I've used Jerry's services in the past and continue to use because he's on-time, does quality work, and offers good recommendations on plumbing, toilets, and appliances. He recently installed a toilet for me and it's working beautifully.

Nov 6, 2018 - My water heater went bust today, I called around to get an estimate but of all the (6) shops I called Mike at Anchor Plumbing was the most reasonable.  They showed up at the promised time and had me back up within a couple of hours.
I knew that Anchor Plumbing had been around the Bluff for some time but only now had a need to call.  I not sorry I did, very pleased with the service and staff, (sorry I didn't get the installers names) but they were very service minded and professional.
I would recommend that Anchor Plumbing be among the first to call for your plumbing needs.

These guys were great.  While I had to wait a while for them to come out - they can get kind of backed up - it's for good reason - it's because they do the job and they do it well.  They came to my house and rerouted the hot water line overhead.  They did it for the cost of the estimate, were completely courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, with special attention to any potential dangers that might be around for my kids.  It took them a little longer than they anticipated, but it was still done for the estimate - they stayed and made sure it was done right, rather than fast.

I originally booked a different company to test my property's backflow valve. That company forgot about the appointment. They asked if they could come out the following week. I said no because I had only 4 days of needing to get the tests completed and submitted to the city. I ended up finding Buck Robinsons number and gave him a call. Buck was able to come out in a timely manner and get the tests completed. He was extremely friendly, outgoing and costumer oriented. His prices are also highly affordable. I am utterly impressed with him. I'm grateful the other company forgot about my appointment now, because now I have ABS to call for my backflow needs.  I definitely will be using Buck for now on, and so should you!

Hired to remodel a bathroom. Was hired to tile shower and floor, tile was crooked, huge gaps in certain areas, and none in others. Did not protect backer boards with barrier for moisture. Did terrible plumbing job, wrong pipes, did not glue drain pipes, installed faucet crooked. Shower cutout was not attached to framework, was slid into wall somehow. Refused to refund money for poor job, said to take him to court. He has no experience in bathroom remodeling or plumbing, yet advertised it on business card and bragged that he does 12-14 bathroom remodel a year.

I called this company on Sunday 8/6/23 however no tech was available to come to my home so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning.
They came 8/8/23 and tech put dye in the system to try to find leak in my ac unit, charge was $266.
They came 8/10 tech couldn't find leak before I had to leave for work at 11am, no charge.
They came 8/12, 1 hr 15 mins late, tech didn't know what he came to my home for, he didn't bring uv light to check for leak, used my ladder without asking, then he was looking around in a bedroom with the light on his phone, I asked what he was doing in the bedroom and he said he was looking for the leak, then he left but I have 3 screws missing from my unit & he scratched my unit & he didn't put back fuse outside. No charge.
I was trying to call the company when I saw him in the bedroom to get more information on what happens if leak isn't found and to verify tech Able actually worked for them however no one would answer the phone. I ended up texting them and the reply text states that my issue will be forwarded to the manager. On 8/14/23 I called to speak with manager and the manager was out of the office. I was able to verify that the tech did work for the company and was told the manager would call me back. I have not received a call from the manager and have now been without working AC for a week. Hope you don't have an issue with this company because they don't seam to return calls or be able to fix an ac. I recommend not using this company.

We spent over $700 in labor to have a leak located and fixed. After three visits out by a technician and hundreds of dollars in labor costs, he was still unable to even locate the leak. Very disappointing!!

Charged $195 for leak under sink. after their thirty day guarantee, the leak came back. They wanted to charge me again to fix the same leak they butchered previously. Do not recommend.
