olshan Foundation. The workers did a fantastic job, so far everything looks good. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues that damaged our relationship with Olshan.
For some reason, Olshan is unable to provide an itemized statement. What they provided is in no way itemized.
The job was to take around 15 hours. The workers were here until 7 pm the first two days. They were supposed to leave hours earlier. We expected disruption, but having the workers here past 5 pm was an intrusion and very uncomfortable. The workers had to come back for a third day. The job lasted 26 hours, which was far too long.
But the most disturbing part of this experience is the concrete silica dust is covering almost everything in our home. The men put a plastic cover on one bed. They did not protect anything else in the entire house. This dangerous dust is on everything, and it will take days to remove.

We'd appreciate someone from Olshan contacting us with the authority/ability to make this right.

We used Olshan in 2009 - because I wanted the best I could find to do my repairs.  They were more expensive, but I felt it was worth it.  Now, 6 years later, I have more foundation issues.  I've had 5 other companies out to look at my problem.  They all said - without exception - that Olshan put piers in the back of my house that were not needed.  They looked at the original drawings that Olshan did in 2009, and were puzzled as to why it was done.  Now, I have to have those piers removed or shortened because the house has heaved upward and caused additional damage to the structure.  I'm very disappointed - I thought I was getting the best company out there to do the work; now, I feel like I got scammed.  I don't think 5 other foundation companies would be wrong!

Rip off.
When I hired the company to add 4 new beams and repair all the other existing beams, I was told it would take 2 days. So I agreed to the price. They came out and were done in 3-1/2 hrs. No discount on the price. If I had been told the work would be completed in 4 hrs I would not have agreed to the price.

Asked Olshan to come out do a quote for doing all lift of a concrete deck and more concrete work on pool deck and driveway.

Martin came out. He quoted the price on the lift 4K but said he wasn't the guy to quote the other concrete work. Said he would get his concrete specialist out to continue the quote.  And then he disappeared and never returned any communications.  When he gave me the quote I felt that if I didn't agree right then, he really didn't care about take the job.

Wasted my time.  I would not suggest reaching it to them.

Interesting.  I have no voice messages from anyone from Olshan. She called me today after I posted to set it up an appointment. She said that she has spoken to someone in the back office about it but didn't know what had happened after that.

After all the recent rains, we had some cosmetic cracking within our home, thinking it was related to the foundation. We had already called Olshan when we bought our house back in March of 2018, and the previous homeowners had left the Olshan folder with information, so when we called Olshan as new homeowners, Mike Nail came out to the property to measure the cables, check everything, and recommend French drain installation. Mike came out again last month to remeasure the cables, provide us an update, and let us know what we can do to help the soil and perimeter around our home.  Now it is up to us as homeowners to address soil and drainage concerns, as the cracks and settling is not related to the cables and foundation.

My house has had some weird issues with tiles cracking and tenting and I called to have them check out the issue thinking I'd need a ridiculous amount of repair work. Olshan came out for a free estimate, inspected everything, didn't upsell me or snow me over by saying there was a problem that I didn't actually have. Instead they explained all the reasons that this could be happening, showed me the measurements and explained why it isn't my foundation at all. Then spent a good amount of time teaching me what to look for, how to assess, and when I would really need to call them.  Dry pleased, and if I ever do need foundation repair I'll call them first thing!

Just had a great experience with Olshan. We were worried about foundation problems at our house because of some small cracks on the outside as well as the inside of the house. They thoroughly checked the inside and outside of the house and assured us that everything looked good. They could have easily recommended unnecessary work and we have been none the wiser. If we ever have foundation problems in the future we will definitely be calling Olshan.

I needed a water management solution for my home. Sam came to my home and listened to my problem. He inspected the property, measured the elevation of affected areas and provided a comprehensive set of solutions. I opted for the double-barrel drain and scheduled installation. The installation team was prompt and courteous. They were knowledgeable and informative during the installation providing vital information concerning drainage patterns and elevation measurements to ensure proper system functionality. The system works flawlessly and as designed. I no longer have to worry about flooding during heavy rain events. I highly recommend Olshan for water management and would gladly use them again.

I am a two time customer of Olshan Foundation Solutions.  The first time we used the company about 8 years ago, everything was great.  Well with the recent drought, the area of the home they didn't stablize before needed repair.  Since the experience was so good the first time, we didn't hesitate to give them a call.  Let's just say a lot has changed in 8 years - it a BAD way for this company.  The price quoted was for a certain number of stablizers, however no one informed me that they reduced the number of stablizers but kept the price the same.  The sales person sold one thing and I got another.  It wasn't until half way through the first day of digging and drilling that an experience supervisor came out to let the crew know where to dig and drill.  Even then, I am unsure of his qualifications.  The crew chief was nice enough, but I had communications issues since he spoke broken English at best and I know minimal Spanish.  After all the wholes were dug and supports placed and it was time to fill the wholes with cement, the crew chief told me they broke 3 post tension supports in the foundation and they would need to send an expert out to the house to repair those.  With these issues, the 4 day job is approaching 2 weeks long.  And to boot, no one told me they do not replace tiles removed or the carpet that was pulled back in any way - even though they did this for me 8 years ago.  Now that they say they are finished, the main reason I called to have my foundation checked out was a huge crack in our brick along the master bedroom - still is left unresolved.

DEFINATELY GET A SECOND OPINION and ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS before deciding to go with this company.  They were great once - but totally suck now.

Their word is their bond. Olshan performed extensive repair work on my parents house several years ago. Because of their age Mom and Dad opted for a solution that corrected the perimeter slab issues and avoided the disruption of having break the slab inside of the house. Olshan warned of possible new movement and promised warranty return. Years passed, house needed adjustment and I called. They were back and work was completed within 2 weeks, perfect work and parents were treated like family. Thank you Wayne Brown and staff. You guys are a blessing.

Do not use them. The work they did on our home is crumbling, Oh we did get the lifetime transferable warranty. Only to find out 7 months later they closed their doors and did not inform us. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on the repair and the warranty and now we are left with nothing. The warranty we paid for is useless. They basically took our money and walked. This is a scam. Please protect your home and family from companies like this. I wish we had a resolution but no one will help us.

Olshan claims to offer a lifetime warranty which will always be honored by other Cable Lock companies. However, I had my foundation repaired by another Cable Lock company that Olshan bought, and they refuse to honor that warranty. They say that they're not really a Cable Lock company anymore, they're a Cable Lock ST Plus company (they still use the same logo), as if that were an acceptable reason to renege on a lifetime warranty agreement.

I have no idea if there are other, more reputable companies who offer more reliable lifetime warranties, but it might be worth checking around before you commit to Olshan. A lifetime warranty on a foundation repair can be a valuable asset when you go to sell your house, and it's disturbing to learn that I no longer have one.

These folks suck! I had an appointment for a month and a half to repair our driveway and my neighbors driveway. They called to confirm a week or so out so I took an earned PTO day to stay home for the repairs. Called mid morning to check on a time and was tld we were on the schedule at noon but the machine was broken and they were trying to repair it. Called at 2pm to see what was going on and told the machine was still not working (a borrowed machine because theirs was damaged in a wreck) so wanted to reschedule after I wasted a PTO day. Horribly unprofessional, non-communicative company.  Nolan Ryan would be well served to remove his endorsement of these clowns.

Olshan did our surface drains on March 19th, 2019. I cannot testify to how well they work just yet since we've had no rain. However, the work looks nice and they made sure to clean everything up well. They installed a channel drain grate in our front sidewalk because we had bad standing water there when it would rain. Initially, they placed the grate too deep causing a tripping hazard. After I expressed my concern with that area they explained that they were trying to ensure that the water would drain better instead of still pooling there. I was still uncomfortable with it so they did raise it so that it would be safe. I am interested to see how it works once it rains. I was assured that if any of the drains did not function optimally they would come back to repair them for free within a year that the work was done. So far I am satisfied.

I srarted out wanting to give Olshan a 5 star review. The Olshan people are friendly, the work was exactly what I wanted. Robert Wise came out to do the measurements and explain what needed to be done. I highly recommend him, he answered all my questions and never judged if they seemed dumb since this was my first time dealing with foundation issues. All the Olshan people were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I am very pleased with the work quality, and would recommend Olshan, just warn people they are not perfect.

They lost a star because when I came home there was dried urine all over my toilet, trash, used masks in my yard and bedroom laundry basket, scrapes and damage to my walls from where their equipment had banged up against it and tools left in my yard.

They lost another star because the plumber they promised would come out to run hydraulic tests and sign off on the foundation repair essentially ghosted me and the Olshan people did not seem to care. I called Olshan 4 times and emailed them 3 times to let them know and I never got a response. They emailed the plumber after I called, copied me on it so I was able to google the plumber for a phone number. I called the plumber directly and never got a call back. I asked Olshan for another plumber and never got a response. I ended up hiring my own plumber, but Olshan either needs to tell people to hire a plumber for the test or honor their word and get a reliable plumber.

Our home in Dallas was built in 1968 and has a slab foundation. We recently completed some remodeling work and noticed several new cracks in the den where we removed old paneling and replaced it with sheetrock. I called Oshan to get an opinion and was very pleased with the service they provided. Bill Ford spent well over an hour inspecting the premises, taking readings and measurement and recording the information. All of the measurements for our home were within the tolerances identified as acceptable by engineers. I respect the professional opinion they provided and the fact that they didn't attempt to suggest there was a problem needing work when there was none. We'll retain their information for future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Wouldn't even give them one star but you cant do Zero,  change the name to Old Scam

Interviewed them as well as 6 other companies  For foundation work.

When they showed up they asked if the house had foundation work previously, I said yes and done by their company - here is a copy of our warranty.  Representative says that wasn't our company however they sent our address to their home office and brought up the full job!

Next they told us they wouldn't quote  Unless I signed a hold harmless agreement not covering the previous work. Why would that matter if the previous work wasn't done by their company? I said flat out no and they told me they would price the job but it would be contingent on me signing the document

Their price was the highest,  recommending 30 piers - twice the amount of the rest of the competition.

Beware and do your homework when choosing someone for your foundation- and think twice before choosing these guys

We had a terrible experience with the workmanship of leveling our concrete pads on our patio.  The first time they came out, one pad became a tripping hazard, it took months to come to an acceptable solution.  We spent $1,925 and it looks worse than when we started.  No manager ever called to discuss, just bad business.  Save your money!

Olshan Foundation Repair is a great company.  Setting up an appointment was super easy and the communication was good before their arrival. The representative from Olshan arrived as scheduled and was a great representative for the company. He measured my foundation and tell me exactly what it would take to fix it without trying to up sell anything. I would highly recommend them.

Had several companies submit quotes for a french drain due to water coming in house in Carrollton during heavy rains. Olshan was only company that brought measuring tools and Mark, their technician, was the only one who explained why I wanted a surface drain and not a french drain. The price was in the same range as the other companies and since they were the most professional, I chose them. The crew n supervisor who came did a great job despite having to dig thru very rocky soil. I was also impressed that the supervisor did not leave the job site - an unpleasant experience I've had in the past. They were very experienced with the installation and I'm very happy to have chosen them. Now let the monsoons begin!!

I have a large stone patio that over 17 years had started to settle on the backside.  Mack came out and gave me a fair quote and thoroughly explained the process.  On the day the work was scheduled to be done, they showed up exactly when they said they would.  Thought the work guys did a great job and went over and above to put things back together when it was finished.    I have since decided to have them work on my driveway and they are coming back out this weekend to quote the work on that.

I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful  I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor  I was told that they did not dig inside. when i  agree to let them do the work i was asked to initial where they were not going to dig in my house the guy that came out said i did not want them to dig inside  now the whole side of the house that Olshan did  is coming apart now they tell me if they did it i would have to pay they just could not do it for free I am still paying for what they half did $9000. my advice never trust Olshan they find ways to cheat you please there should be a star  zero giving them one star is untrue

After the drought of 2008, my foundation cracked, and a crack opened up in my living room wall and ceiling. An Olshan rep came out and used a gadget that checks the level throughout the house. He said that an engineer would look at the results and another rep  would come back out to discuss what was needed, but that he could tell me right off that I would need pilings around the entire parameter of my house AND pilings under the house across the middle. To do the latter part of the job, they would have to drill holes through my hardwood floors AND the tiles that I had just installed in my kitchen. Another option would be to tunnel underneath the house, which would cost hundreds more per piling.

Another foundation company told me I would need pilings around the parameter of my house but not under the center of my house. Cost would be $12,000.

Well guess what? A third foundation specialist came out and said I didn't need to have ANY work done what-so-ever. The cracks in my living room wall were very minor. He checked all the doors to see how they were closing. He told me that he had just come from a house in Memorial where the homeowner was told by another company that she needed $30,000 worth of work. She didn't need ANY work done.

I cancelled my appointment with Olshan for the follow-up quote. I can only imagine the grand total of all that work. My guess would be $30,00 based on some of the numbers the rep threw around.

Stay away from these crooks. It makes me sick every time I see Nolan Ryan in their commercials. I will never buy anything that has his name on it_like his organic beef.

Get a copy of Best Pick Reports or go to BestPickReports.com. Look for a company that has been included 6 or 7 years. Companies have to turn over their client lists which are polled for satisfaction before they can get onto the Best Pick Report.

I met the salesman and he referred me to a structural engineer. That engineer determined I needed 40 piers to fix my issue. That is a lot of piers and a lot of money. However, I followed the engineers plan and hired Olshan to repair the foundation.

After they dug out 40 holes for the new piers they began leveling the  house. The work was only partially completed and when I asked them about the other half of the house and they said they were finished.  They said they could not level the house, only stabilize it. About 20 of the piers did nothing to fix the problem but they refused to accept any responsibility. They said they followed the engineer report and blamed him even though they referred me to him in the first place.

I scheduled a foundation inspection with Olshan and the technician that came out was very professional and knowledgable. He carefully explained the problems I was dealing with and the options I had (I'm an idiot and needed it dumbed down). I opted to get the cable lock pilings installed and things are looking good! They were quick, clean and respectful while they were on the project. I highly recommend these guys if you need foundation repair or drainage management.
