3 years ago, Tim came to my rescue after my hot water heater died while flooding my garage. Time and Chris came out quickly on a weekend and solved my problem with new installation.
This year (2023) we incurred a hot water slab leak which flooded my yard. once again, Tim, Chris and crew came out, had a leak detection company come out, bypassed the leak without having to jackhammer my floor and restored our hot water! While doing all this, they also installed new parts in our shower to stop a bad leak.
 Tim is our only choice when it comes to plumbing needs.

I needed water heater adjustments per inspector for sale of my house.  I was able to schedule Strain Plumbing to complete the service within a week and the project was completed successfully and the price was exceptionally fair. Thank you Strain Plumbing!

Jason and his dad came to fix our plumbing issues the same day when we called them right before the holidays. They were available and arrived within a few hours. We had three issues and they got all addressed and fixed in less than two hours. They were friendly and we appreciated them coming on such short notice. The only thing we weren't sure about or got a answer on was what their warranty guarantee was on their work. Otherwise satisfied!

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

We called Tierney to fix our garbage disposal, a running toilet, a bathroom that had a slight / barely noticeable leak in the faucet, our outdoor water spicket, and a leak in our shower which they fixed previously (so basically their previous fix DID NOT WORK).  Only the garbage disposal was fully fixed but the other items I was not impressed with.  This is what they left us with along with almost a $1,000 bill:

1) Running toilet - The guy broke off a piece of a piece of the toilet porcelain resulting in us having to buy a $200 NEW TOILET.  While he was fixing it, he even said out loud I broke the toilet! They only waived a portion of the travel fee and only offered to waive this small fee after my husband called the owner to inform them of what had happened.  The plumber was defensive towards me after his boss called him to ask what had happened.

2) Small leak in bathroom faucet - leak was not fixed and the plumber made it worse. Guy said he had to order cartridges or whatever. He tried to leave the faucet in its original state (before he touched anything) and the faucet started to leak even more and was therefore not usable. Not sure how much we had to pay for him to break it.  My father in law ended up coming over to fix what the plumber was unable to fix.

3) Outdoor water spicket - he took out several bricks, exposing our insulation, to fix this. Now we have to fix someone to fix our bricks.  Just more $$$$ to spend to fix what this guy fixed.

4) Shower leak - as I mentioned, they had previously fixed this but there was still a leak. Basically their previous fix did not work.

One piece of advice for the company: Please take off your shoes or wear shoe covers before you walk all over the house.  He originally took off his shoes. Then I noticed later on he had them on. Geezus - it's disgusting so be considerate of people's homes!!!

The crew from military plumbing were amazing!! We had a leak cause by new fridge install on a Saturday afternoon. They arrived within the hour and completed the repair quickly!! Prices were amazing with an emergency call situation. I refer everyone to them.

Jim was great! And Brandon the Owner is super responsive on Yelp. NEMA 14-50 works like a charm!

Great experience, my go-to plumbers from now on. I was ankle deep in shower water and had a couple of sinks that were draining slow. James was great, very clean and expedient. Cleared all my drains and everything is flowing quickly now. Even had him rooter my main drain for peace of mind, hadn't been done the whole 6 years we've lived here. Very fair and competitive price. Had  a clogged toilet I couldn't fix myself. CRC plumbing called me back first thing in the morning and was able to come over immediately.  I was so thankful.  He was able to unclog the toilet instantly. He noticed a minor correction needed in the tank and took care of that also. Much appreciated.  Clete and Blake were friendly, professional and courteous.  Very thankful. He even uses venmo and zelle. Which makes payments so easy.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Replaced my garbage disposal under home owners warranty. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They worked around there schedule to fit mine. They didn't ask for trade fee till they were completely finished. Would use them again.

Charged me $75 for the service fee which I understand but he said the leak was not from the water heater. I called another plumbing company and they said it was from the pipe behind the water heater. Waste of $75.
