I had React Fast install a water heater and he has done a couple of cleanouts. He is very expensive, plumbing is not cheap, but I recently noticed my water bill was high and on looking back, has been for about 3 months. Many months back, I had a plumber put in the taller toilets in me and my husband's home (now a widow). It was over 3 years ago and I guess over time, the installation got looked at, and we got used toilets with old parts and that was the problem of why the meter was constantly running and my bill high. React Fast, aka Jerry, said without seeing any water leaks anywhere in or around my house, and my house has been totally updated and very well taken care of, said he would charge almost $600. to find the leak, whether it took one hour or all day, then he wanted to start tearing out walls in my house. Again, no dampness, leaks, water anywhere around the meter or in the yard. I called the next day and cancelled and called Bullfrog, the one that Dave Ramsey on the radio recommends. They came right out, looked right away at the toilets, turned the water off on both of them, and the meter stopped running. I needed all the insides of the toilets replaced. I was charged a fraction of the price, the toilets are like new, no more high bills. Bullfrog stated that React Fast or any plumber that tries to rip off people like this should have their license pulled. I will use Bullfrog Plumbing if I ever have any other plumbing issues. React Fast was dishonest, wanted to do many hundreds of dollars of unnecessary things to my home and virtually tear it up, again with no evidence of a leak. Extremely dishonest!! Never use them, or do it at your own risk!!

A superior 5-Star company. Mike and his team are the true pros you need when plumbing repairs are needed. My main drain had a crack in it allowing tree roots to invade the line and cause a clog. Anchor Plumbing got right on it and completed a professional, permanent, repair. Mike provides old school service and quality work. BZ to his entire team.

These guys were great.  While I had to wait a while for them to come out - they can get kind of backed up - it's for good reason - it's because they do the job and they do it well.  They came to my house and rerouted the hot water line overhead.  They did it for the cost of the estimate, were completely courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, with special attention to any potential dangers that might be around for my kids.  It took them a little longer than they anticipated, but it was still done for the estimate - they stayed and made sure it was done right, rather than fast.

I originally booked a different company to test my property's backflow valve. That company forgot about the appointment. They asked if they could come out the following week. I said no because I had only 4 days of needing to get the tests completed and submitted to the city. I ended up finding Buck Robinsons number and gave him a call. Buck was able to come out in a timely manner and get the tests completed. He was extremely friendly, outgoing and costumer oriented. His prices are also highly affordable. I am utterly impressed with him. I'm grateful the other company forgot about my appointment now, because now I have ABS to call for my backflow needs.  I definitely will be using Buck for now on, and so should you!

From the first call that I made to this company to the follow up AFTER my unit was installed,  I was impressed by the professionalism and above and beyond attitude everyone has shown. The sales (?) Tech was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and  took the time to explain the different options available to me.
Scheduling was quick and within a few days of accepting the proposal, I had an appointment that worked for my schedule.
The installation team was prompt and respectful of my home and tried to work in my requests for wore routing and time constraints. They did everything they said they would do and even cleaned up after themselves.
The same sales tech followed up the same day and again about a week later.

Best. Service. Ever...

I feel this company did not deal with me honestly. They came out to my house put nearly 3 lbs of freon in my system. They told me they had to come back in 30 days to check system for leaks at no additional charge. When I set the recheck appt. they tried to sell me a maintenance agreement and tried to get out of recheck of a/c. After finally getting appt. they called one day before appt. and tried to charge me again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Charged $195 for leak under sink. after their thirty day guarantee, the leak came back. They wanted to charge me again to fix the same leak they butchered previously. Do not recommend.
