Vince fixed our electric plug so I no longer have to trek half a mile around my kitchen (jk) with the coffee pot. He was fast, gracious and reasonably priced and heck... who wouldnt want to employ a Vet ?

I called Mr. Electric West for an estimate on replacing a panel at my house. I ultimately didn't choose to do the work yet, but their representative was extremely professional..diligent about current COVID protocols and was very honest with me while answering my questions. They came out that day, and got me a detailed estimate before leaving. If I choose to complete the work, I will be choosing them for my electric needs.

Excellent experience.  This company offers a free initial estimate which is wonderful. Yovani came at the time he said and gave me a 30 minute heads up he was on the way. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and the issue was resolved because it was a simple fix. I was so thankful I highly recommended this company and will be using this service in the future.

I wanted to hire this service because of the reviews. But I don't know if they just didn't like me or because I'm a young girl, but they were pretty rude when I didn't understand or asked for more info. Also the pricing was crazy. The front desk lady was nice though. Perhaps my job wasn't big enough and they just didn't want to do it.

Highly professional local business.  They did an assortment of work at our house and Robert's expertise on the phone was of great help.  He sent an electrician and an apprentice to complete the jobs and they were both highly professional, knowledgeable, good guys.  They got straight to work and did quality work.  Could not recommend Bakenhaus Electric more...there is a reason people have been using them for so long.

Ace Electrical Services is First Class! Very Professional and Personable! I used Yelp to send out quotes to 5 different companies and the owner Joel responded within 15 mins.  Keep in mind this was about 9pm on Friday when I was searching for a company to come and wire up a transfer switch to my electrical panel so that I can use my generator to provide back up power to my home.  Joel was not only the quickest to respond, but he was also very reasonably priced.  I let Joel know that I would like to provide the material to save on some cost, he was very helpful and asked that I send him what I was looking to purchase to ensure the equipment would be sufficient for the job.  Joel showed up on time, did a great job installing the transfer switch that ended up looking amazing!!! Like it belonged there! A very professional looking installation.  He walked me through how to hook up my generator to the transfer switch and the proper way to switch the circuits to generator power.  I would highly recommend Ace Electrical Services to anyone!!! Very professional, experienced and competent.  The installation of my generator was complex and this team was totally knowledgeable about all the details of getting the job done right.  They even sent in a supervisor at the end to review all the work prior to start up.  Once done they did a demonstration and explained each step.  Buttoned up, on twin worked all day and quality oriented.  Friendly.  Highly recommend.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

what a pleasure it is to find a company like Grounded! They are professional, know what they are doing and they are honest!
They had to replace/install a LED ceiling garage light and install an outdoor outlet. They were fast and did the work properly, and neatly.
I have been doing a lot of work in the house and have run into terrible workers so it is a real pleasure doing business with a company like Grounded. It's a breath of niceness and work well done.

I called Mr Electric for a quote on a pretty big job.

The good: they scheduled a quote within 48 hours, the tech arrived when he said he would to walk through everything I wanted done, was very personable, seemed knowledgable and explained his recommendations on how to best accomplish the work. He then left, saying they would email me the quote.

The bad: all of that was about a week ago, and I never got an emailed quote or a call to follow up. So, I called them, and was told the quote was in progress, and the very nice rep I was talking to told me she would follow up. She then called back yesterday, a little after 5, saying I would have the emailed quote in about an hour, and the tech would then call to walk through it with me. I still don't have the quote, and I haven't heard back.

I really wanted to like Mr Electric, but it seems they can't or don't want to provide a quote.

Harmony Electric (Houston, TX) installed a new breaker box for me in 2014 that has worked perfectly during the past five years.

A few months ago several of my indoor plugs were not working due to a short in one plug. Raul was able to identify the source of the problem within 30 minutes, and checked several sockets, and repaired one other that was not working. This was an issue that might have taken a less experienced electrician several hours to locate.

I am grateful for Harmony's honesty and integrity as a company, their respectful technicians' character, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting an experience with an ethical company.

These people came out to help me with an emergency some years ago when my water heater tank ruptured. They told me there was only one option they could offer me - an expensive tankless. I did not want it, but I felt pressured by the emergency situation.

I found out some time later that they sold me a commercial grade tankless heater that was well beyond what I needed for a private home.

They also came out to give my plumbing an annual inspection, and in the process, one of their technicians broke the hot water valve under one sink. They said nothing about this to me at the time and did not offer to fix it.

I since cancelled all business with them, but they continue to send me mail-in advertisements. I have called them several times over the past months asking them to stop sending these, but they will not.

This is a company with a very aggressive policy that will take advantage of your situation or lack of knowledge to up-sell you and have tests run that are not needed. Do not use them.
