Best plumber I've ever ever had. Super easy to reach and had someone come check on my toilet within the hour. Any problem you have they can fix. My toilet had no sewage clean out because my house was built in 20's I'm assuming. So they had to dig up a bunch of roots and put in a sewage clean out for my toilet to properly run. Did it all in one day and got me squared away. Robert's a great guy who's got a gift of providing a great family service!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a remodel at an honest price with a crew who cares about attention to detail.

I heard about Arriaga through the staff at the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. As an administrator for a life enrichment center for adults with special needs, A dramatic drop in water pressure had us scrambling to figure out where a leak might be. The Wylie Water department identified the area, and John from Arriaga rerouted to our location and assessed the situation. After turning off the water (which was leaking at 27 gallons/minute), he scheduled to have a crew come repair early the next morning. As promised, two members of the crew arrived the next morning and spent the day digging up the leak and basically rebuilding a previously piecemealed repair. I honestly expected a repair bill around $2,500-$3,000. Pleasantly surprised by an invoice for $1,500. Arriaga Plumbing will have my business in the future, both business and residential! Thank you to the entire Arriaga team! And thanks to the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce for the referral!

I had this company install a new commode a few months ago. The installer came very promptly and did an excellent job. I did not do any price comparisons so I don't know about the price, but the work was prompt and thorough. I was told this is a family owned and operated business and has been around for a lot of years. When a company is dependable and does excellent work, the price is not a reason to worry that much about. You usually get what you pay for.

Wow! These guys are great! Gave me a quote, over the phone, on installing a tankless hot water heater and even though it took much longer than estimated they stuck by their quote! I give Horizon Two Thumbs Up!!!

Artex Services replaced my sewer line at the end of December. The installation went well except the plumber said he would come back and remove the old concrete sewer line debris. It is now near the end of February and I still have the debris in my backyard. My text messages and emails go unanswered. When I try to call them, all I get is a message saying the voicemail box is full.

I was also sold a unit by Jordan 2 years ago. He had me so worried i was going to wake up in a pool of water I had to sign the line for an $18,000 unit. Ive had more issues with this unt than id like to remember. It now out of warranty and i had to put more freon in it. The people are nice tho. Especially when your buying a $20k unit.

We called speakes to snake the main line on the roof. Due to my working hours I had a friend sit at my house and wait for speakes to arrive. When I called speakes originally I did tell them exactly what I want. But I didn't tell the friend who was waiting what they were supposed to do. Speakes arrives on time and due to a break down in communication they just snaked the bath tub. I call them and tell them of the error. And they came back out. Snaked the roof. Very happy with the service. Honest people and I appreciate that. Highly recommend speakes plumbing.

I'm not sure where we came up with their card, probably from a neighbor, but when we needed a cartridge replaced inside the knob for our tub, we gave them a call. First thing to rub me the wrong way was that he 30 minutes late for our 9am-12pm window. I took off a morning of work for this and I understand you drove from wherever and there was traffic, but give me some notice so I can give my office some notice.
I told him where the water shut-off was for our building, and he disappeared outside for 20 minutes. Once he gets back upstairs he starts going over the costs with me, before he starts the work. I definitely appreciated that because the cost BLEW ME AWAY. He wanted $582 to replace a $25 cartridge and a $35 knob. He wanted approximately $330 for the actual repair, $175 for what he described as the labor for walking from [my] unit on the 2nd floor, to the water-shut-off valve on the 1st floor. Which, coincidentally, was less than 50 feet from where he had parked his truck.
Finally, he wanted $79 for some kind of warranty service plan that gave me a discount on any future visits. I told him to remove the warranty; I didn't need it. But, without the discount the warranty provided, the cost of the repair went up to $400 and the labor went up to $190. With the discount plus the cost of warranty it would have only saved me $10 total. What a scam! Not to mention he had quite an attitude that I would question his pricing methods. I sent him on his way. He might have done a stellar job, but it wouldn't have been worth that price. I was willing to pay a little extra to not have to go to the trouble myself, but $582.00 for a plumber versus $60.00 at Home Depot is a no-brainer.

I have used Tom's before and been happy. Today, they were to come out & remove a water heater so we could tile a room, then return later to replace and vent properly. The plumber told me I would be charged for the 30 minutes it took to review & estimate (even though he did much of the talking). I called the main office to verify whether it was appropriate to charge labor time for estimating. The plumber than came back in, never spoke to me, grabbed his stuff and left - telling his partner he would never come back again. I called the main number to confirm what happened and was told that another plumber would be coming in an hour to do the estimate. No one showed. When I called back they told me it was too late to help me today or tomorrow. The estimate they gave was $500 more than the last water heater they replavced & vented (I don't think a 2nd trip charge is worth 500). I just took a day off from work for nothing.
The sad thing was that we have a third water heater to replace & a bathroom to redo for which we intended to use Tom's.

These guys are a joke! They set an appointment for me to be home between 3-5PM. Waited till 5:20 then called to see if they were still going to come. Guy told me he would check with his guy and call me right back. An hour later I called again and was told they could not make it out. They didn't seem too concerned that they had an upset customer. I do not recommend calling these guys.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.
