Indeed, we were having a main water line to the house broken by aliens (AT&T contractors), and a leak has continued to fight our checkbook since August, doubling our appreciation for the running water two times compared to last year. When our patience and money started running out, we began looking for a plumber.

As a first generation native Texans, our first choice was a company with the name Texas Blessed Plumbing. It was a pure blessing to meet Matt Edwards and his team. He found a problem and not one. The water pipe was not only damaged at the location of installation of the fiber wire of AT&T but, seems, common sense contractor warriors were trying to hide the damage and did even more damage to the pipe.

Matt was able to provide us with a smart and cost-effective solution, and did everything possible and impossible to replace the pipe fast and professionally - in less than 24 hours.

I've been using Chorbie (formally Weed Xtinguishers) for 3 years and have continued to receive great service and quality weed control and pest control treatments. After the last pest treatment 2 wks ago, I had continued to have some ants issues outside. But their team came back out to resolve the issue.  This time Tyler was sent out and took care of the issue. He even noticed some ants in another area I didn't even see myself. He is very thorough, courtesy, and professional.  High-Five to Tyler!

We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .

Such hassle just to repair the faucet. We called this company to replace the faucet at our office break room. They never responded back with the proper document on time even though I had been calling them to get the it  for days prior to the service date. Eventually we had to reschedule!! What a waste of time. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone is VERY rude. I want you to know and expect that when you call. She often tells customer like 'OK...?' as if I didn't call the right number or I am asking a silly question. Then I called back after getting hit by the bigger bill than what they quoted from the diagnose (which we were charged with), this woman laughed at me as if I am being ridiculous for asking for the reason. TBH, I didn't have any issue with the owner Patrick or the repair guy, but the whole demeanor of this woman was just HORRIBLE. This makes me not only not to use this business again but also letting EVERYONE know that this business is bad. I wonder why they would hire someone like her to be the face of the business. I hope there won't be anyone else who would be treated as bad as this in the future by not using this business and spending big $$. After all, it is all about compassion and empathy in any relationship.

We hired Alex through the contractor building our place.  We paid him when he indicated the work was finished.   The first worker did a very poor job of putting in water lines and Alex sent his son out to fix it.   The toilet drain was installed 6 too close to the wall making it impossible to actually place a toilet over it.   The vent and drain in one bathtub also needed adjusting.   Alex kept promising to come back and fix these things.   He repeatedly didn't show.  Work was being held up waiting on these corrections so we hired another plumber.   He found that there was already a broken pipe at the head of the tub.   He had to break out concrete and dig out soil to fix this.   He also had to dig out the toilet drain.  In doing so he discovered that the pipe is in the footing under more than a foot of concrete.   Two RV drains poured in the garage were installed with no vent and no clean out causing a vapor lock.  Floor drains were installed above floor level. So water runs away from them rather than to them. Alex still has never made any attempt to fix what his workers did wrong.   Poor customer servce..poor workmanship..no guarantee the work will be finished.

Lower plumbing runs a company whose intention of overcharged on their repairs,to deceive you and lead you into replacing your a.c. unit for a new one when you don't need it ,they came to my place charged me $700 they have workers who don't know what they  are doing,they did not fix it,they requested me additional $775 and they said would not guarantee fixing it total of $$1475,they nicely offer me to replace my a.c. unit for a supper bargain price of $7500,*very nice of them) I called a different technician one who was very honest,Fixed my a.c. for $175 total  with parts,this is a company trying to make me purchase a$7800 new unit when I didn't  needed it,deceiving people,overchargin and creating  non-existent problems in your unit  to force you to purchase a new unit ,thays their mantra,   is plain stealing from  people,and having a license, does not give them that right to be dishonest,and deceiving,Never again.
