Jeff from Veteran Electric came one day after I contacted them and installed a new outlet behind my TV so I could hang it and hide the wires. He even cut a new hole and created a loop so I could easily pull wires through the wall.

Jeff was friendly, transparent about pricing, and explained the steps he was performing. The cost was very reasonable and the work was quick and professional. I would definitely work with Veteran Electric again in the future.

I was really impressed with the work that was done in my home. They have done several jobs for other family members of mine and I will continue to refer this company.

Scheduled an appointment, waited all day for the guy to come to my house and say yes he can do the job. If I could give them less than a one star I would. THEY WAISTED MY TIME. Hire someone else if you can!!!

Yovani is respectful and professional. He spotted the problem of my electric trouble within a minute and fixed it right away! Such a honest person and would highly recommend him to everyone!

We needed a garage access door replaced, and the frame needed replacing--our HOA SUCKS! (Crown Colony West--the HOA is super corrupt!!!)

It took a little longer than thought (understandable), but the end result is GREAT!!! (I would add photos, but it is dark now...)

Great company! I called and left a message about some outlets we needed grounded and Robert called back the same day. He came right out to take a look at what needed to be done (and actually fixed a minor electrical issue with the oven while he was here). He set up an appointment for his guys to come out and ground the outlets a few days later. They showed up right on time, were professional, efficient, and even cleaned up any messes they left behind. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any electrical work done.

Gave me an estimate for work on our fuse box. Showed up when requested, gave me very good suggestions to do the work efficiently and correctly.   Nice people and they do good work.

Just had a whole house generator installed by them and entire process was amazing.  They were very communicative and answered all our questions.  The install process was just as seamless and now we have everything in and ready to go!  Don't hesitate to call them for your needs! Customs service is very bad
I tried to set up appointments twice but they never call back. They say they will check their schedule and call u back but they never do

Last electrician didn't setup my breaker box correctly and still couldn't come out to fix it. Mr. Electric can out, told what was wrong, and fixed it in a day.

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

I had a problem with my 220v dryer that wasn't starting.  The electrician was able to find out that there was a grounding problem preventing the dryer from starting.  He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.  Very satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about Harmony Electric on Yale. I have used them 3 times in the last year and every time they have been great. They are on time, quick, and friendly. The technician explained what was going on and some of it wasn't anything that needed to be fixed. It was an issue with my bulbs. I love that he didn't charge me unnecessary fees for something that wasn't broken. This is my first year as a homeowner so I don't have any idea what reasonable fees are but I can tel you my heart didn't drop when I saw the invoice. Give them a call.

Okay, so the work that they did was fine, but it was a bit expensive for what it was (straightforward shower cartridge replacement). There also seemed to be a communication breakdown between the two plumbers: one came Wednesday and identified the part that they needed, a different one on Friday arrived without the part and had to come back later with it.

The thing that was a little bit annoying was that the second plumber was insistent after finishing the job that I had a persistent drip from the faucet. It seemed to be a steady stream drip when it was shown to me... the fix for this new problem was quoted at $2,600! I held off on committing to any new repairs, only to find the drip completely gone after the first use.

Just know they are going to try to upsell you. Research the repair you'll need to have done beforehand and be a smart consumer.
