Best Electricians in Houston, TX

They completed the work, but way overcharged. Had a Master Electrician come and they gave me a much lower price for even more work than previously quoted by Mr. Sparky.  The work they did was good, just overpriced.

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

The electrician was very knowledgeable. I was happy with his work. He was prompt, came out the same day. Issues all over the house were addressed. Happier now of some safety assurance.

I contacted Aaron's based on the reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed!!  Response to my phone request was met with a professional company representative and a committed time for the technicians arrival.  The technician called me before his arrival (which was right on time) he showed up at my home, got right to work, solved the electrical issue with the dead outlet and advised me on a secondary problem.  I would highly recommend Aaron's.  Thank you to Leo for his professional work ethic and attitude as he worked through my two dogs and my constant phone interruptions!  Great company.

We recently had to get a serious job done to our house. Mr. Electric, Brandon (service guy) and partner were great!! The explained everything onsite and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Great work. I will definitely use them again.

Called him the same day and offered to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a Tesla. One heck of an Electrician.  Came out an hour after I called.

They are by far the best experience I've had with electricians. The technicians are very professional. I was impressed with how punctual they were and they do a great job at letting me know when the technician is on his way. The work they do is great and they're very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I called Johnny with an emergency. He immediately returned my call and sent someone within the hour as promised. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. The charge was less than quoted. I will definitely use and highly recommend this company.

Reliable, timely & wonderful service!  I sent an email through Yelp asking another company about replacing my mother's flood light (in a tree).  David responded in 10 minutes with a price.  Within 2 hours, he was on the job doing exactly what was requested. During our west Houston home renovation we had the entire house re-wired including replacing the breaker box and also added a substantial amount of new electrical outlets and lighting.  The original electrical contractor completely abandoned the job after making a royal mess of things. We were in a state of disaster, however, I found Ruben with Smart Choice and he was able to untangle what the previous contractor had done. Ruben completed the extensive electrical job to our 100% complete satisfaction and highly recommend his company to others!  Thank you Ruben!!

Had a repairman come and replace and outdoor light fixture.  Job took about 20 minutes and the technician was responsive and did a high quality job (including finding a nice matching silicone sealant to put around the mount plate.

However, let's talk price.  Was originally quoted $268 for this simple job that I knew would take less than half an hour to complete.  Absolutely outrageous.  No electrician is worth over $500/hr (keep in mind there were no parts required for the job).  Luckily they were willing to negotiate into a reasonable range, but I would severely caution anyone against trusting the competitiveness of any initial quote you get from them without shopping around
